Mido Hotel – looks good, functions terribly
This hotel looks nice and the facilities seem decent at first glance, but the reality is extremely disappointing.
The Wi-Fi is absolutely unusable. Worse than many hostels. I repeatedly found myself sitting on the floor near the elevators or on the lobby floor just to get a barely usable connection. If you need internet for work or business, stay far away from this place.
Ironically, there is always a staff member standing by to press the elevator button for you. So if your priority is paying for someone to call the elevator and you have no need for internet, this might be the hotel for you.
But if you actually need reliable Wi-Fi to work, take calls, or do anything productive, this hotel is a complete failure. Appearances do not compensate for basic functionality.

Do not go please save yourself.

Hotel Manager/Owner doesn’t care if you have an unpleasant stay or if the hotel did a mess up and they won’t even show up if there is a problem that they are needed.
They don’t provide most of the facilities that they say they do online.
Never saw a hotel that doesn’t care about their guests this much. Feels like they are doing you a favor and letting you sleep here for free with the amount of nasty looks and rude answers

Stay far away! I booked a smoking room on booking and when I got here they told me there are no smoking rooms. Online they say they have airport shuttles and free WiFi, however WiFi works only 2/3 hours in a day and they don’t provide airport shuttles. Everything they write online is fake to bring customers in. Asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t even have the respect to speak to me. BAD - STAY AWAY! Almost forgot they also have a TV you can’t see nothing on and you can’t hear even at full volume

Agree as other have stated, front staff is extremely rude. Returned back to the hotel from dinner and one of the older ladies who looked like she was mad at the world started saying we damaged there towel. We kept asking for them to show us and after almost a hour of arguing she finally calls housekeeping to come down and show us. They did not even attempt to clean the towel like they said and just folded it like it had been. You can smell the difference between a clean and dirty towel and it had not been cleaned. We ended up just paying it, but demanded we keep the towel if we were paying it. Rooms are old however clean and the only good part about the hotel is location and there breakfast is really good

I would not recommend coming here if you want a headache and we won't be back. The only reason we stayed here was our family had stayed here previously.
