Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨

Overall ok, the water is a bit stinct at first, variety of breakfast and huge pool. The resort looks newer than the villa.

The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T. is unable to work due to signal problem

Perfect venue for the circuit festival Asia dance party. The venue, facilities, rooms, staff, service was all amazing. Can't imagine a better venue for this event.

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

There was some flooding in central Pattaya after a huge thunderstorm but this place is immune from all that. So glad I was here when that flooding happened. Always security in building and near elevators

it's good place to stay half day with family. kids enjoy too much. clean water. entrance for swimming pool is 100 baht and for tower mini telecabin is 400 baht.

This place has its own water park and dinosaurs 🦕 for the kids. Also has Zipline from top of tower to street. Neighborhood is mostly Russian now. Room is clean and has a balcony with view of ocean

Also has a revolving restaurant on top, but food there was mediocre. Has a night market, 2 7-elevens and scooter rental within walking distance. Pattaya night life is a 10 minute drive northwest

You can see the whole beautiful view from the view tower. We also rode the monorail which was okay experience.

But if you travel On a normal day like me, there are few people, the sea is beautiful, the food is good, the prices are good, it's very good

Room service is also provided by this restaurant. The room is large, conveniently designed, everything works perfectly. There is also a large balcony overlooking the pool and villas with two rocking chairs and a table

Room interior was a bit old fashion but comfortable, easy access to the beach and convenient store, breakfast buffet spread was average, recommend try local food than hotel buffet

Breakfast is fantastic with a good variety of fresh foods. The hotel location is good, plenty of shops and a food market in the area. It is not far from Terminal 21 shopping mall

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. They have a wide breakfast selection of western and Asian choices. It is a beach front property and has a large swimming pool as well.

Had stayed in this hotel for 04 nights. They served an Indian buffet breakfast. They have direct beach access from their property. Nice and beautiful location.

The staff are friendly in a respectful and relaxed way with a peak during a birthday dinner that was organized together with staff and at the top 19th floor resulting in a memorable extra happy birthday song with cake and candle lights - and staff singing and taking the photos all supported with fireworks from Pattaya City ahead of New Years celebrations! The hotel has such a large variety of amenities and facilities with a gym, kids club and a massive water park and private beach access. The scenery on the property is divine, keeping the theme of nature present

Every room has a wonderful Ocean View and the north building also will overlook the pool which is lit up at night

This visit happenes during Christmas holiday peak vacation season and is (last day tomorrow) ongoing and the resort stands out as an outstanding experience

The room was in excellent and cleaned condition all through, cleaning staff followed through in a nice kind way asking if there was anything extra needed and made sure we were happy and the room was well-kept alongside looking modern and all you’d expect from a five star hotel

Stayed for 6 nights with wife and 2 kids. Great hotel, location, excellent breakfast food. Free minibar drinks, we just bought whiskey from 7/11 nearby because no alcohol is served. One of the best hotels I stayed in

There are always extra activities pop up, which are different in each day. This is a kid playing area which is not just playground, it is soulful. Will surely come back next month

Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great

I stayed at the hotel for couple of nights with my family. The location is great, having the private pools and free access to the beach. Also the mall is just 5 min walking from the hotel

The pool is great with the depth of 2 m which also connects to the beach. This seems like the only hotel on the street that connected to the beach. I will definitely stay here again

Local Activities: All the local activities like Snorkeling, Paragliding, Speedboat to the island are available on the beach. Room: The deluxe room which we selected had a partial beach view and swimming pool view

The rooms need to be renovated but they are large and well equipped ( except for the water boiler which was not available). The hotel is quite big so we did not feel being in a busy place

😇I had the opportunity to stay at Amari Pattaya. 👍I really like the water park. ❤️🥳The water park is magnificent, has a lot of space and water rides, 🌤️💦so I don't get bored at all. The colors are pleasing to the eyes

Staff was cordiale and friendly as well Main attraction was the fantastic Kids Pool area - My Son & I had a great time by the pool, and the water slides that they have in offer and as good as some of the one's you see in water theme parks

The child is taken into account perfectly. They have, for example, a baby bed and children's own crockery and high chair for breakfast. I highly recommend and I usually don't recommend anything easily

The view on the sea is beautiful, the stairs to the beach are not though 😅 quite old and all different size, if you like to swim after sunset I highly recommend to bring a flashlight with you

I really like this hotel, I have been here many times since 2007, but during this time a lot has changed, there is no longer a chef who oversaw breakfast in the restaurant for many years, the cost has doubled during this time, strangers are coming to the beach and It’s not the guards who always deal with them, but basically everything is like the good old days

I stayed for 5 nights in a Bungalow April. 15/20 mins walk to beach road. Nice location to visit pattaya. I didn't try the food, (it looked OK though) Definitely would stay again.

Loved staying in the Bungalow. Come and wsodice when I want, no prying eyes, and reception. Would be even its own kitchen, that would be super.

Swimming pool is great with a yellow slider, your kids will like it. I will come back when I have a chance

Bathroom needs a refurb desperately. No drinks or food from outside hotel near pool. The hotel impose a fine, where most resorts simply request no glass by the pool

When we arrived at Pattaya bus station, it was difficult to find a taxi to come to this hotel, we were standing in scorching sun at 40 degree Celsius!I called the hotel to arrange for a car to come pick us up

The hotel is comprised of several different smaller hotels in one. One main big hotel, one smaller and a few sets of Chalet type complexes

We had to wait until 2pm for our room; at 2pm we walked to our room (which was tricky to find- a map would have been helpful) to find the maid cleaning it and she asked us to wait 1 hour

Perfect location, but quite a distance (500 mtrs) from main road where shared tuk-tuk operate. Hiring a personal bike would be a good option. Good swimming pools, well maintained. Staff is not at all hospitable

Even after the room was cleaned the bath towels weren't replaced. At the time of check out, the reception said that no porters are available. At best, it should be called an average 3 star hotel

It’s a very nice hotel with good size rooms. Location is great as it is walking 5 mins from the beach and equal distance to the Central Pattaya Mall. All restaurants and convenient stores are very nearby

The lobby looks decent but the rooms are small and weirdly made. The bathroom has a weird smell which seeps into the room as well. No dental kits, hand towels provided when we checked in

Location, location, location... Just brilliant! Stay here for the location and the views and nothing else. They have some great restaurants too, just in case one is hungry.

Large and clean room. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. There is a balcony. Pool with a bar between the two housings. There is a pool on the roof.

Good and clean rooms, near to the pattaya beach , just walkable distance. Breakfast has both Indian and Thai Options, we had tried both, personally liked Thai a bit more

He too made sure to respond quickly when I had questions and fielded any issues I had such as accommodating my requests for a pool towel when no one was at the location where they were being distributed

Staff were truly accommodating and work very hard for a salary I'm sure that is less than back home (Canada). I especially want to commend three people who work the front desk

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool

It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping

Stayed here quite a few times simply because of its location. Everything you need is within walking distance, secure parking with security

The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also. The swimming pool is large but the beds are taken quickly by the towel reservists that we all know about

I removed 4 towels and kidnapped the chairs for my party and nobody ever came to use the beds ! No surprise really !! The pool bar is limited in stock - What other bar in Thailand has no Leo 🤣😅🤣 Anyway I would recommend staying here 👌 Note: we did not book breakfast as there was so much choice around so we decided to go out at our own pace and get breakfast out

There is lot of confusion as Agoda does booking to hotel via third party. Any cancellation / rebook the property is not smooth process

Also one golf court & tennis court is available where equipment is given on rent. One massage shop is also available on campus. Breakfast also doesn't have many Indian options. Prices should be lower compared to services

They don't make them like this anymore. If you're after a genuine retro experience reminiscent of Chinese hotels in the 1980s, this place has it all

Great location for families, very peaceful and quiet, has it own beach that you can go to walk or swim. The room is a bit dated though but still hold up pretty well

Someone stole it and hotel couldn't comply my request only because they didn't install any CCTV or camera in that motorbike parking area
