Great place: central, accomodating, easy to reach the beach & Bangla road, clean. Had an issue at checkout where we we stained the sheets with some orange colored vitamin juice and they wanted to withold the deposit we paid for the room. I am sure they are just going to wash them with no need to buy new sheets :) Finally we were given the entire deposit back.

This is a wonderful hotel and service is really good. However, we were not aware of the fact that the hotel was not right at the beach, but you had to cross a busy street. It can get incredibly loud. The Hotel has four Buildings. I chose to stay in a Junior Suite because we stayed more than a week. Came few years ago with my family members it was so much better than now. Came now with my husband it’s worse so much noise cleaning is not that good Indians all over the hotel they stay shirtless drinking all night and sleep in lobby and chairs in the entrance security not even talking to them. Service could be improved. We asked the reception people for Island tour recommendations as we hadn't booked earlier and were on a tight timeline. They just looked at us, told "it's costly, please check outside" and resumed looking at their screen.

The service and room amenities were excellent. Everything is conveniently located, especially the mosque and various halal food options. The only downside is that they do not allow early check-in, and there is no microwave in the room. However, aside from these points, my experience was delightful.

Good hotel. I'd say 3 out of 5. It's very clean and tidy with great amenities and ambience. The staff really make this hotel a pleasure to stay in. Always happy, friendly and very helpful. 2 swimming pools . Wifi and transfers to and from shopping centres 4 to 5 times a day. Short trips under 30min use the tuk tuks. Longer trips use an app called BOLT. Similar to Uber but great prices.

This hotel has many rooms but I am unhappy with their check in and check out process. Their check in time was 14:00hrs. we have to waited till 15:00hrs to get the room. same as for check out we have to wait 20mins time for that. Hotel location is great with 7-11 right opposite, eateries right below, beach just 3mins walk away. Room is of clearly older condition. Moldy patches on ceiling near the aircon vent, moldy silicon in the bathroom. Future upgrade which could be great to have smart TV, better sound proofing doors.

The resort is located very close to Patong beach. Therefore we could just walk down and enjoy the beach activities. Also the rooms were spacious and clean. We booked a family room which was nice. The bunk bed for kids was nicely placed without cramping the room space. Breakfast spread was also adequate and was perfect for guests of different nationalities. Over all it was a nice experience.
