Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

We stayed at this very modern and new hotel for 5 nights. We are a family of 4 with kids. The facilities are exceptionally clean, and the swimming pool was lovely.

Our room had a balcony and was facing the lush greenery- very peaceful and relaxing. Amazing views.

They supplied water bottles, and were very generous in the quantity offered.

We loved it and would definitely come back. Great value for money.

However need a car to go out, as location not suitable for walking. We had no issue, took Bolt whenever we needed to head out.

I have been at the hotel for 5 nights and I’m in love! It’s a great location, quiet and far for crowds. Very close to a beautiful beach and it has a great view. I really enjoyed getting a massage here and having Thai tea everyday! Thanks to Porpia for making the most amazing Thai tea 😍 all the staff is very nice and welcoming! Thank you I’ll be back !

We had the pleasure of staying at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket for 3 nights, and it was undoubtedly the best stay we had in Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning architecture and design of the hotel. Every detail was meticulously thought out, even down to the delightful fragrance in the lobby washroom, which was a nice touch.

A big shoutout to Betty at the front desk for upgrading our room from a lagoon view to a pool view—waking up to that view in the morning was absolutely amazing. The rooms themselves are spacious, modern, and new, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

The pools were pristine and inviting, and the pool bar quickly became my favorite spot to unwind with a drink. Special thanks to Earn at the pool bar for being so kind and friendly, making our time there even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is ideal—perfectly balanced between being lively and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway spot. Overall, our stay was nothing short of beautiful, and we can't wait to come back!

Luxurious rooms and amazing lobby and pool, fantastic service. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the poolside bar was delicious and very reasonably priced (especially for a 5* hotel). Even the location is fantastic (a difficult feat for Phuket), located in a small village with a hippie vibe and lots of good brunch options, nearby a relatively quiet beach with very active lifeguards (felt very safe despite large waves and the currents of the monsoon season) and another smaller beach for great snorkeling (Ya Nui). I would definitely return, despite not liking Phuket more generally.

I had a great stay here.
The rooms are nice and big, bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing.
They have this fancy toilet where you can heat the seats and it has a build it biget.
Included in the room is a mini fridge where you can store your drinks and water. You get 4 bottles of water for the room that is restocked every day.

The only thing I would say is be careful of the “family style rooms”. These rooms have a door that is located between 2 rooms which allows you to move between them. It is locked but I had neighbours that wanted to get into my room at 2am in the morning and that was not a pleasant experience. Of course that is the behaviour of the other guest and nothing to do with the hotel. It is also not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours conversation very clearly.

However, when I asked the guest services if I could move and have a room that does not have a door in between, they were very quick to react and as I was out for the day, they moved my bag into my new room which was amazing. It was no hassle for them and they wanted to make sure the rest of my stay was a pleasant experience. I had a forest view and it was super peaceful and quiet. Could not hear anything.

I would come back to this hotel for sure as their service is 11/10. Staff are extremely friendly and are always available to assist.

Lovely hotel close to the beach. Nice service and rooms are immaculate and clean. You can opt for the pool rooms which give you a private section of the pool to swim in without time restrictions. Breakfast was very nice and tasty and there is a array of foods you can opt for

I tried leaving a review on Tripadvisor but for some reason it won't go through, very strange as i've left reviews before, no problem.

This hotel was recommended to me by my friend who lives 10 minutes away. The location is 5 minutes away from Nai harn beach and 10 minutes away from the next beach. There are a few shops also only 10 minutes away. The hotel is clean, lovely pool area and nice sunbeds.

The staff are very friendly and very polite, food is very good. All in all my wife and i would definitely revisit. I would say the room service have to be reminded at times to clean the room, but the air conditioning is excellent and they also provide a free safe!

So from me it's a 4.5 star

The hotel was nice and clean with great big rooms and comfortable beds. The resort is not too big and the staff were always very welcoming and helpful. Always with a smile. Great breakfast buffet and fair prices for lunch and dinner. Nice pool bar with happy hour from 4-6 pm.
Only slightly negative point was that the hotel was occupied with 80-90% Russians. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they had been friendly but many of them were disrespectful towards the staff and acted like they own the place! Never did you see a smile or kind behavior.
If you want to book the hotel you might want to consider this.

Absolutely amazing and fantastic value. Very modern, clean with excellent service. Lots of activities available throughout the week for guests to enjoy. My husband and I used the bicycles to ride to the beach and back. Was very impressed with this hotel as it went above and beyond my initial expectations. Lobby area is very grand, pool areas are nice and beds are comfortable. A lovely experience and would highly recommend for anyone after a comfortable stay. The only downside is that the beach is a 10-15 min walk away but they have a complimentary shuttle bus otherwise if you are not bothered by walking or riding a bike then it is fine.
