Friendly staff, nice pool and gym (but currently construction next door), decent Thai breakfast, basic European breakfast. Kids were happy about the hotel, including the large smart telly. A range of choices for food/breakfast in walking distance. Best choice for kasetsart university guests.

-The shower's hot water system isn't working properly, making it very difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. The breakfast did not meet the expected standards.

This hotel is located less than 100m from Green Line BTS train station. The check-in counter staffs are friendly and polite. Believe that this hotel has been newly refurbished and renovated. Hotel room looks new, bright, spacious and clean. The breakfast is standard reasonable.

I like this hotel.
It’s got a fantastic swimming pool but the problem is that the pool and gym only open from 10 am to 7 pm at night.
It’s nothing to write home about. It’s a bed the room is clean and the breakfast is of a reasonable standard as far as Thai buffet breakfast go.
I like the location because it’s a few minutes walk to Green line Kasetsart BTS station so not far from interchange with Pink line or interchange with MRT at Lat Phrao or Chatuchak.
It’s not too difficult to get to Don Meuang which is great if you’re heading domestically or elsewhere in Asia via budget airlines.

We are stay 900 room, leaking from aircon inside toilet and closet area , bathroom and toilet so dirty a lot of water mark and hand print , room condition need to upgrade .a lot of hair on the carpet and bathroom floor area. Location is not bad .
