Excellent stay!

It was an incredible 7 nights. Iberostar was a pleasant surprise. I had seen reviews of other hotels and was afraid, so I chose this hotel and it was the best decision. Location, entertainment and food options. I recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

Good service

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously.

The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.

The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day.

The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.

If you have never been to Tunisia, then this hotel will definitely be an excellent option for your first trip. 9/10

The hotel is aimed at adult people. 366 rooms in the main building with 3 floors. There are suites (2 + 2) with a standard connection door (double). Beach towels for a deposit of $ 10 or 20 dinars. Bathrobes on request. Wi-Fi is free. This is the hotel where the terrorist attack took place in 2016. But now the security and control of the inspection upon arrival. Beach restaurant where lunch takes place. Alya restaurant 2 pcs. The minibar is replenished with water free of charge every day. The indoor pool is warm with fresh water and is very large. Fresh open pool with a children's area. Pool near the sea with seawater. Spa center tallaso center one-time visit to the pool in the center 40 dinars at a time. The animation is very calm. Relax hotel. There is a gym free of charge.

Good hotel..for Sousse, very Stegenberger German ... half an hour to the port..base building 366 rooms..minibar with water..bathrooms only in suites..name about 8 rooms ... barbecue on the beach..with swimming pools everything is fine..with sea water not heated..closed unheated..heated pool in the thalasso center with hydromassage costs 40 dinars ... 2 alyakart restaurants - one Asian sushi .... beach ones on a deposit of 10 dollars

Everything is decent. The staff are friendly. Everything is quite modest but clean. Nice territory
