A very fine hotel, the location is for those who like the quiet side of Pattaya. The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T.V. is unable to work due to signal problem. Other than that it's pretty good hotel. Oh, the breakfast isn't that good as well

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk. The rooms are very spacious with good view. The service is quite good. If you are looking for peaceful rest like vacation it's good choice.

Most of the staff do not speak English and have difficulty understanding it. The general profile of the people staying was not good either. However, our room was clean and nice. It is far from the center (you have to walk a long distance to get to the car and the roads smell bad).

Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well. The new restaurant at the street level is completely revamped and the food and new concept is delicious. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Pleasent to stay once again in Holiday Inn after 7years. I loved the ambiance, environment, food and services etc., This time I am here with my kid. V stayed here as a family❤️. My kid enjoyed the kid's club, swimming pool, So nice and kind people. Fun filled weekdays with everyday activities. Make her occupied in weekdays. Also in weekend it's easy to access the nearby places from here.

We were able to book the rooms last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the check-in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Poppi who was very helpful and was able to cater to our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Stayed here quite a few times simply because of its location. Everything you need is within walking distance, secure parking with security. Breakfast and staff are good, but rooms are a little below par, overall the place needs a revamp.

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool. The price reflects this. It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Great atmosphere! Good location. The staff is attentive and always accommodating. Golf is a pro at getting you checked in and arranging anything you need. I've only sat in the beach front cafe and had a couple of drinks, Cappuccino and the cheapest, local beer, with fish and chips one time and a salad. Not seen the rooms but what I have of it is in dire need of maintenance, refurbishment and / or renovation. It's very expensive for what you get and there's 18% extra added to bill. The prices in the menu are net and don't include the extras.

It’s fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing special. Okay hotel to stay. Some staff are friendly. Some can’t be bothered. It’s fine. Rooms are okay. I did enjoy their pillows though. I had a little balcony too. For “safety” reasons they collect everyone’s ID upon visiting your hotel room.

You get what you pay for. The place was surprisingly quiet, considering the location. It's in a cute courtyard and my room had a couple of palm trees outside, so the birds were present and chirpy every morning, which was something I really enjoyed. The hotel is a bit tired, but the staff try to fix any problems as soon as they can. It's quite quiet, but there can be some noise sometimes. It's far from all the attractions, but if you prefer to cycle or walk, it's in a good location. Breakfasts are simple, but they change the dishes regularly, so you can enjoy a variety of different dishes.

This hotel is not centrally located and does not have any shared public transport. But private transport is easy to organize around the city. The restaurant is good. Good food options everywhere. And beauriful pool. Friendly staff.

Great hotel to stay at, but it isn't downtown. This is a popular Chinese tour hotel. But the food options are good here. White Horse Pub is extremely good value and it part of the hotel.

Great location in The middle of The action. The Standard of the rooms varies. The cheaper options are The oldest and most worn rooms with noisy aircon. I changed to The newer rooms and got a whole new experience. Nice staff and ok breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay but was woken around midnight by the guests next door talking very loud and banging on their door trying to get into their room.

I like the sprawling layout here and very close to the LK nightlife. If only the staff at the reception desk could be a little more helpful

Being staying here for 16 years and it's brilliant. Nice pools with a good little gym. The location is great. It's got everything you need real close. LK metro is just around the corner. The beach is 10 mins away walking. It's right in the middle with all the action around you. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
