Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

It is ideal for families because it is situated slightly away from the nightlife area of Bangla Street

The resort is situated right on the beautiful Patong Beach (situated on the northern part of the beach line) The swimming pools and restaurants are main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Now, let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely amazing! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. If you stay here, make sure breakfast is included — it’s worth it. One downside was the poolside service

Great Location, Great amenities and beautifully designed resort. I went there as a business traveller along with my colleagues and network. But i saw that this resort is absolutely perfect for the Families and Couples

The location is solid too — right across the street from the beach, although the beach was closed for most of my stay. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, so it’s still a convenient spot overall

On a brighter note, the restaurant out front is a hidden gem — great food, great drinks, and very reasonable prices. Overall, I’d stay here again but would definitely request a larger room next time

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket, great location! Half block from beach, 3 blocks to Bangla bar street. Two huge pools(one have a kids water park), kids indoor play area, air conditioned breakfast buffet

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Phuket and it's definitly the best. The hotel has a prime location. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for those who love the sun, sand, and sea

Had our nails done in the hotel at Multy Nail's. Point, Bum and Pam were beautiful, friendly and did an amazing job. Will definitely visit them again. Great prices and were able to match designs found online

We booked two rooms, and since we were traveling with our elderly mother, they thoughtfully placed us in rooms close to the front desk and parking lot. We really appreciated this gesture

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

But all staff amazingly friendly. Gym is well equipped and the pool is massive, so you can get plenty of exercise. Breakfast choices are well stocked and more than enough to fill up the biggest of bellies

The area is decent, especially for hotels in Thailand, there are two swimming pools, a small jacuzzi, several buildings with rooms, a lot of greenery and trees, cute sculptures and figures made of flowers and trees

The hotel is very conveniently located. 5 min walking distance to the beach. 2 min walking distance to Bangla road. Starting with the reception, they were quite courteous and the whole process waa very smooth

If there's any criticism, shower in room 1206 was not great and I felt the air conditioning, although nice a cold, did not have enough air moving. Mabe need stronger fan or additional ceiling fan

I always enjoy my stay at Patong Resort. The staff works hard to make sure that we enjoy our holiday.

The pool is a bit dated now compared to the hotel photos but it does the job. Room is clean and relatively modern

The only issue is the main road outside, not the hotels fault but there is noise all night long( Tuk Tuk with boom boxes). Staff were helpful and friendly always

We have been staying here for the second year for different periods of time! Very convenient location in Patong - away from the noise! ​​Good breakfasts, comfortable staff! Everything is at a normal level! We took a superior room / did not like the standard one!

Of course, the hotel is one of the best in terms of location and price/quality ratio! The location is wonderful - in its own quiet, cozy and green courtyard with gorgeous green trees that provide shade in the heat and please the eye when relaxing on the balcony

You can hear the noise from the next room, but it is not critical. Towels are changed every day, the floors are washed conscientiously, there is no dust under the beds. The courtyard is swept, it seems, 5 times a day
