Horrible experience. Charged me 960bhat of 1000 bhat deposit by staff for some stains on pillow which was torn and dirty anyways. She tried to pocket the money as she refused to give me a receipt for the damages i caused. Later after a long time of fighting with her she gave me a printed receipt. I would never stay in a place were staff acted like theifs.

This hotel is near everything next to soi 6 but i was quoted 5000 baht for the lady drinks that she needed ten drinks then bar fine then girl price 700 aus each night i liked hotel select close to mcdonalds 711 the beach ⛱️🏖️ and plenty of food theres a restarant

The room was not so clean.. when showering the full bathroom will be full of water and then if you asked for one more towel they will charge you 50BHT.

Good place to stay, around 5 minutes walking to go beach and not far from soi 6, the rooms are clean but the shower not have door and the bathroom will be wet after you take shower, not noisy and comfortable

Completely run down hotel, booked it in Agoda because it looked good in the photos. But be very careful the photos are an absolute lie. First room I got had a use cough syrup cup in the corner. When i complained they switched my rooms but then I found a dirty sock under my tv in the new room. I asked the front desk on if they even cleaned the rooms because they were filthy. They just said sorry and tried to get me a 3rd room but I just felt disgusted at the point and couldn’t stay in the hotel. When I tried to cancel my stay, they told me they won’t refund me the money because it’s hotel policy. Maybe have a clean room if that’s your hotel policy. No idea how this is a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Very deceiving, be very careful. I wish I took photos to share here but I got out asap and booked another hotel. On top of that the front desk person is laughing with her friends at reception while I was sharing my frustration with them. Literally destroyed my day and I had to run around to find another of hotel

We booked Suite Room King Bed with City view but reception assigned room with TWIN bed when we went down to complain she said already move two Twin bed next to each other (PIC1) that not call King bed. After complaining we got a new room which is King Bed and Sea View which is good.

Room very very old and need to make a refurbish as soon as possible.

At night WATER is not working ..... no comment!!

Only location is the best in this hotel with has Starbucks and McDonald's in front of the hotel and Central Festival Shopping Mall only 1 kilometers.

The hotel location is closest to beach Wally way. Walk to night market , terminal 21 about 5-10min only. the only thing that the room air con sounds too noisy.
