An old, well-known hotel in Pattaya known for its tower and cable car. I visited its small amusement park and enjoyed it a lot. The monorail is quite hot inside, as its windows are acrylic boards with few gaps for air ventilation. However, the scenery on the monorail was worth it.

Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well. Pleasent to stay once again in Holiday Inn after 7years. I loved the ambiance, environment, food and services etc., This time I am here with my kid. V stayed here as a family❤️. My kid enjoyed the kid's club, swimming pool, So nice and kind people. Fun filled weekdays with everyday activities. Make her occupied in weekdays. Also in weekend it's easy to access the nearby places from here.

We were able to book the rooms last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the check-in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Poppi who was very helpful and was able to cater to our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was one of the most beautiful lobbies we have ever seen. Hope to visit again sometime!

I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

Stayed here quite a few times simply because of its location. Everything you need is within walking distance, secure parking with security. Breakfast and staff are good, but rooms are a little below par, overall the place needs a revamp.

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool. The price reflects this. It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

I have a mixed feeling. I used to stay here when it was still the mercure and it’s much better now. The main issue is there are a lot of large groups (busload) of people staying there and they are super noisy. I really couldn’t get much sleep so I had to check out and move to the Baraquda heeton across the street which was much better.

The hotel is located near Pattaya Beach but the location is quite peaceful. Rooms are Good but lack basic Amenities. The washroom is not big enough. The swimming pool is amazing. Buffet Breakfast has limited options but they listen to your request and prepare accordingly. It's a good choice if you are looking for a budget stay at a good Location. Many Indian Restaurants & 7 Elevan stores nearby.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast and A la carte was enjoyable and had a good selection. The hotel is well situated, being close to everything you need. Good value for the money. Me and my friends would surely choose it again next time we visit Pattaya. Would definitely recommend Thank you and special thanks to Housekeeping staff ‘Ya Ya’ 🙂

Absolutely wonderful, Enjoyed the gardens and the pool was fantastic. The Staff were very helpful with money exchange (USD), getting settled and telling me what was available in the area. Breakfast buffet was super, had western offerings along with Asian (Thai) choices. Will recommend to all my family and friends if they visit the area.

Beautiful gardens, pool and restaurant/front area. Great for a resort style base close to big malls and walking distance to beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is really good with loads of fresh fruit, veges, freshly cooked eggs/omelet as you like it.

Saturday buffet dinner is great. I did not really like the International Buffet as there is no seafood offering but today's dinner is great. This is the fourth time I have been here and I enjoy the food, music and staff is friendly. I did not stay at the hotel but it looked nice. Big swimming pool as well.

The big pool in Pattaya with the feel of resort and near to the city. I am so happy every time i be here. The room is clean and safe. Cozy and full finished. Love big pool and garden. Very quiet and peaceful. Restaurant serves all day. Good breakfast and also a la carte menu with variety of cuisine Thai Italian and European. Love Pork Schintzel!!!

Their brochure offers 1-hour massage for 450 baht, 2-hours for 800, or 5-hours, get 1 free. If you buy the 5-hour package, they charge each hour at the expensive rate rather than billing two 2-hour massages plus a 1-hour massage. In other words, you're paying 250 baht for the "free" hour. Keep an eye our for these bate and switch tactics.

Excellent hotel in a good location with friendly staff, super warm pool water and the best breakfast in pattaya. I can only recommend.

This hotel is not centrally located and does not have any shared public transport. But private transport is easy to organize around the city. The restaurant is good. Good food options everywhere. And beauriful pool. Friendly staff.

Great hotel to stay at, but it isn't downtown. This is a popular Chinese tour hotel. But the food options are good here. White Horse Pub is extremely good value and it part of the hotel.

Good location. Big pool. Beds are somewhat soft, not the typical Thai hard ones. large refrigerator. Rooms are large. But it's an old hotel.

Between 2012 to 2014 i stay 3 times in this hotel, the building in not wow but is not very bad, important thing is another guest in this hotel, usually rusian kind people select this hotel. i like that because They behaved politely. Location is very good, employee and service without problem, totally i love this hotel.

The mighty palace may look big on the outside but it’s seriously outdated. My room has a particular smell, one might say it’s from the 90s but I think the owner doesn’t want to renovate the rooms. Service was good but it’s just the room might be a little too disappointing

Cheap enough hotel on fairly good location on 2nd road. Big car park for safe taxi and app rides. Great staff, helpful. Rooms pretty dated so know what you are getting! Didnt have breakfast included so cant comment on that, unfortunately.

Big spacious room. Nice location and hotel is very calm and quiet which I loved. 1 min walk to the beach. Food is tasty but not great. Definitely will be back. Overall 8/10. I loved the place!

They have two type of rooms the cheap ones are not good although it is cheap. Although the more expensive ones are overpriced. They don’t have late checkout really. For the same price, you can get something better.

I always arrive there with no prearrangement, And I’m able to get the room for fairly good price. And almost of the staff over there and GG is the manager, which is there almost 20 hours a day. I’m not sure how she does that but she’s always there with a big smile and great English to explain everything you need to know. Room was not very clean when arrived. Assigned another room and all was well . Breakfast was great. Relaxing atmosphere off Beach Road. Staff was attentive and gets an A+. Gigi, the manager, was quick to resolve anyone's issues. Nice pools too. Furnishings could use an update.

While there are positive things there are also some negative! Staff friendly and helpful. Food service and payment methods lack greatness. For Quaranteen it was ok but could if been better. Overall I rate them as a high average!

Big room, balcony connected to garden and swimming pool, stuff very good, Internet good, time passed quickly.
