I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also loved the on-site facilities, especially the [mention specific feature, like pool, restaurant etc.]. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions and public transport. I can't recommend this hotel enough – it truly exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The team is extremely friendly even by Thai standards.

We had a Garden view room out the back. The room featured new, powerful and silent AirCons as well as a large balcony with light, a fan and a hollywood swing. The room was small but functional and I loved the smell of the soaps (Jasmine, brown sugar and coffee) the had. A little improvement would have been an extra hand towel.

The minibar is priced very closely to the closest 7-11 so you can have a beer or a soda in the evening without having to run to the store again.

They offer a shallow pool (like 50cm) including a whirlpool function in their beautiful garden.
The true star of the show is the private beach, though. Incredebly beautiful with white sand, clear water and a huge cliff right next to it, as well as a bunch of loungers. The locations is much more quiet than the beach close to the pier.

They also offer a large french breakfast buffet with intricate delicacies you normally would't find outside of france.

All in all a hidden gem with lovely staff and a location that is out of this world. Would 110% recommend.

BEAUTIFUL ROOM. By far the best room cleaness I've seen during the trip. The staff are lovely, and breakfast includes beautiful French pastry that make us feel very well looked after.

One word to describe this resort is "awesome". You will be in the lap of nature, with full silence, comfort, and a beautiful sea view right in front of you. Their breakfast is also excellent. There are many vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available, and believe me, it is one of the best I've found on the island. The rooms are conveniently located, clean, and equipped with all necessary conveniences. We stayed at room which had the nicest sea views. The resort offers a private beach, so you can swim and relax at any time.
Resort offers free porter service as well.

One thing I believe may be enhanced is the establishment of a full-service restaurant that stays open till late night.

Beautiful, small and so friendly. This end of the beach is dramatically quieter than even a 5-10minute walk towards the pier. Private sun lounges and a section of the beach for guests only. I stayed 5 nights, absolutely worth it. Nicest reception ladies I've met in Thailand are right here.

Small but private residence that is at the other end of Phiphi island.

They have around 3-4 buildings, but what I like about this place is that they have good sittings area on the beach, where you can sit, sleep, or chill comfortably right next to the beach. And it was quiet as well.

The room interior is okay, just like any other condominium or budget hotel’s room.

However, this place is quite far from island’s centre city, it takes around 30 mins walk to the centre, so it is quite tired to walk to city centre to get food. But personally I really like this place because it wasn’t noisy or busy, not so many people around here so it was really quiet and relaxing.

We didn't want to leave, 3 nights wasn't enough. Location, hotel and staff are perfect. Thank you so much Catalia and all yr extremely accommodating staff. Really chilled part of Phi Phi, only 10 minutes or so stroll from the pier, but after we'd strolled the alleyways and wound our way up to the Viewpoint on our first day we rarely had a need to venture as far as the pier. Restaurants and massages right on the beach. Kayak hire and Longtail boat a couple min walk away. We definitely hope to return to Mama Beach Residence.
