Location was good for attending exhibition at IMPACT Exhibition hall. Nearby malls and eating places. Proximity to Don Mueang airport and free shuttle by the hotel also useful.

Not bad. Clean. Quite near to Don Mueng airport. No need to be stuck too long in Bangkok traffic especially if you have important flight to catch. But, not too much amenities around except for a few convenience store and some food stall(during the day). Nearest good mall for shopping about 20mins of taxi ride.

For the relatively cheap price you get great bang for buck. Very comfortable bed, a balcony and a nicely decorated and quiet space to relax in. The restaurant with the karaoke is a must as the service is excellent and friendly, it is mostly populated by Thai folk with a penchant for singing. Who knows, maybe you'll get up and sing like I did!

sucks, staffs were rude, no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, Bed is not comfy, pillow cover is dirty

Only 1 star rate because of the very poor service of the staff (except luggage staff). Don't know anything about customer service and they obviously don't care at all. Internet is very slow, you can't visit any website without 1 minute waiting and you need to log-in every 3 minutes. The rooms are just ok but a price of 500 Bath would be reasonable in stead of 1500 - 2200 Bath. On top of that they booked us a room next to construction work for room renovation. Too much noise and they didn't mention this before booking or during check-in.

Just look for another hotel, not worth your money and your frustrations.

Inside was clean, comfortable but hot water was never really hot just warm and no English TV but good Wi-Fi.
