Beautiful memories from our honeymoon there. Amazing place full in flowers and trees. Very polite and smiling stuff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very rich breakfast, delicious ice creams and the best cocktails in the pool. Some time we hope to get back there with our children!!

Friends came to town and wanted to stay here. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort in Phuket. Amazing service during the entire stay and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Thailand. Cute private beach with a house reef for snorkeling or diving. Where do I begin... This resort is fantastic. Clean, perfectly located and has it's own private beach with world class corals ready to see with complimentary snorkeling gear. Can't fault this place. This place was incredible! I’d only recommend getting the all inclusive package though, otherwise it would be super expensive. Stayed 3 nights here. Rooms were lovely, would highly recommend pool access suite. Bathroom doors need to be changed looks like the wood is very damp. Other than that rooms were very good. Very Nice view but I expected better arrangement on the scenery within the hotel area. It could be more organized and clean. I love this place! The room had an amazing view, and the breakfast was super tasty. They also have halal food for Muslims. A wonderful stay at the Charm. Very happy with our relaxing pool access room. Rooms clean and spacious although we found the lighting quite dull inside even with all the lights on. Staff super friendly and the location was perfect to explore all the local districts via foot or taxi.

The resort is in a prime location. You can have a full view of sea from the hotel. The rooms are also much perfect. The foods are good. Also they have nice pool. I would however like to suggest one thing, PLEASE assign lounge chairs to each pool side deluxe room as we mostly did not have chairs as other people would use our chairs for most of the day and we really got frustrated with this. The rooms were perfect, except location. It is located in a hilly area and outer from the main location of patong. For old ones it's a difficult way to walk to the hotel. The hotel staff is so polite and understands the customer requirement.

A very cozy place to relax. Polite staff, wonderful breakfasts, wonderful rooms with air conditioning and a balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily and bottled water is provided by the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, it is right on patong beach, 10 minute walk from the party strip. Food is not great in the hotel and service can be extremely slow even though it is not busy. The rooms are very outdated and need an upgrade, its is advertised as a 4 star however it is more like a 3 star, also the hotel is very quiet so if you like to party this is not the place for you.

Had booked a superior room with balcony but apparently they didn't have it available and now we had to adjust 5 rooms on the 4th floor with a small window which was a joke. Nice and quiet hotel at the corner fronting Patong beach. We had a room on the ground floor facing the pool and the restaurant, the room was well air conditioned and the humidity is causing the wall and aircon vent dripping. Breakfast was good, you can sit as t the table with a good view by the beach. If you rent motorbike, the hotel provided parking space. Check in and check out was a breeze!

The rooms are a bit rustic and slightly run down, however it’s an amazing hotel. They provide you with water, towels and toiletries. The rooms are very clean but a bit old. Breakfast is quite westernised, but delicious nonetheless. The pools are beautifully clean and the whole place is decorated very nicely.
