Great place: central, accomodating, easy to reach the beach & Bangla road, clean. Had an issue at checkout where we we stained the sheets with some orange colored vitamin juice and they wanted to withold the deposit we paid for the room. I am sure they are just going to wash them with no need to buy new sheets :) Finally we were given the entire deposit back.

Ok hotel for the price, we didn’t have any problems with deposit recovery as we are always careful when we rent anything as we need to return it back the same condition. Service could be improved. We asked the reception people for Island tour recommendations as we hadn't booked earlier and were on a tight timeline. They just looked at us, told "it's costly, please check outside" and resumed looking at their screen.

The service and room amenities were excellent. Everything is conveniently located, especially the mosque and various halal food options. One of the iconic upmarket resorts in Phuket. The view from most of the rooms and villas are spectacular. The rooms are first class. The service is excellent and the food and room service is the best. If you looking for opulence and class then you would not be disappointed by booking at The Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort. Stay here already for the second time! Friendly staff and very nice location. In just a few minutes you can walk to the nice night market and a few more minutes later you are in the middle of soi Bangla! But when you return at night you can enjoy the quietness and a nice sea view.

Only stayed one night here but it was fabulous! Although, I'd think twice if I had seniors or children along because the last 200m to the hotel is a considerable ascend. Planning around their free shuttle times or budget extra for tuktuks will solve that. Rooms were clean, private and the view was fantastic

At times, they would not service to the room and say to pick up from the reception. But they were very friendly and nice and helped me with bandages and betaine. Stayed here twice now!! Location can’t be beaten, so close to nightlife, shopping and the beach! Our pool access room at The Kee Resort was also incredible! Stepping straight from our terrace into the pool was pure luxury. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. Highly recommend!
