Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well. Pleasent to stay once again in Holiday Inn after 7years. I loved the ambiance, environment, food and services etc., This time I am here with my kid. V stayed here as a family❤️. My kid enjoyed the kid's club, swimming pool, So nice and kind people. Fun filled weekdays with everyday activities. Make her occupied in weekdays. Also in weekend it's easy to access the nearby places from here.

We were able to book the rooms last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the check-in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Poppi who was very helpful and was able to cater to our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was one of the most beautiful lobbies we have ever seen. Hope to visit again sometime!

I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

Great friendly staff, good location near the sea. The main issue is that the old rooms with old furniture are used a lot, and you can see signs of that. If they would do a renovation of the hotel, they would get a much higher rating.

The water quality in the taps was dirty on the day of our checkout, there was no water in the tap around 1.40am on the same day. Even though it came in the morning it was dirty. WI-FI ONLY ON LOBBY. The hotel is a bit tired, but the staff try to fix any problems as soon as they can. It's quite quiet, but there can be some noise sometimes. It's far from all the attractions, but if you prefer to cycle or walk, it's in a good location. I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Pattaya! The staff, especially Bamby and Noynar, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool. The price reflects this. It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Absolutely wonderful, Enjoyed the gardens and the pool was fantastic. The Staff were very helpful with money exchange (USD), getting settled and telling me what was available in the area. Breakfast buffet was super, had western offerings along with Asian (Thai) choices. Will recommend to all my family and friends if they visit the area.

Their brochure offers 1-hour massage for 450 baht, 2-hours for 800, or 5-hours, get 1 free. If you buy the 5-hour package, they charge each hour at the expensive rate rather than billing two 2-hour massages plus a 1-hour massage. In other words, you're paying 250 baht for the "free" hour. Keep an eye our for these bate and switch tactics.

Comfy bed and quiet environment, and the doorman has excellent service, however the rest of the hotel is lacking in facilities and maintenance. If you just want a place to sleep it's ok, especially because it's not too far from beach, however we wouldn't stay again. Other hotels in the area at a similar price are maintained better, gym and pool here is quiet miserable.

One of the best hotel which I've ever stayed. The rooms are very neat, also very spacious. Stayed here for 2 nights in our last visit. The complementary breakfast was very delicious, and had a lot of items. Overall an amazing experience. Also walkable distance from walking street and beach.

I spent 36 days in this nice Hotel. Staff is fantastic , always smiling and very friendly. Reception Staff is phenomenal as the ones in the Restaurant. Room was clean and quiet, particularly enjoyed the big size of the fridge. Sink on balcony very handy. Location was perfect. Good value for money as well. Will go back for sure. Thank you so much. Good location. Clean place. Helpful and friendly staff. However the room is not clean. someone smoked in the room and the cigar was still on the floor when i entered. How can housekeeper missed to clean it. Sometimes no water to shower, staff will let you shower in another room. Walking distance to Villa market and shopping mall and night market.

Had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Chose this place, because its on a more quiet area (no loud party noises etc.) and still on good a walking distance to Pattaya beach. 7-eleven also close by. Service desk was good and overall hotel staff were nice and helpful. Hotel room had a lot of space and it was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good. The hotel room door does not isolate the noise...

Very nice and polite staff. I will say the Indian food and morning breakfast is much better than anywhere I stayed. And Lakhmani ma’am is very good to guest.
