Miracle Grand Convention Hotel

Bad bad bad, maybe was a good hotel once but not anymore. Apart from the lobby, the rooms aren't at their best state anymore. No amenities, towels are shred like there are 10 years old. Stains on the floor and all over the walls. Like just a little painting would correct.
At this point they are just milking the money from people and no care for their comfort

Did not stay here. Went for a chinese restaurant. Staff is kinda rude compare to other similar hotels. Staff woyld close the door right on ur face if they are at close time, i dont have problem for them closing at their time but they should have say it better than just shut the door in front of the customer and speak with a tone to their customers who ask nicely. Further the staff on their pnline channel ie line app , was not helpful, and also rude compare to other professional customer service on online channel. They sure dont know how to provide good services. Defly not recommend if you want a good service. Not to mention the hotel parking lot is completely dark even it is daytime. Hotel is old , whole second floor look empty and haunted.
