Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨

A very fine hotel, the location is for those who like the quiet side of Pattaya. The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T.V. is unable to work due to signal problem. Other than that it's pretty good hotel. Oh, the breakfast isn't that good as well

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk. The rooms are very spacious with good view. The service is quite good. If you are looking for peaceful rest like vacation it's good choice.

Most of the staff do not speak English and have difficulty understanding it. The general profile of the people staying was not good either. However, our room was clean and nice. It is far from the center (you have to walk a long distance to get to the car and the roads smell bad).

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. They have a wide breakfast selection of western and Asian choices. It is a beach front property and has a large swimming pool as well.

The hotel is in front of the beach and has its private beach but the sea water is not very pretty. The hotel room is spacious with a large balcony. The only issue I had was other people were smoking on my floor, and when I reported it they were way too excusing of the offending party. Booked myself for three days at Siam&Siam and wasn't disappointed. It's a bit pricier than it should be, however the location was superb. In terms of comfort, the room itself was large enough with a very comfortable bed. WiFi was strong throughout my stay and was located at the 17th floor. The only downside was that I prefered my pillows to be a bit firmer and larger. Definitely would return again...

I've only sat in the beach front cafe and had a couple of drinks, Cappuccino and the cheapest, local beer, with fish and chips one time and a salad. Not seen the rooms but what I have of it is in dire need of maintenance, refurbishment and / or renovation. It's very expensive for what you get and there's 18% extra added to bill. The prices in the menu are net and don't include the extras.

I give the service 3 stars because the ironing board for clothes is always borrowed, not in large hotels but the ironing board is lacking 😢 the staff has some very nice people.. there were 1-2 people who felt unhappy when borrowing the ironing board. It's very handy for town, but not in the thick of it. Rooms are good. There is also a small pool on the top floor. However, there are only a handful of sunbeds, and the pool bar was never open when we were there. For the price we paid, I would go back again.

I stay here for business trips and it offers excellent value for business needs while feeling like a mini-vacation. The breakfast is extremely expansive, offering basically anything you can think of. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful, and there’s a swim up bar. The garden-view rooms are quiet and feel very secluded. You’d never know you’re in the middle of a downtown city.

Great hotel when built ,but it's doesn't have good maintenance over time. Polite and responsible staff.

The room is sooo pretty, I booked junior suite and I got the room that see the catsle truth (somthing.. can't remember name, but it's very beutiful) was amazing!. My phone has been flat and I don't have adaptor so I went to lobby, asked staff to borrow adaptor but they don't have any. The another girl nam 'Prea', she very kind she gave her personal adaptor to me for borrow! She very polite and friendly...

Great place for a peaceful family vacation ... close to sanctuary of truth and has a great pvt beach. Nice pool and good breakfast spread. Just a glitch.... room cleaning is bit bad, sheets were not changed for almost 3 days.... toiletries were also empty and had to ask to be refilled.

Good view but old building. Appropriate price. It has swimming pool , beach and bath tub. Good service mind. But it has bad odor when I come in room may be because it doesn't use for a long time. And I can open window to flow air in room.

The hotel has a private beach which is quite beautiful due to a few big trees are grown near the beach. They offer us shade when it is hot. The pools are big, clean and well-maintained. The garden is lovely with a lot of coconut trees

Rest in Thailand is not the first time. For the level of Thailand a very good hotel. The hotel is located in the Northern part of Pattaya. Went thinking that we will move on the Islands there and take a sea bath, but in the distant movement was not necessary because the sea is gorgeous right outside the hotel you can swim, we walked along the shore for a change in the next beaches of other hotels where...
