It had an excellent tv, with plenty of English channels, a microwave, (with plates and cutlery) good hot water and was so clean i complemented the maid, saying it was the cleanest room ive had outside of 5 star

The check out time of 10am is unusually restrictive by Thailand standards, (but they dont enforce it too stringently). I was was amazed at the cleanliness, equipment and bed size in my room for the price

The pool is lovely, but unfortunately was overcrowded with people spitting and behaving obnoxiously. As with all hotels, it all depends on the deal you can get

This hotel is overwhelmingly dominated by guests coming from India and as such is a little uncomfortable for European guests due to cultural differences

If not interested in the pool, i would say this is an excellent choice, given the comfort factor, the fantastic location and the price

They are not as noisy as the Chinese, but staring at you as Lord of the North. Nice kitchen, dining room separately for Hindus and Russians. The pool is not popular since around the Indians constantly sit and stare)))

I stayed there for two nights and checked out today, One of the best hotel of Pattaya, I highly recommend, Breakfast is amazing, Staff can't speak English frequently, Door card some time don't work and get several minutes Room#508

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool

It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping

However, the room size and overall condition weren’t much different from the budget option. There was no assistance with luggage during check-in or check-out, which was disappointing

The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also. The swimming pool is large but the beds are taken quickly by the towel reservists that we all know about

The bathroom has a few issues (see photos) that a maintenance man could solve easily !! The bed has a mattress that is smaller than the base so banging your leg on the protruding base is a common occurrence ( photo) - I have the bruises to prove it The carpark is huge but only offers shade for VIP's - I do hate this love of VIP's if I'm honest !! My car sat in bright sun for 2 days - not ideal

I removed 4 towels and kidnapped the chairs for my party and nobody ever came to use the beds ! No surprise really !! The pool bar is limited in stock - What other bar in Thailand has no Leo 🤣😅🤣 Anyway I would recommend staying here 👌 Note: we did not book breakfast as there was so much choice around so we decided to go out at our own pace and get breakfast out

Have stayed here many many many times, great hotel with friendly staff,close to the beach and walking street. Quiet at night so can get a good sleep. No cover charge if you have a friend stay overnight

The stay was very pleasant and value for money.The rooms were clean with a balcony overlooking the pattaya beach. The food was great and withgood room service.

Nice location near 7-11 and bar restaurant in the city 5 minutes to central is was nice to stay big parking lots.

New hotel with an amazing interior. Rooms are very nice, modern, clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Rooftop pool and sun desk is not very big, but it has a nice ocean and city view

Concierge staff "M" was assuring and has initiative to get things done. This is a service apt type hotel, so to manage expectations, lift and corridors are not airconditioned

The rooms are very nice decorated. We loved sitting on the top floor next to the pool with fantastic view of the sea and the breeze. The staff are very friendly and helpful

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Pattaya! The staff, especially Bamby and Noynar, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay

The hotel has an underground car park, which is ideal for the busy streets. Came with complimentary toileteries, sewing kit, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste and a comb. Ideal if you have forgotten something

The linens were clean and crisp with soft pillows to relax. Breakfast was something you would look forward for due to the variety of choices of which chicken porridge was my favourite

Being in the heart of the town we were worried about noise levels but my god… we slept like logs in the hotel as there we no noise and the bed were absolutely comfortable

One have to walk for 7/8 minutes to go to the beach. The construction has a grandeur of its own. A seven eleven convenience store is situated just opposite of the hotel which is open for 24×7

The hotel has a huge parking lot of its own. The behaviour of the staffs is very cordial. The hotel offers a complementary breakfast for all guests. ,, but lunch or dinner is not available

Medium size Swimming pool you will enjoy it, the hotel offers free parking, and you can enjoy meeting room and laundry service here. All rooms are AC and non smoking room, but you can smoke at balcony

Budget 2 star hotel with pool and near to walking street and beach, almost a great hotel. Staff behave is nice and good Service. International Breakfast is also good

we asked them for extra empty glass for water after waiting for hours and suggested we use glass kept in the washroom.  no locker in the room so you will have to take a locker at the reception to store your valuables

Some of the deck chairs have an umbrella, but it's small and doesn't give much shade. It would be perfect if they added some shaded areas so you could actually use the pool more

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Pattaya, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and efficient service

Being staying here for 16 years and it's brilliant. Nice pools with a good little gym. It's got everything you need real close. LK metro is just around the corner. The beach is 10 mins away walking

Enjoyed our stay but was woken around midnight by the guests next door talking very loud and banging on their door trying to get into their room.

Great deal. 1150 for upgraded room in New building. Decent breakfast included. Nice pool. Friendly helpful staff. I'll be back

It's right in the middle with all the action around you. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel

Great location in The middle of The action. The Standard of the rooms varies. The cheaper options are The oldest and most worn rooms with noisy aircon. I changed to The newer rooms and got a whole new experience

I like the sprawling layout here and very close to the LK nightlife. If only the staff at the reception desk could be a little more helpful

It doesn't come with the bells and whistles you expect and it's not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel in North America, but it certainly serves its purpose if you are just looking for a place to rest your weary head for a decent price

I was not expecting the majority of the clientele to be groups of mostly Indian men. It has NOTHING to do with their race but more so SOME of their mannerisms & lack of personal space with other guests in the hotel

He too made sure to respond quickly when I had questions and fielded any issues I had such as accommodating my requests for a pool towel when no one was at the location where they were being distributed

This truly made the stay awkward. I was truly grossed out by SOME of their mannerisms such as hocking up phlegm and spit then ignoring the signs that posted no spitting near the main lobby pool

All three of these employees definitely had more than sufficient English to help resolve any questions or concerns I may have had throughout my stay. Note: be prepared for some culture shock

Staff were truly accommodating and work very hard for a salary I'm sure that is less than back home (Canada). I especially want to commend three people who work the front desk

The rooms are a little bit outdated but you do get everything you need for a great stay for example a big comfortable bed and a nice big tv, Bathroom has alot of free items to use like a razor,dental kit,comb,cotton buds

Lu defaults to the small tub is not but Friendly and the View (sea view occupancy); and service and cleanliness and the sea and the shopping malls... Sure I'll come back... sure

Location is great here you are right next to the central mall and the night bazaar where you can get many different items and a good price

The Staff in the breakfast area are fantastic they really do look after you one man was joking around with my kids from day one which is great as it settled them in and it made getting them to breakfast easier knowing we would be greeted like this first thing in the morning

We traveled from Bangkok in search of a peaceful retreat but still looking to experience the life of the city. This hotel perfectly met our needs, providing a tranquil environment with plenty of room for everyone

The only downside I found was the noise around 4-5am (sounded like delivery trucks down stairs) after that was quiet enough to go back to sleep 5min walk to central Right on treetowns door step and soi buakhoa Easy access to the baht bus’s Street food vendors close to the hotel in soi honey

Great location short walk to middle of Night life. Very good rooms very comfortable. Good shower complete with rain shower and complimentary shower gel, body lotion, toothbrushes ect fully stocked mini bar

Would definitely stay again and its location to the night life and short distance from the beach and other amenities make it ideal. And the fruit platter before checkout was a nice touch too 😊

Had a great stay in Pattaya at the Acqua Hotel. Only reason the room got 4 stars is because I’m a wheelchair user and it’s a bit tight for moving around the room

This hotel is an old charm hotel You will be served with a welcome drink at check in. It has large lawns and area to roam around and a big swimming pool. Make use of the lobby to relax and rooms are good too

Spacious place, and has elegant greenery with swimming pools for kids and adults. Rooms are fine for tourists and interior is just normal but the view of the beach side from the balcony is really beautiful

Their garden is so beautiful! You can stay all day in that garden, so peaceful and relaxing. Their food is very very hygienic and tasty, also it is closer to many street food place of pattaya

I enjoyed my 3 nights vacation there very much and never wanted to leave that place. The only thing is, their locks are not very secured to me. They take a bit of practice and time to lock properly

Housekeeping service is just ok. Breakfast buffet has decent variety of items and is pretty good. Gym is quite better than other hotels and has good equipment both for cardio and weight training

also their bathrooms are not that good. I mean they are clean and perfect but the flash doesn't work properly sometimes, sometimes the water of the basin takes to long to go

I really LK Royal Wing and LK suite. Ver luxurious decorate and clean room and so comfy big bed. It has family mart open 24hrs. They have very good food in hotel restaurant

The security staff were very caring and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate the large number of guests. The lobby looks very new and beautiful. I stayed on the 10th floor and the view was amazing

The Hermann Hotel has been completely renovated; it opens at the turn of the year and the staff is happy to take bookings. Sometimes it is still cleaned and the final preparatory work is still being done
