The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only negative is the darkness of the Hindus. Nice to have a second on the roof. But, in principle, not prevented

Rooms are very good and spacious & having balcony. Indian Breakfast is available with an average taste Location is good as beach is walking distance and so many pure vegetarian restaurant are nearby

The only drawback is if you are coming with family than you may feel uncomfortable at evening time as so many girls stands outside the hotel gate

There is also restrictions like not to smoke or use bottles and glass in the poolside, but it is also not strictly followed. Breakfast, noth Indian and English will be served from 6am to 10 am

Rooms were clean and big. Location of the hotel is so good situated at city center and at walking distance from Pattaya beach. Rooms have pool view. Gym in side hotel. Breakfast is available both veg and non veg.

Our only issue was the doors to the large reception area were left open during the late evenings allowing numerous mosquitos to be prevalent resulting in unnecessary bites and for a hot reception

Rooms was great and don't get me started on the pool. Amazing loved every bit of the stay. Please keep it up guys I am gonna be back once again

Staff were courteous and competent The location is good for access to central shopping areas and a reasonable walk to beach road. Beware! Balcony railings are way too low

It's far from all the attractions, but if you prefer to cycle or walk, it's in a good location. Breakfasts are simple, but they change the dishes regularly, so you can enjoy a variety of different dishes

Hands down the most friendliest and supportive staff I experienced in any hotel. We got to the hotel way late than expected yet managed to get a quick check in at the reception. Got some welcome drinks as well

It's a shame because the hotel is set back from bars and road noise so would be perfect, they need to put a sign please just close your door gently because not every one wants to wake up at 7am for breakfast

Good location no noise from outside the hotel, big modern feeling room, nice balcony. Only downside doors slamming extremely loud from 7am till sometimes 2am next morning every day

Easy to access Indian restaurants just in front and nearby. Rooms are spacious with all amenities including tooth brush, ear buds, soaps, shampoo and shower cap. Very punctual on check in and check out time

Iron and stand are available on a sharing basis. Rooms also had a huge balcony with mesmerising views of colour house roofs, gardens and pools. Also, equipped with two pools and gym available for guests

Rooms were huge and service was great. Hotel is just 10 mins walking distance from Pattaya beach and night walking street. Also, one can find restaurants nearby without spending much on bolt and grab

The Walking Street is very near from the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very good it has rooms of every budget. The buffet is also very good. The staffs are also very good

Very clean room, very comfortable big bed, silent aircon, super friendly staff, decent breakfast and super central, tv with lots of Channels and free water

I know she was pretty new at the hotel and she felt bad because when we were at the pool ordering drinks and food sometimes it took a very long time but she always had a smile on her face and I really appreciated it

They were all very helpful but these 2 girls stood out the most for me at the front desk. They also are part of my other great experience here at this hotel. They gathered like 6-8 staff at the hotel and came up

If there's one line to describe this place. Keeping aside the fact of disallowance of early check-in and made us wait for three hours. ,the stay was really comfortable and it's location is nearby the beach and everything

Good and clean rooms, near to the pattaya beach , just walkable distance. Breakfast has both Indian and Thai Options, we had tried both, personally liked Thai a bit more

He too made sure to respond quickly when I had questions and fielded any issues I had such as accommodating my requests for a pool towel when no one was at the location where they were being distributed

Staff were truly accommodating and work very hard for a salary I'm sure that is less than back home (Canada). I especially want to commend three people who work the front desk

The check in process was smooth to start with. The hotel is located 5-7 mins walking from the beach and the main area. We didn't order anything from the hotel or buffet breakfast so cannot comment on their food

I have stayed here, the other reviews are correct and true. This is a very good hotel, good location and very cheap for the quality. Hope it can get guests back after COVID.

Rooms are very attractive hotel was very nice. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. Plenty options for food for breakfast available. Overall we had a great time there

I really enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Pattaya and everything was great. Nice comfortable room, great pool and cafe/bar area. The staff were great and made my check in easy even at 3am after 4 hours of flight delays

The staff is here 24/7 they speak English in there just incredibly helpful. The rooms are fantastic lots of great channels including Chinese television which I really enjoy

Location is number 1 if you want to be close to the walking street action. You've got a massage shop on your doorstep, two seven elevens downstairs and you are across the street from McDonald's

Just stayed at this hotel for a month and I can't fault it! amazing sea view from the balcony, all the staff were friendly and polite, the cleaners were lovely and helpful

Good place to stay if you are coming to Pattaya to party. Waiting street is 50 meters away, good proximity to 7/11, macdonald's, forex exchange. Rooms week clean. Water is paid after 2 bottles.

Close to the beach and ferry to the islands. Sea view rooms will hear a lot of noise all night from the club opposite. Ear plugs are provided to get a good night sleep

Nice, clean, not cheap, but not so expensive for people who some money, good breakfast, staff ok, AC breakfast loundge, in the center.

Fantastic hotel right down the end of Soi Honey. Just the right location for Soi Buckhau, second road and also Beach Road. I had a room next to the elevator and opposite the pool but there was no noise inside the room

Sureena Hotel is a great choice for travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the road. The AC and TV are in good condition, and the transportation options nearby are convenient

Very comfortable bed and the aircon was very cool. Good size bathroom with a walk in shower and a hairdryer. Plenty of storage in the room and a good size balcony. Definitely going to stay here again

Highest value for money that you would get in Pattaya. For this cleanliness and facility, nobody would complain but the price is outstandingly cheap compared to other places with the greatest location in town.

Bed there is no pressure bedding at the waist. Clean and beautiful room, in an area I do not think in a quiet environment.

I stayed at Access Inn for about five weeks. Staff are fantastic and provide great service with friendly, relaxed attitudes. Very good value considering location and standard of the hotel

We took our dog with us and he had a great time using the pet swimming pool and towels and a dryer was available for use. The beach is only across the road from the resort so very convenient

great stay, close to the beachfront, spacious area with a giant pool, very quite during end of may, facilities might like a little redo thus clean and comfy come here if you bring a dog / pet with you as they offer special rooms and facilities for dog owners a even a pet shop and day care place

Breakfast was included and plenty of choice was available. If there is a small criticism it is that the resort is quite dated and some areas and facilities could benefit from updating

We booked a three night stay here as it is one of a few pet friendly resorts in Pattaya and I must say we were not disappointed

New hotel with an amazing interior. Rooms are very nice, modern, clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Rooftop pool and sun desk is not very big, but it has a nice ocean and city view

Concierge staff "M" was assuring and has initiative to get things done. This is a service apt type hotel, so to manage expectations, lift and corridors are not airconditioned

Alright, here I am giving it a 4 star because despite the shockingly rundown entrance, the hotel is clean, very clean, and the staff genuinely kind, and the location is great, if you wanna stay near (any kind of) action

Cons: very small fridge; one of the female receptionists was a bit rude exceptionally to joiners, she probably thinks that they are sinners and she is Mom Theresa at least

from the beach to the nice mall to whatever else you’re looking for. There are several nicer hotels for 3/4x the price on the same street (Soi 10) but I’d stay here again

This whole group seems to have gone for a lower market and over all the prices remain the same. You do not get all of the services that they used to give - no free drinking water, no restaurant on site

The hotel is nice, the ratio quality-price! ...and like all good , BUT maid service ...no support for her to do or not want! towels and bed linen zastiranny and change it forget?

Hotel is clean, staff are OK, and it was quiet until my last night when a bunch of 'men on the hunt' occupied rooms on the same floor

It appears that it has been maintained, but not renovated. The air conditioning unit works well, doesn't blow directly on to the bed, but is rather loud providing a constant background white noise

Location was great to reach party spots, easy access to the pickup truck shuttle route. The hotel location itself was quiet. This was probably a trendy hotel 25 years ago

The only bad thing for me: in terms of cleaning, they are also very efficient even though I did find a dead cockroach and some spiderwebs in my cabinet and bathroom

That goes to say that superficially they clean the room very well but when it comes down to details and hidden spaces, it's not good

Also, the bathroom floor has settled leaving a small lake after showering that separates you from the towel rack and bathtub

Bottom line, it was a fair price and well located and the shortcomings i have mentioned are not deal-breakers

I was unpleased here with only one moment: as far as the hotel is located close to night clubs and bars it was impossible to sleep, though the room is big and comfy and shower facilities are great as well as breakfast
