Room was very clean and tidy.
The staff were not particularly friendly.
The swimming pool was out of commission and that was the main reason we booked. No one said when we phoned.

great hotel for the price, only complain is the toilet door and WiFi, everything else is perfect

Renovation swimming pool in starting of high season 👎
Service is BAD, staff not speak English and has the attitude like not to willing work.
Rooms....not believe the photos, aircon is not cold, no water pressure on 6th floor.
Breakfast was OK, plenty of staff....why not in the evening

Room is very clean by maid staff with a hotel standard. AC is quite cold but it’s better than hot. The location is very convenient for travel around here. Parking lot is huge and always available.

We stayed 1 night in what was described as a standard room. This hovel was at the rear of the hotel on the 2nd floor (no lift). The room smelt, the furniture would not have been accepted as a donation to a charity shop it was old damaged and dirty. The window ledges inside had not been cleaned for some time and the area outside the window was littered with dead pigeons. The view was just a concrete wasteland. The bed linen was cheap shiny polyester and the divan valances were tatty and grubby. The bathroom walls needed cleaning as did all of the sanitary ware. This was honestly the worst hotel room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in

Sad to see this once elegant hotel going in to decline, in need of better maintenance and refurbishment.

When I opened fridge door it dropped and I had to grab it. A poor repair had been done to the top hinge.
Came back from an early walk and sat in the lounge - no aircon..so had to go to my room.
Without investment and better management I guess its in a downward spiral now. Sad to see.
