The hotel itself is not new and some of the decor is dated, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are warm. The pool area is lovely and the beach has lovely fine sand

Very good spa, everything else is 4 stars. We really wanted to go to this hotel now, but in Russia this year it is not offered.

The hotel is kept very clean not just inside but outside also. The hotel photographer was brilliant with us and got some great photos of us to buy. All staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best possible

If you want boring British fayre day after day which we did hear some brits whinge about then go to England for your holiday. The local beer was decent enough - didn’t have many cocktails so can’t comment

This hotel is amazing, we arrived late evening, checked in and they took us straight for food where a 3 course meal was waiting for us

I never had any issues with finding somewhere to sit. at the beach & also around the pool areas. I had the best holiday and will definitely return in the future

The indoor pool was amazing for the little lad - outdoor pools were a challenge despite us having great weather the week we visited but what do you expect in early March

My wife and our 3 year old have just returned from a week long visit (7th to 14th March) and very much enjoyed our stay. For context, we paid £730 for a week all inclusive from Manchester and booked it about 8 weeks ago

Very dirty rooms, without proper cleaning. They clean it every day, but superficial. Pool is nice, but also dirty and full of sand. In 10 days of my stay, I was surprised only once to have dinner 5 stars quality

The rooms are clean, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very kind. Excellent service from the restaurant staff and specifically from Hedy. Everything was up to par.

Lovely sea view, beds made and clean towels daily, staff couldn't do enough for you, at meal times they would want you to sit in their areas with such great service, I believe one gentleman was called Algrajaila, brilliant service

The hotel is very large, the environment and atmosphere are very good, and the whole process is really comfortable

The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day

Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile

This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay

The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care

This resort has a nice beach, sand. Swimming pool is super big and never been crowded. Helpful staff. May be a negative comment: reception had only 2-3 destks and the staff always busy. Concierge:10/10 (very friendly).

A decent cheap hotel suitable families mostly, the pool is good, the beach is not bad, the food is very average. But the architecture is so old and mundane

The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but overall it's cozy, huge beds and adjustable air conditioning, I've never slept so well as here. There are 4 pools on the territory, all clean and warm

There was 2 hours between the procedures which I spent in a lovely lounge swimming in the pool with warm sea water and reading my book

For Spa - as usual on holidays I have got a sunburn and magnificent Nedra from MarineSpa offered me to book the Moisturizing bath and a Wrap After Sun with Tunisian Aloe Vera, I booked in the morning and spent entire afternoon in a spa

If u are an engineer, then this hotel and the internal MarineSpa will boost your productivity to another level. Good food, clean and comfy private beach, and a spa with full of professionals

Despite this I enjoyed it a bit, there are two great pools and the people are so kind you can make friends with the tourists, they are really warm-hearted

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

I made nice encounters; with French but the local Tunisians of this environment are unfortunately closed and cross all allowed no manners unfortunately the hotel is focused on them and neglects the European tourists shame

At the beginning of May there is a part of the hotel which is not open so no spa, no disco and no 2nd outdoor swimming pool so no slides. There are activities during the day but often the same

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel grounds are average, there are slides, pools, but the pools is why it is constantly dirty in sand and leaves, but this may be because of the wind, in the total area by 4. So in one word the hotel ate up in 3

The tables in the dining room, in the dining room, as the restaurant is not called, constantly dirty, and the plug blades is only one for all dishes. As for baking it is, but not in the range and monotonous

One word diner (restaurant) 2 points out of 5. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, I would put 3 if you move the bed, much of which can be found, but damp cleaning done every day

Cocktails are your typical AI drinks which suited us 🍹 The rooms are clean and tidy the air con is ice cold, which we needed. The pool areas are kept clean, with plenty of sun beds

An amazing experience in every way from start to finish! The staff could not have been nicer or more friendly, all of them! From the cleaners, to restaurant and bar staff, reception and the animation team! They all made my boyfriend's birthday very special

The selling point for this hotel is definitely the staff. Nothing is too much trouble! We found Bilel the lifeguard was amazing. such a genuine guy who can’t do enough to help you

We stayed here for a family holiday in August. Food, is plentiful and there is something for everyone

The beach is half a kilometer, very small, in the cavern with algae. Two pools, outdoor and indoor. The staff speaks Russian, English, French, Arabic. Overall impression is positive, well rested

Rooms are relatively new, but clean. The hotel does not have its own territory. The Intercontinental kitchen, no seafood, it was delicious, especially the breakfasts

A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized

June 2019, good five in sousse, matches the photos, fresh renovation, friendly staff, a lot of security, even merchants are not allowed on the beach, the restaurant of Asian cuisine on the 2nd floor is a disgusting establishment, wi-fi catches in the lobby and in the central part of the building on all floors, pool and beach 4g, excellent food on all inclusive

Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available

The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working

We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception

Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us

For my taste, it is too big an industrial hotel with one pool and a beach where there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests. The food is of solid good quality

It is not directly adjacent to the beach, but there is a garden. Service: The service level is below average. The omelette lady in the breakfast room is very friendly

for the 50 Euro we paid for a night we could've gotten better. Must say the pool and gym looked really good but it's too cold to swim and we're backpacking so no gym attire to try it out

The hygiene is very ordinary, quite poor, and the sheets are also worn out. The room does not come with water, so I was asked to get it from the bar myself

great, but still they have to work a bit in order to do the hotel worth 4 stars. The coach, the chicken, the bathroom ... don't meet for sure 4* criteria. But for this price is a good hotel.

Visited the hotel and the only Spa center. Greeted us with a surly lady, a relationship which was in uncomfortable queues. We elicited details of the procedures as interrogation

The bar area especially has these very bold, bright orange curtains that definitely leave an impression 😂 It’s giving 1920s realness, but honestly, unless it’s cold (which it definitely isn’t in summer), we barely spend time in there

Animation team are very good and helpful, so kind and fun I would definitely come again!! The bedrooms are very good and comfortable and relaxing my family love the pool and the beach is very quiet and amazing

There’s never a time you don’t get a smile or a friendly hello. It really adds to that emotional goodbye when Mum heads back to the UK and we’re checking out. The entertainment team deserve a mention too

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with Syylou – not only is she sweet, but she’s also an incredible singer! Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper review without a bit of honesty

The pool is quite and a bit small and it can be really dirty at times and there are a lot of wasps due to the trees

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building

The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers

The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car

The receptionist on arrival was amazing he was so lovely and set me and my Partner up with an upgrade to the only room the hotel with a balcony. The views from the balcony was amazing

Staffs are very friendly and nice, not everyone speaks English but they understand body language, had no problems in communication. Enjoyed the pool area, comfortable beds, couches and sofas

Rooms are a bit on the shabby side which is probably why it is the price it is but overall great trip and great value for money
