Beautiful location and staff at Diamond Cliff. After a long flight, the welcome drink lifted our spirits right away. Decent hotel. It has become very old so everything in the resort feels outdated. Breakfast is decent. Location is very good. Hotel staff was very good but tour operator staff tries to rip you off. Kept changing the price for taxi everyday we asked.

An extremely decent place exactly opposite the Patong beach. It's not a very big resort but very decent enough and the idea of surrounding the rooms around a big swimming pool was superb. The ground floor deluxe rooms have a pool access and once you open the door, it takes you directly to the pool. There are suites also but not on the ground floor I guess. The rooms are really good and very clean too...

Great hotel. Although the place is not shiny and new, it is clean and well managed. The breakfast is good, the pool is good, the rooms are good. Recently stayed here with my son, our first trip out of our country. The staff were always so helpful and happy, the breakfasts were a great selection each day. Room facilities were great, we were given an extra card key to keep our air con all the time free of charge, it saved us not being used to the climate. Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience of our stay at Patong Paragon Resort. We got an upgrade to Junior Suite because of honeymoon which really was an awesome surprise. Be it the pool, the service quality, the best in class facilities, the convenient location, the delicious breakfast and much more, we couldn't have asked for more.. Will surely visit again!
