It was amazing to see how the hotel brought the whole team together for our experience. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the cozy rooms, made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and a touch of inspiration‼️
Upon reaching our room, we were met with another unpleasant surprise. The room had a strong, smoky smell and felt incredibly stuffy. It had no windows and nothing to let in fresh air. The conditions were so poor that it felt more like a jail than a hotel room. This was an unacceptable and uncomfortable experience.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of helpful staff and the poor quality of the rooms made for a very frustrating and disappointing stay.
The reception staff were nice too, we were super tired and got called for our room earlier than what check in should of been.
The room it's self was OK we stayed in a double room, our only issue was the carpet but there is hardwood rooms to in here but I didn't see them available when I was booking. We liked the bath, it was on the smaller side but did the job as we miss a bath when travelling (we are from the UK) there is a shower too. there's a Starbucks, McDonald's,Boots, 7/11 and other food places and shops inside the hotel and on the front of it. Air con worked great too. We enjoyed our stay here, the lobby area was okay to chill out in when we were waiting for grab deliveries too.
There is only one plug socket in the room, where the kettle is. But we asked reception for an extension lead and had one within 5 mins.
Super luxury for 30-50$! The rooms are amazing & the service.

One thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning. If you’ve read other reviews saying the air-con was hot, that’s actually not true—it’s cool. But the thermostat seems off and shows a higher temperature than it really is. The bigger issue is that the air-con is super loud. I get that they put a partition window to try to block noise from the outdoor unit, but the window actually makes it worse, like a bass speaker that amps up the noise in the quiet evenings. Hopefully, they fix that soon.
