We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile. We'll come back to this hotel again.

The location is very nice with only a couple minute walk to Patong Beach. It’s nestled in between some very good restaurants and a shopping center. The location was great .. 8 min to patong beach .. karon beach is close too. The staff was friendly and warm The reception staff sometimes were not as friendly I asked for plastic bags and they said we dont give them for free . Its for 150 baht .. the golf cart guys are amazing

Nice hotel. But not physically & not practicaly. - Difficulty in transport to city centre. - Complicated system of designing the building & rooms , not easy to exit to street without using boggy !!!! It was one of our best and most memorable stays. Very nice room with a large terrace towards the entrance pool and it was very enjoyable to use two beds, one in the room and the other on the terrace. Location is great, less than 4 mins into Pa tong beach.. close to restaurants and the busy road facing Pa tong beach. I love the traditional Thai style and vibes of the hotel yet the rooms and modern and comfortable and have all necessarily things. Our room was a bit small and has a small bathroom but it was nice ans quiet. All rooms have a small balcony but unfortunately we got one without a view...
