The hotel is located on a hillside, the rooms offer scenic views of the Bay and long sandy beaches. Average service, decent rooms. Perfect for simple travelers.

Location: 45 km from airport, Phuket town, on the West coast of Phuket, in the Northern part of Patong beach, on the hill.
Consists of eight 3-storey buildings and six 1-storey villas.
The hotel has 269 rooms.
Total area: 40 500 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

The staff had been highly incompetent since the minute we checked in.
The deluxe studio on the website is advertised differently, (the same room type but some of them have been renovated and some not)
We were given a room that was really bad. And we had to complain and get our room changed. Almost all customers in the hotel had some or the other complaint about the management of the hotel.
Otherwise, the amenities in the resort were good, but better customer service and management is definitely needed.

My biggest mistake I ignored the negative reviews posted on Google and various hotel booking portals. This hotel is very old and should not be categorised as 4star. The room does not match the photos at all.
Various buildings are undergoing construction so there is continuous NOISE.
Peeling PAINT and FURNITURE refurbishment poorly done.
The staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue, though we got them to change our room.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please DO NOT IGNORE the reviews, spend your money wisely and opt for a better hotel in the area.

The location is very beautiful! Easily accessible shops & not to far from the beach. 7 eleven at the end of the street. All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you, shuttle bus available to help drive you to your hotel a they’re in the mountains. One staff that stood out the most was yash! He was so friendly very accommodating to all our needs. Room was so big, air con was lovely! Definitely recommend a visit to the plunge pool! Will 100% recommend and go to stay there again! Honestly 5/5 can not recommend more!

Very Nice view but I expected better arrangement on the scenery within the hotel area. It could be more organized and clean. This hotel has got the million worth view already, there's plenty of chances for Andamantra to yield up even more if those have been done more neatly.
Also there should be a seatbelt for a mini bus transfer from lobby to room. Please help consider.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The room was nothing like the pictures online. Here are the main problems I encountered:
1. The room had a strong smell of paint, which was unbearable, especially since I have asthma.
2. There was paint everywhere, making the room and bathroom look messy and unfinished.
3. There was no mirror in the bathroom, despite the online pictures showing a complete bathroom with a mirror.
I booked a Grand Deluxe room and paid extra, expecting a higher standard. Instead, I was met with these unacceptable conditions.
Additionally, the staff were very rude, particularly LUCK, the manager, and POLY. Their unprofessional behavior only worsened my experience.
The misleading advertising and poor room condition severely impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find a place that is honest about its amenities and provides a clean, comfortable environment with respectful staff.

Nice hotel, 5 minutes to the sea. on foot. It's a long walk to all the main cafes, but there is a free shuttle to the center. Hotel restaurants are a bit expensive. Breakfast is decent. There is a 7eleven minimarket right at the entrance to the hotel. You should not take rooms with a view of the garden, because these will be rooms with a view of the neighboring building, since the garden is a two-meter strip of grass and bushes between the buildings. The rooms are really decent. The service staff is somewhat lazy, but this is a problem in Thailand as a whole, so it doesn’t count as a minus))

An excellent hotel with excellent amenities. A cozy room with access to the pool with stunning sea views, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff - the holiday was a success!

We stayed here for our quarantine nights after arriving through Phuket sandbox. The place could definitely use a bit of an update!
While checking in, we were told that our rooms are not ready and we had to wait for two hours (it was 13;45, check in time is 14;00). After 30 hours on the road, we were not happy about that. Later we were told that we’ve been upgraded to a better room… honestly, according to the photos maybe, but in reality, I don’t know.
All photos they use for marketing are filtered - the place is old and we’ve expected more. Our overall stay was good, they also had good breakfast here, but we wouldn’t come again.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it is not what you expect from a 5 stars’ hotel. This is a big resort, so don’t expect something intimate. It’s not about quality but quantity.
First, we arrived at 4:30PM to check in, and the room was not ready. We were not the only one to wait for our room, and we waited for 1 hour. We waited at the restaurant and they gave us water (not even a soda or something).
The room is actually nice. We booked the honeymoon room with sea view, and the view is amazing. The bathroom is also okay. We paid 50€ per night which I think is ok for this room. There is also a giant bathtub in the terrace. This seemed to be a good idea but it is not: it’s really giant, so it takes more than an hour to fill it up. Plus, our terrace was just above the restaurant, so it’s not really intimate to take a bath there, it feels like everyone can see you.
The breakfast is good. There is a lot of choice, the place is nice with the sea view. This may be the best thing of this hotel.
The swimming pool are nice too, very big and the temperature is good.
To conclude, it’s not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel. The location is good and it has a great potential. Too bad it’s not managed better.
I would not recommend this hotel as for the same price you can get something much better.
