The hotel is located on a hillside, the rooms offer scenic views of the Bay and long sandy beaches. Average service, decent rooms. Perfect for simple travelers.

Location: 45 km from airport, Phuket town, on the West coast of Phuket, in the Northern part of Patong beach, on the hill.
Consists of eight 3-storey buildings and six 1-storey villas.
The hotel has 269 rooms.
Total area: 40 500 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation in Phuket.
The room hygiene was unacceptable — windows and mirror were dirty, the most cabin was broken, and several parts of the room were visibly damaged. It felt like no one had properly cleaned or maintained the room in a long time.
What shocked me the most was that this hotel doesn’t even provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and slippers — not unless you pay 25 baht per item. For a hotel that claims to be 4-star, this is simply unacceptable.
Overall, poor hygiene, bad service attitude, and surprise charges made this one of the worst 4 star hotel experiences I've had. Definitely not worth the rating.
I have stayed in many hotels around the world, including in Phuket, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The check-in process was a complete mess. I arrived two hours before the official check-in time and had already completed the registration. However, when the official check-in time came, I was still forced to queue in the lobby for 20 minutes. After finally reaching the counter, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes due to some internal system issue. It was extremely disorganized and frustrating — a chaotic start that set the tone for the rest of the stay.
The problems didn’t stop there. The hotel restaurant served pizza made with frozen pizza bases — definitely not what I expected from a hotel that claims to offer quality dining. It was bland, rubbery, and tasted like something out of a supermarket freezer.
As for the room itself, it was in shockingly poor condition. Multiple fixtures were broken, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the windows were covered with noticeable grime. It felt neglected and poorly maintained, far below even basic standards.
The worst part was the service. Due to a staff error, we were given a key card to the wrong room. When we called to ask for a replacement card to be delivered, we waited 30 minutes with no response. Only after calling again did we learn that the staff member had decided not to bring the new card because they weren’t "allowed" to issue us another one unless we came down to collect it ourselves. This was entirely due to their mistake, yet there was zero accountability, no apology, and a rude attitude on top of it all.
Overall, this stay completely changed my impression of hospitality in Andamantra — and not in a good way. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful stay.
I had booked and paid for pool Villa(villa 1) hoping for a relaxing stay, but instead, I’ve encountered ongoing issues. The reception staff has been difficult to reach, often not answering calls on the first attempt. One of the rooms has had persistent air conditioning problems, breaking down every day of our stay. As I write this, the air conditioning is malfunctioning once again.
Despite booking a non-refundable rate, which has left me with limited options, I am now left to endure the remainder of my stay. The property itself is in need of significant maintenance, and the overall experience has been far from the expectations set by the promotional materials.
I would advise prospective guests to reconsider this resort. The combination of poor service, unreliable amenities, and the unkempt condition of the property has made this a thoroughly unsatisfactory.
From the moment we arrived, we encountered problems at this resort. We initially booked two family rooms through Booking.com, but upon check-in, we were only provided with one family room and two standard rooms. Despite repeated communications, the staff refused to resolve the issue, claiming it was a Booking.com problem. After two hours of back-and-forth, we were exhausted from our long flight and reluctantly accepted the situation.
The issues didn’t end there. The rooms were in terrible condition:
• Floors were dirty.
• Wet and purple stains on the roof.
• Benches had yellow dried stains.
• Broken handle for the toilet.
• Overall, the rooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained.
To make matters worse, the internet doesn’t work, which is a huge inconvenience. Additionally, to get anywhere within the villa, including the reception, we had to wait for a buggy. These buggies take an unreasonably long time to arrive, making everything more frustrating.
Communication with staff is nearly impossible, and the manager is consistently unavailable when assistance is needed. While we understand it’s a busy time of year, the lack of basic hospitality and cleanliness is unacceptable.
We came to Thailand expecting to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. How can anyone feel comfortable staying in such a dirty and poorly managed resort?
We expect a refund for this substandard service and accommodation. We strongly urge the resort to address these issues and improve its standards.
Do better.
When we raised the issue with the staff, they were unprofessional and even raised their voices, claiming there were no available three-bedroom villas. After an hour of back-and-forth discussions, they offered us the neighboring one-bedroom villa with an extra bed as a supposed solution.
The cleanliness of the villa was unacceptable, with multiple issues that I documented with photos. The lighting system didn’t work, none of the controls functioned, and the door to the second villa was broken. Despite contacting the staff repeatedly from 5 PM to 11 PM, we received no response or assistance.
While checking out, the problems continued:
Refund Delays: They delayed returning our security deposit, making the process unnecessarily frustrating We were accused of stealing the safety box, even though we never touched it. They demanded to deduct an amount from our deposit, but when we informed them that we would report the incident to the embassy, they immediately backed down and returned the full amount.
Transportation Issues: Every time we requested a car, we had to call them multiple times before it finally arrived, often after long delays.
Disturbance: One morning at 8 AM, we were abruptly woken up by loud knocking on our door. It turned out to be two staff members asking if we were checking out. This startled us, disrupted our sleep, and ruined our vacation experience.
Room Service: Any request we made took hours to be fulfilled, if it was fulfilled at all. We had to call repeatedly, and the lack of responsiveness was unacceptable.
This resort lacks professionalism in both its management and cleanliness. The overall experience was far from relaxing and left us deeply dissatisfied.
They had the wrong phone setup in our room and every time we needed sometime they will never show up. Had to call more than 20 times to get the WiFi fixed, 10 calls to get an iron to the room and we never got one.
Only good experience we had was at the upstairs pool bar until our checking they kept us entertained. Checking supposed to be at 2.00PM but they couldn’t get us in till 2.30PM, nothing complementary for staying from 11.00am to 2.30PM to get our checking done. If you have a longer flight like me(30Hours) I would not recommend this place.
I wish they can get a new management, because location and the structure the hotel is built was very nice
However, the room service was disappointing. Despite paying for an extra person, it took them ages to provide the additional bed. Simple requests like an iron or towels required multiple follow-ups and hours of waiting. Improvements in service quality would make this a much better choice for travelers.
