a very mediocre hotel with minimum facilities. If it weren't for the associated parties people probably wouldn't choose this hotel.

Reasonable price for hotel and location

We had a great time at this hotel. We like the swimming pool. The breakfast is very good with a variety of options.

The location is at Naklue area, it is very closed to the Sactuary the truth and the fresh seafood market. Hotel buffet is indeed very good & with great variety. Rooms with sea view are the must & beautiful. The minor thing is the bathroom shower problem cos it’s aged & water splash out makes wet around.

Room is very spacious. I like swimming pools the most.

PRO: The experience of staying at this hotel was overall good. The location is perfect, the beach is close by, they even have a beach bar / restaurant next on the beach.  CONS: When it is windy, one of the windows is not shuting perfectly, so it will constantly make a noise (and during the night can be annoying).

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

Check in/out nice. 2,000 baht incidental deposit is required. Please make sure you note all leaks/broken items to the front desk/engineer upon arrival. The same procedure is with the pool towels. The hotel has its own beach, where you can bring your beavarage. So you can have wonderful time near the sea. Sea is much clearer comparing to djomtien.

Super nice staff and can call us to check in ealier when the room is ready. Amazing water park, with lots of slides. The floats provided in the water park for adults and kids raised the enjoyment. The free activity- aqua dance & pool game are also good!

The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast selection was extremely varied — I’ve never seen a hotel with such a wide range of breakfast options. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The water park was so much fun.

My family and I usually enjoy the buffet at Dusit very much. The food tastes great and there’s a wide variety to choose from. However, we were a bit disappointed during our recent seafood dinner buffet. The blue crabs weren’t placed out for self-service like the other items. Instead, they were kept hidden and only brought out upon request, which made the experience feel less open and comfortable.

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Not much around, most restaurants are European and not so much Thai food which is great if that’s what you are looking for. Hotel fine but location a bit rough and full of **** shops. We stay at this hotel because we attend the sky lounge restaurant which is inside the hotel. I like its location next to the hidden beach. Anyway, this hotel is quite old but you will get competitive price instead.

I have traveled the world and this is a 10/10 place, classy, huge, well protected. The pools are insane and huge, you can do 100-200m laps. All are infinity and service is so kind. Only down sides are: can get noisy sometimes at late night for some guests - as it is Pattaya, and the food isn’t as diverse as street food. I recommend the Pad Thai with Prawns!

Great stay. close to night life, walking street, beach, ferry dock to Ko Lan. Security maintains guest grounds from foot traffic outside. Places to eat and explore just outside the door. This resort is a secret oasis, hidden away at the end of the walking street. The team here are genuine and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Gym, two pools, tennis court, spa, and peaceful. Great place for family as they have security at the gated entrances. Hope this helps someone out!

Little bit dirty and not clean

Firstly the room allotted was in a different building with no balcony for which there was no indication during booking. Building shown in App was different.! This hotel is not centrally located and does not have any shared public transport. But private transport is easy to organize around the city. The restaurant is good. Good food options everywhere. And beauriful pool. Friendly staff.

Great hotel to stay at, but it isn't downtown. This is a popular Chinese tour hotel. But the food options are good here. White Horse Pub is extremely good value and it part of the hotel.
