The location is at Naklue area, it is very closed to the Sactuary the truth and the fresh seafood market. Hotel buffet is indeed very good & with great variety. Rooms with sea view are the must & beautiful

PRO: The experience of staying at this hotel was overall good. The location is perfect, the beach is close by, they even have a beach bar / restaurant next on the beach

Everything is good to great except the beach due to the location but they did made a very nice replica of waterfall with the pool to close that gap 👍👍

A night market around the corner and 7/11 shops nearby. Fresh fruit stalls in the front area. Lifts are usually crowded and very hot, can hear the neighbours in their rooms. Water pressure is good and a bath available

Come with kids and elder parents. Room are spacious with one king bed and one bunk bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. Beach is adjacent to hotel and does not have to walk out from hotel

Good Massage center at the gate which will take 300 bhat for Oil Massage. Have good wifi coverage which can be used for whatsapp call. 7-11 is just within 100 mtrs on either side of gate where all the stuff are available

Khun Ommy on the Club Team member welcomed us and gave us all the details of our Club room she then met us in the Club Lounge later in the evening with superb and very friendly service that’s she provide to us for 3 nights as we are staying here

I stayed at Holiday Inn Pattaya for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is right by the beach, and the sea view from my room was absolutely stunning

Beautiful hotel, very good location, very clean, all people work at hotel very friendly, speak english very good, very nice, breakfast wonderfull, gym very good, i like the summing pool, lubby huge and nice quite.

SWOT analysis Strengths: New, helpful staff, 4 elevators, extremely clean, breakfast better then average, kids club, 2 + 1 (kid) pool, generally quiet place, close to beach, balcony, feels very safe, child friendly, sunset from infinity pool, kids under 11 free (max 2 same room)

After a day, you get to understand what they are trying to say. But the most complaint I have is their weekend dinner buffet. Food is great and good quality but no drinks included, not even water

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great

There is a big problem with rooms. The ones we saw - 302 and stayed in - 687 and 689 - are a bad shape. Especially wall to wall carpet needs replacement - it is very dirty. Apart from that the hotel is to be recommended

I stayed at the hotel for couple of nights with my family. The location is great, having the private pools and free access to the beach. Also the mall is just 5 min walking from the hotel

The hotel is in a quiet area of North Pattaya - so you get a good night's sleep if neighbors do not make a noise. The room has no desk to work on your notebook

Have bath tab and strong shower. Hotel have two building and have swimming pool both. Restaurant is good, I order soup and salad, it is quite a big portion. Sea view in front of restaurant is fantastic

Old but cozy hotel. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is very friendly, quiet location, big pool. If you only need to sleep in it, then it will do. If you want beautiful views - this is not for you

I stayed for 5 nights in a Bungalow April. 15/20 mins walk to beach road. Nice location to visit pattaya. I didn't try the food, (it looked OK though) Definitely would stay again.

Loved staying in the Bungalow. Come and wsodice when I want, no prying eyes, and reception. Would be even its own kitchen, that would be super.

This hotel is in a nice location close by the Sanctuary of Truth. The service was good and the staff was very friendly but the room I had was pretty old and appeared to have mildew in the grout.

The resort hotel is located in the Northen part of Pattaya and can view the Ssntuary of Truth from the beach. There are massage services at the beach too.

It was a good hotel with nearby to pattaya beach and just 10 min walk to walking street. The cleanliness were good and hotel staff was also having good behaviour. The main attraction was the Indian breakfast

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

And I just gave the drivers 100bht ($5 aussie)from wherever they pick me up from and they always happy with that. First time in Pattaya so was a little bit apprehensive about getting stuck but was never an issue

The bathroom has a door, so sound privacy if have company which is good. Saw a friends hotel and it was really flash, but all glass. A midnight bowel movement could be more intimate than the previous few hours
