Take 1 star away because my room was next to electricity lines and they were really loud at night.

Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

Big green territory of hotel, a variety of trees and flowers, three pools, ponds, quiet, no noise of the crowded streets and cafes, only the croaking of frogs from the pond?, excellent Breakfast, good attitude of the staff

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Nice location, and very quiet area. Sounds from the streets don't reach the pool areas and the inner area of the hotel which is an awesome thing

Love the Duangjitt Resort, have been many times. Close enough to the town of Patong, yet far enough away to be peaceful & relaxing. Staff are lovely, great grounds & 3 great pools

Stayed here for 10 nights and would say not worth the money paid. Positives: good location, good breakfast and nice resort with 2 big pools. Negatives: definitely not worth 100+ pounds

It's also nice that they have two pools with bars where you can chill and enjoy some refreshing drinks. And the staff? They're top-notch! Always friendly, helpful, and making sure you have a fantastic stay

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket, great location! Half block from beach, 3 blocks to Bangla bar street. Two huge pools(one have a kids water park), kids indoor play area, air conditioned breakfast buffet

I cannot stop singing their praises. Amazing place to stay in Patong. The rooms, especially pool facing are beautiful. It's a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff was so friendly and helpful

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

Our room was fantastic, especially since we opted for the pool access room – it was a real treat to be able to just step right out onto the pool deck whenever we wanted

Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast (tons of options), plenty of pools (none are ever too crowded), gym with plenty of equipment and great on-site Thai massages (slightly more expensive than in the city, but as guests you receive a 20% discount)

Wonderful hotel with huge rooms. We took the rooms with direct access to the pool which was a great choice. The staff is very nice and the location is close to the beach and 15 minutes walking from Kalba market

Hotel is indeed slightly outdated, but you can see they are renewing it bit by bit. The rooms, for example, have been refurbished

On a positive note, the room service was good, and you could even get a midnight snack until 12:30 A. However, since the hotel is located on a one-way street, you need to be patient with the waiting time for taxis

Service was fantastic- service staff were attentive and made family feel really at home! breakfast and dinner buffet spread was commendable ! Variety and quality is real bang for buck! Pools were lovely too

Two different pools and the north location makes it a different feel from being a little south. Beach across the street and there were many things within walking distance

You must leave the AC running constantly. If not, you do get that beach misty smell. The food, breakfast buffet was excellent. The girls that worked the lobby bar have an extremely hard job

The light switches will turn on one light and the next day turn on a different light. Those things are extremely minor. With all hotels that are on the beach or close to the beach

Cute private beach with a house reef for snorkeling or diving. Only wish is that one of the 3 pools was adults only

Great place, no e people minimum disturbance. Pool is large and they are at service all the time needed. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast could be better and they must put curtain rod on the bath tub. Rest all was fantastic

I asked for room cleaning when I was leaving the hotel, and when I returned then the bed was arranged but towels were not changed and a coffee cup was found in the bathroom which was really awkward

It was the first time I had seen, no one available on the live pan kitchen corner for eggs at breakfast time for almost one hour at breakfast time, which is again an awkward thing from any hotel

I asked my tour operator to check these things and avoid fishermen for next time bookings and choose some other property

There were cob webs in the room in plain visible sight. The partition in front of the bathroom glass is visible while someone is showering. Plug points are limited & improperly installed. Buffet was ok not good not bad

We even walked a few times and had no trouble. The buggy service at the hotel is 10/10, we were never left without one. They have an efficient process for this that I cannot fault

When we booked, I was slightly put off by some of the reviews here and was worried I’d made a mistake. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

We did observe mould in shower. Rooms and facilities are getting dated. I did find it odd that you are assigned only one pool to use. They actively patrol and turn away guests who are not “entitled” to use the nicer pool

Why not allow all guests to try all pools? Great kids club included. Did not partake in the breakfast option but heard that was very good

Ever since we checked in, we had felt the warm welcome from the staff and the housekeepers. The room was spacious, and the facilities were good. And my kids loved the pool right in front of the room

The shuttle service was convenient as well. Malin Plaza (night market) is within walking distance. The only drawback was some of the tiles fell off from the pool which might cause some injury

Rooms were lovely, would highly recommend pool access suite. Bathroom doors need to be changed looks like the wood is very damp. Other than that rooms were very good

Throughout the duration of my stay I received nothing but excellent service! The staff were very friendly, and they DID help me with my bags! They’re very accommodating and they also give you a free complimentary drink voucher!! The breakfast is great! Wide variety selection! The food and drinks are cheap (right now you get 50% off and food and even cocktails during the day), and there was a good variety of food for breakfast

The location is very beautiful! Easily accessible shops & not to far from the beach. 7 eleven at the end of the street

All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you, shuttle bus available to help drive you to your hotel a they’re in the mountains

The only downside is that the property is huge, so you may have to walk up and down a few steps to get to the pools or restaurants. However, there is also a shuttle service available if you don't want to walk

One staff that stood out the most was yash! He was so friendly very accommodating to all our needs

You get a lot of value for your money here. There are three pools, one of thm with a water slide, which is great for children. The infinity pool as well as the restaurant offer a nice view of the sea

We received great service at the reception desk, tour concierge, and pool bar (note: none of the alcoholic drinks we got in Thailand seemed to have alcohol in it)

The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking a tranquil cove. The resort’s location, one of the last on the main road, ensured a peaceful atmosphere with deserted beaches nearby

While the main party and food areas are a bit far, the resort’s shuttle bus, though with fixed timings, makes it manageable. The infinity pool was amazing for sunset views, a favorite for many guests

The hotel offered us a free in-room breakfast with a floating basket which was amazing, special thanks to Mr Gulf. Overall, relaxing place to enjoy the infinity pool with awesome view with family or friends

The manager (Aye) assisted us with room transfers when other guests weren't being considerate of others and we were even upgraded to a nicer room due to a few issues with guests smoking marijuana when they are not supposed to

I chose this hotel for my first ever trip to Thailand. Really they made the experience awesome. The people were full of smiles and very friendly. The room was amazing! The best one I've ever been

This mall is right next to bangla street. This shuttle services are complimentary(free). The breakfast buffet has a variety of asian options. At any time, if you need something, the staff is ready and available to assist

My mum always stays here, the hotel staff are very attentive. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are of high quality, they also have a bath! Breakfast is great and the day/nighttime menu is good and fairly priced

Breakfast was all you can eat with lots of food and drinks. Lunch was a set menu with 2 set variety. Special thanks to Au and Nu our waiters. They was amazingly kind and friendly attentive

The reason i put 4 stars for the location, is purely because it is away from the craziness of bangla ETC I will be staying for 1 month in July- August

The only constructive feedback I would give to Oceanfront is to replace their pool lounges as they are a bit on the weathered side but otherwise a fantastic experience and we were incredibly pleased with our spacious room!

I recently stayed at the ocean front and had an unforgettable experience! The resort is stunning, with pristine pools, and a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service

We go back to the receptionist and asked to change to a new room since the one we booked was supposed to be ocean view but the receptionist said that our ocean comfy room type is half pool and half ocean view which was not stated in the website or agoda

You can also find there a gym and squash, which we loved playing. If you want to travel to centre, hotel is providing a car until 20:30 and on the way back tuk tuk is around THB150-300, depending on time&place

The rooftop pool never overcrowded and great view

Only thing I will say is the walls are a tad thin so can get a bit noisy but that’s more to do with guests coming in after a late night which you’ll find in most places in a central location and not the hotel or staff

I found all the staff to be very friendly, professional and always an engaging smile and any queries dealt with very well. Location is central to everything, food and entertainment aplenty

4) the curtains in the room don't reach all the way down to the floor so you have light that comes in once day breaks. 5) the toilet flush and bathroom made all kinds of noises when used, alerting everyone in the room

3) the doors/windows are not sound insulated so you hear everything from vehicles backing up in the lot next to the hotel, bags being wheeled and people talking in the corridors outside the room

Such a prime property, just needs a little thought put into the operations. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and I wanted to come back because I remembered how nice it was. When I arrived initially stayed for four nights and it was so nice the staff were extremely pleasant

The cleaning service was great and we got fresh towels and bottles of water everyday. The staff was amazing and very kind. The drinks were also very good. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay

I recommend if you are concerned about the noise of Bangala Road you ask for a room close to the lift and if you are worried about pool bar noise ask for a room far away from pool bar
