Nouvo City Hotel

Really amazing hotel. The staff helped me with a happy smile. I got a room that ac now working but immediately the change my room with a new one. The restaurant served halal food and many severity of food types. Furthermore, the have a place to store your luggage 🧳. Yes I would like to come and stay with them again

Khaosan but still quite.
The staff and the service is truly exceptional.
We forgot something important in our room and the staff didn’t hesitate to send it to our new location. Big thanks again!

Breakfast: Good selection of fresh food including made to order omelettes and scrambled eggs. Breakfast starts at 6am allowing time before catching transport or going out on tours etc.

Pool and gym: 8am - 8pm. Gym equipped for a good workout - old equipment but perfectly ok for a standard workout when on holiday/travelling. Pool is lovely for a dip after a day of sightseeing, sunbeds to relax on too. Didn't use spa but it looked very professional.

Bedroom: Comfortable bed and air conditioning makes for a great night's sleep. We were on floor 2 directly above reception and only heard light noise from restaurants across the road in evening so not a problem at all. Lighting a little dark so at night it was dark in the room but big windows meant during the day it was nice and bright. 2 free bottles of water a day.

Location: 10 minutes walk from tourist centre. The hotel is on a quiet road with lots of great food options round about. 7 eleven next door which is helpful for picking up extra water etc.

Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location for an old backpacker who was looking to re-live the experience at an elevated level. Room was large and well equipped bathroom and shower area were like a spa! I spent more time in my room than I thought I would because of this! Breakfast had everything you could ask for and it was great that service started at 6am, great way to start the day. Staff was very friendly. I took advantage of everything (except the very well equipped weight room) and really enjoyed the tranquility of the spa. Slightly more expensive than the street level massage parlors, but an elevated experience. It was great to have the pool to dip in as well after exploring. For the price and location, everything I could have asked for!

The hotel is situated in a charming area filled with small streets and great places to eat. Breakfast is around 300 baht per person, and they serve good yogurt without added sugar and a delicious omelet. While the price-to-quality ratio is good, the room had a strong musty smell, likely from mold, despite the ceiling being freshly painted. The staff is friendly, but storage and hanging space for clothes is limited. The shower is excellent with strong water pressure, and the gym is well-equipped, even with air conditioning. And a good parking place for your car with lovely staff.

Clean hotels with extremely friendly staff. Good selection for the breakfast buffet. We stayed here 3 nights while touring around Bangkok. Many local shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing experience!
