- Only issue with this hotel is how hard it is to travel to the main part of the island after a certain time, apart from that I couldn't fault the hotel, beautiful scenery and amazing staff!

+ Hotel is quite remote in comparison to the main part of the island, transfer boats are available but hard to get back after 7/8pm Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice and really enjoyed the food. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, very clean.- Only issue with this hotel is how hard it is to travel to the main part of the island after a certain time, apart from that I couldn't fault the hotel, beautiful scenery and amazing staff!

+ I visited Saii Phi Phi for a few nights after returning to the island after ten years. This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own private boat transfer which is 3-times more expensive. The resort itself is truly gorgeous and every staff member I encountered were all GRACIOUS. Management has things well organized, offering many water activities, fitness center, aquatic center, coffee shop, restaurants, spa, shopping, two stunning pools, live music and even some light kid-friendly activities such as morning fish-feeding which was adorable. Overall, if you are looking for a private resort that boasts lots to do in a quiet secluded environment then this is for you. The resort's charm and romance is truly captivating. Good food, but cheaper prices at the village behind the resort. Excellent.21.08.2021

Huge village. The staff is great, the restaurant is great, the accommodation is great. A tour to The Beach is a must! And don't forget to try the red velvet cake

Good facilities, very poor tissue paper provided. Absolutely terrible staff with lack of knowledge and manners. The staff that drove our golf cart kept speeding and hard braking eventhough we asked him to slow down repeatedly and got lost more than twice. Staff answering the chat is also very ill informed and made us wait at least half an hour before asking us to contact elsewhere.

Nicely located on phiphi. The arrangements of boat transfers were not well managed they misplaced my contact with some other guests and ended up someone calling to disturb me early in the morning for no reason. This happened despite the hotel called me 3 times to reconfirm the pick up arrangement. The rooms are basic simple and clean, had some funny smell through the pipe. Food at hotel taste very flat, thai dishes are not real thai taste, recommend a 5 mins walk to a local restaurant , much better taste and value of money.

What can I say, a year has passed since our amazing wedding on Phi Phi Island. We could not have imagined how fantastic a day we would have, just the two of us and the lovely resort staff. You all made our day an amazing experience, from start to finish. Today is our first Wedding Anniversary and we have a lovely collection of photos to remember the day.
If anyone is thinking of a getaway wedding, don't look any further. We met with our Wedding Planner a few days earlier at the resort and were taken through the route and plan. The day started with an amazing breakfast on our veranda, followed by hair, makeup and help with dressing, in our Beachside Villa.
Our photographer arrived early, taking photos of the lead-up to the ceremony and throughout. My husband to be arrived to collect me in a procession beautifully attired resort staff. We walked along the beach in the sunshine The Beach House, a beautiful beach front venue dressed with flowers and wonderful drapes.
The monks were amazing and mystical in their orange robes. The whole wedding ceremony went smoothly, guided by our wedding planner and the wonderful resort staff.
After an amazing ceremony we had an evening meal on the beach under our own pergola, all decorated with flowers. A Thai meal was served along with bubbles. Photos were still being taken throughout the evening. The whole experience is something we will never forget.

A group of guests had their own speaker on at the common pool area for 1.30 hours before I called the reception. The music was turned down but still on so had to call again a few times every half an hour or so. It was turned off after nearly 3 hours
The guest relation manager later called my room and said every time I called she sent a staff to the pool area and the music wasn’t loud. And told me the hotel wants every guests to be happy in their space implying I should compromise with the music not being so loud. I waited 1.30 hours before I first called so I think that’s already compromising
