Excellent service and a great view. On arrival the staff gave us a fruit drink and then the porters carried our bags to the rooms. The staff were very easy to talk to and quick to help out when there were any issues. The rooms are comfy and the aircon, when working, was great. The bathrooms had clearly aged a bit with the tiles being a bit discoloured and the mosquito nets looking worse for wear, but overall the rooms were fantastic. The walk up to the rooms is a bit of a mission as it's a mini uphill trek, but that's the price you pay for a good view. Nice pool at the back of the section and a small private beach off too the side. Only a short walk to Long Beach or the main built up area of Phi Phi Island.
Approximately a 15 minute walk from the pier or a quick taxi boat ride.
Definitely recommend checking this place out.

This is a very secluded resort at the very end of the main Phi Phi Don beach. I purposely chose this resort for the price & location. I love walking & don't mind a long walk to get to the shops and restaurants. The advantage of being this secluded is that you get a beautiful beach. I mean, it's very beautiful that I would just sit by the beach after breakfast until late afternoon.
The room was very far from the reception area, but I had a gorgeous morning view every day, just priceless. Thanks to the reception staff who helped me out. I really appreciate it!
The room was clean, comfortable & very spacious. Air conditioning worked well. I can watch Netflix using my own account to get me to sleep. I had a good night's sleep, but I mostly just can't wait to wake up every morning to the beautiful view of the sea & Phi Leh Island.
Don't complain much about the toilet as you come here for the sea, sand & sunset.
This was my second stay in Koh Phi Phi, and I just can't get enough of it.

As soon as we reached this place, we were happy that we booked the right place for ourselves. Everything is good about this property but the only downside I see here is the steep walkways you have to take to reach your rooms on the hilly side. It's definitely tiring when you're returning back to your room after exploring the island all day.

- Near the entrance to resort on the beach is a local boat tour. He is very kind and doesn’t charge expensively
- On low-tides, be mindful of starfish. They do no harm but you may walk on them accidentally
- Recommended if you love quiet beach

From the moment I stepped into this place, I fell in love! It’s a serene oasis just a short distance from the bustling center of Phi Phi Island, where you can easily find vibrant bars and restaurants for a lovely evening out. The view from my room was simply breathtaking. While the structure could use a little improvement, the management has assured me that renovations are on the way. I can’t wait to return and experience the upgrades! Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway.

For all who don’t know, Phi Phi doesn’t have any bikes or scooters or bicycles that you can rent; all that you got is your feet to walk everywhere. With that context, the location of the resort is slightly far off from the main pier; approx 18-20 min walk. If you don’t mind that, then please go ahead and book this place !
They very graciously gave us a room upgrade which opened a stellar view for us ! What a view ! We enjoyed our every moment in the room.
The room service was also quick and the reception staff was polite.
The water was very dirty coming from the regular washroom taps; but that may have to do with the overall Phi Phi Water Shortage problem; I recommend you to check the water in the washroom in a transparent glass before you begin using it.
All in all, this was the only place that also offered free drinking water 20 litre tank inside the room which was very very useful for us.
If you don’t mind long walks back and forth the place, and would rather want a beautiful breathtaking view in a relaxed luxurious room with great service and amazing room, GO FOR IT !

Solid 4 stars with only a few minor complaints that got made up for in other ways. The pool was down for maintenance, the water tasted a bit weird (licking your lips while showering), and the restaurant option was less exciting than other places on island.
I'd definitely stay here again despite the small things. The rooms are absolutely fantastic with patios overlooking the bay and lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the view. They're also detached so no noise from your neighbors. The hotel is BY FAR the quietest and most peaceful with walking access to "town," and the breakfast was pretty good. The beach area here was also the best on the main strip as its sand area is larger, quieter, and has more shade.
If you want to stay on island with walking access and less of a party vibe this is the place to stay. If the pool was open I'd give 5 stars. Even with the pool closed I'd stay here again over anywhere else on island for the detached room and views.

The location part is a bit tricky, if you want to enjoy the beach, this is your place, the staff is very friendly, the food is nice, the rooms are okay, one of our problems was that the rooms are up in a hill and going up can be a problem, if you want a beach resort but do not want to climb, you can reserve your room in the lower levels (you will still have to climb).
The staff were very nice, when we came back from our island trip (walked through the island), we asked for their transportation service (a car) to take us to our room and the driver was not available, so one of the employees gave us ride to our room in a motor cycle (one by one).
This does have a way to the town, so you will not be stranded.

For those who wanna book your room here, one thing to take note is that every Thursdays they don’t have boat shuttle from the town to the resort, so you have to take your luggage and walk all the way from the town to the resort or vise versa. As we left on Thursday, the staff was very accommodating and helped us to take our luggage to the town, kudos to the service 👍🏽
The service was pretty good as they were able to answer us any inquiries that we had.
My husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, we booked the deluxe room. We expected on the island resources are limited, and having bugs in the room is normal as it’s closer to nature. However, first time and first day arriving there’s a cockroach in our bathroom is not the best start to our trip. We wanted a change of room but they didn’t accommodate as it’s fully booked, and their only solution to clean the cockroach was a spray. Hygiene in the room is def not up to the standard, but expected. The only value for money thing that was worth paying for us was the view.
Another downside to this resort is, it’s a workout just to get to our room from our reception 😅😅 it’s super steep hill, and it didn’t really mentioned on Agoda when we booked it. Totally not wheelchair friendly, and our room was super far to walk as well. But the upside was, the further your room, you’ll really get the quietness and privacy as it’s really quiet in. The night sky was amazing during midnight just outside of our room, filled with stars.

The chalets were semi detached with a locked adjoining door, so if we'd stayed more than one night, we feel the privacy would not have been adequate. There will be superior accommodation to cost from no doubt! Views were great and all the staff were pleasant and efficient. Very picturesque(like paradise!) Whole of the islands is rather busy during the day, but afternoon/evenings were quieter than the party side of the island.
