I love this Hotel. The stuff treated me like a family. Both shifts are super nice. The women cleaning 5th floor she is super nice as well. The room was clean and quite . Not smelling Cigarette. Very close to the Bazar and perfect Breakfast. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars plus sun and moon 🙏

My only hotel , every time I come to Ankara., the location is great close to restaurants and shopping malls, the service is great , the room is really clean .

Good location, rooms were good for the price and clean enough. The receptionist at check-in was cold and uninterested. He couldn’t even bother with basic niceties like “good morning” or “thank you”

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. From the very beginning, I had a very lovely and friendly atmosphere. Kuntay, manager of the hotel, he was very nice and friendly and his a honest person.
I have stayed in many 3-star to five-star hotels in Turkey, but unfortunately the hotel staff were sometimes rude. But in this hotel I felt like my home rather than a hotel.
Everything is not money and good management can keep the customer and come back again and again and recommend to their friends. I definitely hope to see you again.

The staff are so rude the room that was given was so small that it can barely fit a single person. The receptionist was so mean she lied about the room it was 0 related to the one that she showed me on the TV. I did ask for non-smoking room but the room smelled like old expired tobacco! I totally don't recommend it!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and do recommend the hotel to anyone looking for something exquisitely unique; be it on a family, a group or a solo trip. The hotel personnel were also very courteous and friendly, the breakfast menu was quite rich and unique in variety and would be appreciated by all sorts of taste preferences.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Silay Hotel. The experience was fantastic. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with everything. Miss Deniz, Mr. Ugur, and Mr. Samet at the reception were wonderful.
We had to go many places with our kids and we came here by the train from Istanbul. When we needed a cab, they found us taxis in a couple of minutes which is almost impossible in Istanbul. 😄
Their breakfast buffet has lots of different cheeses, olives, warm egg dishes such as menemen or scrambled eggs, they all are so delicious.
We stayed on the top floor and we could even see Anıtkabir from our balcony at night. So cool!

I and my family were there for one night but compared with other hotel around it, it was clean and it's room size was good for us. very clean good view

As someone who has traveled to Ankara many times, I can say that Grand silay Hotel has all the criteria of an excellent hotel, which is my usual choice for accommodation, for example, room service and cleaning, very friendly and polite staff, along with a detailed and delicious breakfast. Also, the location and accessibility of the hotel is excellent for those who want to trip around.at the end i want to thank you all for the great experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean, it had good room service and very friendly staff. Most of them knew english to some degree, so you don't have to worry about not being able to communicate. They are keen to help if there are any problems. This was only once the case with the Wifi and it was managed instantly by the staff. After that the wifi was mostly good. I didn't encounter any other probelms. Therfore I thank the staff for being friendly, helpful and up to the task. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall the hotel is very much recommendable, especially because they offer good prices for their rooms.
