An old, well-known hotel in Pattaya known for its tower and cable car. I visited its small amusement park and enjoyed it a lot. The monorail is quite hot inside, as its windows are acrylic boards with few gaps for air ventilation. However, the scenery on the monorail was worth it.

The water park entrance fee is 200 Baht, adults, children and Thais all pay the same price. No food or drink allowed from outside. You will be searched like a felon! Food and drink must be bought at the water park at inflated prices (1 litre of Pepsi 100 Baht!)! If you arrive too late, you will have no place to sit or a parasol! A family with two or three children will easily spend 2,000 Baht a day...

Great place first impression from outside wasn't as expected. But once enter and stay, everything turns out great. The price was fair not expensive. Overall I will have to come back and stay about 3 nights.

Great friendly staff, good location near the sea. The main issue is that the old rooms with old furniture are used a lot, and you can see signs of that. If they would do a renovation of the hotel, they would get a much higher rating.

This is a lovely property on the beach in Jomtien. First, it's an easy walk with luggage from the bus stop direct from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The pool is huge as are the rooms and breakfast was great. Definitely worth a visit if you want the quieter atmosphere of Jomtien and the convenience of the direct bus from the airport.

I have a mixed feeling. I used to stay here when it was still the mercure and it’s much better now. The main issue is there are a lot of large groups (busload) of people staying there and they are super noisy. I really couldn’t get much sleep so I had to check out and move to the Baraquda heeton across the street which was much better.

Room had a lot of damage but was patched up to the best of the staff's ability. Towels were gross cuz it looks like it hasn't been replaced for years. Pool flooring is damage and needed to be fix for safety. Outside hotel smells like sewage all the time, but then Pattaya City smells like sewage all over. One of the most beautiful hotels for it's price in Pattaya. The location is great and not too far from the beach areas. Staff members are extremely helpful, the room service lady tried so hard to help me wash the towel that coloured by my red hair, I thought the hotel will charge me for it. But they didn’t. I am so glad that I choose this hotel, love the stay and room is comfy, has big space and a balcony. Thank to all the helpful and friendly staff there.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We had a grand suite for a total of 3 nights, and the room had a large bedroom, a living area, a kitchenette and a balcony. Amenities were awesome (kettle, fridge, 2 air conditioners, 2 TV’s, oven, hob). Our bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. Toiletries were provided as was water. The staff at the hotel were very helpful...

We had a nice stay, the hotel room was perfect and the buffet was great. The fitness room is small, but there is everything you need to do a complete workout. The view from the rooftop is astonishing, and food prices are right

City center walking distance to C mall. Near enough to grab a bike for local attention including happening nightlife. Far enough from the noise and a good rest. Breakfast, pay for it. You'll not regret it!

Lovely room. There was no view, just the wall opposite, but I got the room at a good rate...it's a bit out of the way, about a 20 min walk to the heart. A bit noisy because of the main road out the back and some construction going on at the front..I shut the bathroom door at night to stop noise coming in through the bathroom vents. Nice staff and a good TV for u tube, linking up your phone etc...

New hotel with an amazing interior. Rooms are very nice, modern, clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Rooftop pool and sun desk is not very big, but it has a nice ocean and city view. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Stayed 2 nights in Mar. Concierge staff "M" was assuring and has initiative to get things done. This is a service apt type hotel, so to manage expectations, lift and corridors are not airconditioned. My room was for double occupancy, but the toilet had only 1 hook to hang towels. Breakfast buffet was 450 baht per pax.

Beautiful old Hotel with nice pool. It have everything what a Star Hotel should have. It’s a bit old style but okay. The Breakfast room could look better. But at most for normal staying very okay.

I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

We like very much our vacation in Holiday inn Pattaya. Location is good. Many restaurants nearby and night life is in walking distance. We had room in executive tower with lounge access.
