We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which offered a wide range of amenities to keep us entertained. From the pool and kids’ club to the massage services, there was something for everyone. The pool area, equipped with fun play tools for children, was a highlight for our family.
Though the hotel is on the pricey side, the overall experience was satisfying. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, and there’s also a shuttle service available if you prefer not to walk. The hotel restaurant was good, though the breakfast left something to be desired. The breakfast spread included pastries, juices, coffee, tea, fruits, and bread and butter, but the selection from the menu was somewhat limited.
The hotel is set up like a complex with multiple buildings. You can walk around to access various amenities or call the front desk for a quick ride. One downside was the lack of a vending machine or mini market on-site. The road to nearby stores isn’t very pedestrian-friendly, which made it inconvenient when we needed something like milk for our child.
Overall, while the hotel had its drawbacks, the amenities and services provided made for an enjoyable stay.

One of the best hotels in Thailand! There are so many 5 stars hotels in Thailand that in reality they are not even 3 stars, but Sunsuri is not one of those. This hotel is a real 5 star. Clean rooms, beautiful design, and very polite staff. I didn’t expect the service with this quality. We had 3 rooms and the entire family were satisfied. Again, you dont usually see a hotel with this high quality in Thailand.

I was a little disappointed that this hotel is considered a 5 star hotel. To start off with the rooms, it had a terrible smell. I’m not sure if that’s from humidity. But as soon as you turn off the ac there’s this strong moldy smell in the room. Also at one point the air conditioner started throwing some ice on the floor and it started leaking water. The hotel didn’t have much things to do. Except the pool which was great. The people in the front desk were helpful until the end when we were checking out and one of the hotel receptionist was trying to offer us some ice cream, but some lady snatched it and took it away so rudely. The drivers, and the men that helped with luggage’s were very kind. The Russian speaking guy Daniel was very nice compared to the other workers in the front. The hotel has alottt of mosquitoes and we were getting bite every minute. The food was alright. There’s a beach near by it, and some stores. Other than that I wouldn’t come back again

The hotel itself was beautiful. We wanted something that makes you feel in the jungle and it did. All the greenery around was amazing!
The pools were great too. We all loved them! And with so many of them, there was always plenty of space to swim and play.
The 4/5 stars is mostly for the service. It felt like everyone just woke up and wanted to be left alone. Not really welcoming or approachable. Except at the restaurant! At the restaurant they were there to take your plate away before you even finish your last bite - and that was sort of annoying as I felt that I need to hurry to finish and leave.
Also, some area were older and could use some updates. But, overall, I'm glad we went there and enjoyed our time there.

Compared with other 5-star hotels, you can stay in this hotel relatively reasonable price. Breakfast is great (menu changes everyday), swimming pool is clean, room is spacious. The staffs, especially Pang, are modest but friendly. Overall, it was pleasant stay for us. We will definitely be back here next time!

Absolutely loved our stay at Sunsuri, Nai Harn Beach! We had a deluxe pool villa and it was just perfect. All of the staff were amazing, friendly and would go above and beyond for their guests. We dined in for breakfast every morning which was always delicious, with eggs made to order and well made expresso coffee.
We also enjoyed multiple dinners and lunch at the restaurant, along with delicious cocktails at the bars.
There is a shuttle to the beach multiple times a day which was a wonderful bonus a walking there was HOT.
We honestly couldn't fault anything about our stay, and would highly recommend to others and we would definitely return ourselves!

The hotel is very nice but the service is absolutely horrible- i went out from my room since the 8:30 am and i came back at 4:20 and they didn’t clean it or arrange anything in the room no one attended the cleaning activities or the arrangements.
Although the hotel location is nice and the pool is amazing but the service is bad. Even though my booking was for the most expensive rooms in the hotel which are the ones with private pool - yet this is the service i got !!!!

Really great bedding, really comfortable but the resort facilities are really outdated. Made me sweat every time we had to walk from the lobby to the room, a proper hike (even there is a shortcut..), too many stairs, an endless walk. The resort could use way more improvement for their swimming pool area. The resort actually has so much potential to improve many things around itself. Especially, the waterfall area and its greenery part around, looks really dry. The security team is the most friendly in this resort. Anyways, need a big improvement for the management team.

I love this place very much. The service is excellent, including security in front of the door, the receptionist, cleaning staff, and breakfast; it's very worth the money. You may not feel like a king, but you will feel that the place is your own world. The nearby beach is very beautiful, with light reminiscent of other countries, and the breakfast is delicious and clean, with a high standard of taste. The only thing I don’t like is that I may have to use a lot of energy because I have to walk up many stairs to reach the most comfortable room, but it's okay.

We stayed for a week in a villa, gorgeous.
Restaurant food is great. Dinner buffet choices change all the time.
Kids loved everything they ate.
Poolside, the staff are amazing. They remembered everyone and where you were sitting. Nothing was too hard for them.
A visit to the Soothe Day spa is a must as well.
There's hills to walk up to your rooms, but if you don't want to, they have plenty of shuttles who can drop you off.
