This is a nice hotel and located close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is close to the beach, to walking street where all the bars are and to the shopping centre. The rooms are nice and the value is good.

We booked the room for 4 night but we instantly regret when first time we entered the room. The room is old and seems didn't use for long time (maybe because of low season). Large hotel near Patong beach. Rooms are large and spacious. They have their own parking space. They also provide moderate breakfast at just 150 thb. The only drawback they have is there are so many bars at the outdoor which are open till late night. So there is loud sound that may disturb you if u are a early to bed.

Good location, near the beach, near restaurants, near Soi Bangla. There are many sizes of rooms to choose from, but I personally don't like the bathroom because it doesn't separate the wet and dry zones. All the staff are excellent. There is enough breakfast.

Overall, a bad experience. First, the neighborhood is crowded and noisy with, for example, literal gun shots waking me up at night (from nearby shooting ranges). Second, the air conditioning units in the room are weak and faulty, shutting off randomly (even after the hotel serviced them at my request). Imagine waking up each hour of the night because the room becomes hot with the AC shutting off randomly...
