Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

+ Room is large, airy and in good condition. + Room had good basic facilities including a fridge and a safe. - 1000bht deposit is very high. - A bit tricky to find if using google maps

8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical

A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump)

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

The room has a refrigerator, kettle, cups. 6 The hotel has its own small swimming pool and relaxation area where you can spend time during lunch, when it is very hot and the sun is scorching

Service was fantastic- service staff were attentive and made family feel really at home! breakfast and dinner buffet spread was commendable ! Variety and quality is real bang for buck! Pools were lovely too

Room was awesome (family room) my kids had their own room and we had the master room. Recommended for people with kids. beach is in front of the hotel. Also, it has a swimming pool with the beach view

Two different pools and the north location makes it a different feel from being a little south. Beach across the street and there were many things within walking distance

Literally, a 20 second walk to the nice beach if the swimming pools aren’t your thing. Really enjoyed our stay, and, while I am not a fan of Patong, would recommend the hotel if anyone wants to visit the area

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Nice location, and very quiet area. Sounds from the streets don't reach the pool areas and the inner area of the hotel which is an awesome thing

All ok swimming pool to too big but don't take the upper floor room the are very hot ac will not help you take too much till to cool down the room...but nice place a bit costally but good...

Stayed here for 10 nights and would say not worth the money paid. Positives: good location, good breakfast and nice resort with 2 big pools. Negatives: definitely not worth 100+ pounds

Housekeeping promptly arrived to provide extra towels, robes, sandals, and other amenities. The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of breads, pastries, fruits, and cereals

Just across the road is Patong beach and pretty quiet. Hotel was pretty old but very family oriented and looked cozy. Sunset pool was amazing to swim during evening

We booked two rooms, and since we were traveling with our elderly mother, they thoughtfully placed us in rooms close to the front desk and parking lot. We really appreciated this gesture

We stayed at Graceland Resort and Spa and it was fantastic! Staff were amazing and always willing to help always smiling. The service was next level in the assistants we received in regard to a late check-out

Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Pool access rooms were awesome and found all staff to be friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to get out and about and explore the local area

One which leads to the beach at the front and the second an exit towards the town and is situated perfectly. Will definitely stay again at Graceland next time we are in Thailand

We did observe mould in shower. Rooms and facilities are getting dated. I did find it odd that you are assigned only one pool to use. They actively patrol and turn away guests who are not “entitled” to use the nicer pool

This was our fourth time staying at the Holiday Inn. We stayed in the adults only pool villa again and have noticed the room and some areas of the hotel could do with a little refresh

The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them! Generally ok

Whilst at the hotel, we renewed our vows on the hotels private beach at sunset, Nina and her team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, with lights, candle and dinners it was magical! They even played our wedding song! See pic

Our favourite resort in Phuket. The property is huuuuge! It so big that it has its own jetty! And it offers room for almost all budget, from beautiful sea view bungalows to tower rooming

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. Bale was frequently our driver on the resort and constantly gave us awesome advice. The food was good, the view was good, and the staff were all very friendly

We even walked a few times and had no trouble. The buggy service at the hotel is 10/10, we were never left without one. They have an efficient process for this that I cannot fault

Breakfast has a lot of options, but it is quite busy. You need to use a buggy to go from the room to the lobby, and sometimes you have to wait. The room is big and comfortable

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

Stayed here for 8 nights last month. It was my third stay at this fantastic hotel. Booked the pool access room which is spacious and so convenient to go for a quick dip in the pool on the 2nd floor

Day open another door and you can go quietly through the pool. In the room some problems with the air conditioning system. Heard the sound of water all night, like flush the toilet if left enabled

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

The main pool is adjacent to a few rooms which hampers the occupants privacy. Due to the high number of guests, check in and check out was very slow. There was no one to guide us to our room

My, experience in this hotel was superb especially the rooms were very spacious the pool was kept clean the water massager in the pool was so relaxing, the food was tasty and we had many choices

Everything was perfect except The staff. Make sure you book pool view room city view is construction. The front desk staff at this location are HORRIBLE

The breakfast is good for it's price, thumbs up to that too! If I am to make a suggestion is about the toilet/shower area as it can be very slippery specially after taking a shower

Then walked over this Philipino woman Name FRIDAYY. She pre checked me in (a policy at the hotel for when you arrive early). She literally addressed all my concerns (money exchange, SIM card, breakfast etc)

When I returned with a picture of what the kitchen staff said I needed I was SCOLDED by a very flamboyant front desk agent named AKMAL

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

very central spot next to junceylon which is a mall 10 min walk to beach and just a couple of mins to bangla walking street great rooms fantastic pool on the lakeside part of the hotel( there are 2 parts) excellent staff

But all staff amazingly friendly. Gym is well equipped and the pool is massive, so you can get plenty of exercise. Breakfast choices are well stocked and more than enough to fill up the biggest of bellies

Right in the heart of things, ten minute from the beach, even less for the notorious nightlife. Attached to Jungceylon shopping centre, so never far from a shopping experience

The bathroom was also spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. While the room decor was a bit dated, it was still perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. Dining: The hotel breakfast was a real highlight

Accommodations: My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bedding was high quality and the air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool in the Phuket heat

It was served in a large buffet-style setup, with a huge variety of options to choose from. The fresh coffee and made-to-order scrambled eggs on toast were personal favorites

The only downside was the 2000 baht security deposit required upon check-in. Despite this, I highly recommend Andakira Hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and fantastic amenities

Ever since we checked in, we had felt the warm welcome from the staff and the housekeepers. The room was spacious, and the facilities were good. And my kids loved the pool right in front of the room

The shuttle service was convenient as well. Malin Plaza (night market) is within walking distance. The only drawback was some of the tiles fell off from the pool which might cause some injury

Stayed here for three nights. Got the room with the pool view. Rooms are good big and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is present very close by to Bangla road. Might get noisy at night. Overall a good stay.

Lovely place to stay, very clean, close to beach. Just a very busy part of town. Wasn't keen on the rooftop bar and pool but ground level made up for it

On one occassion, our A/C stopped working and they sent someone to fix it within 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, the gym was also decently equipped

I stayed in a pool access suite, which felt almost like having a private pool shared with other rooms, so that was nice. However, the entrance to the room was quite dark, and there wasn't enough light inside

The location is also perfectly position; it was quiet but just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and shopping centre. Upgrading to a room with your own spa is 100% worth it as well
