UMA Residence Mini-hotel

The hotel looks beautiful only in photos, but the experience from the ground floor to the room is a complete letdown. I stayed here with my 10-month-old baby and wife. The staff provided us with two single beds in the room when I had requested a single bed. They refused to accommodate our request for either a single bed or even to join the beds together. Having already paid for three days, we had no choice but to stay, which turned into the worst three days of hotel experience for us. The bed was small and unstable; I even fell off it one night.

The lady at the reception was the worst person I've encountered; she should be fired for her lack of empathy. She offered to change our room to one with a single bed for an additional 500 baht per day. When I asked if they could at least join the beds, two staff members laughed and mockingly asked if we wanted an upgrade without paying extra.
