ÖZDEMİR HOTEL

Paper thin walls, I mean you can hear everything, every sound being made in rooms on either side of you, hot water issues, bugs in the bed, bedsheets and bedding not changed between guests after vacating room, smoking hotel, cigarette smoke comes into your room via air ducts and people smoking in hallway outside your room, grotty, grubby floors, furniture seems as if about to collapse, curtains heavily laden with dust, room surfaces full of dust. Wonderful location, shame about everything else. The staff were nice and helpful, but there wasn't anything in the way of service.

Rooms are fine.
Cleanness was good.
Their breakfast is average. Not much choices for bakery.

However their service is really bad. We arrived 4 days after we made a reservation through a phone call for one room with two separate rooms. They told us that they only have a room with two separate rooms for one day and that for tomorrow we’ll have to find another hotel or take an hotel with a king bed. Although the reason of my call was mainly for the two separate beds or else I could’ve booked online. They also acted as if it’s our problem to solve without trynna even apologise. They told me that some big group had reserved the whole hotel and they can’t cause them inconvenience by giving us the room that we had already reserved.
The morning after it they were like okay it’s fine you can stay at your room.

I don’t think I’d go for this hotel again since they don’t stand for their words.

No AC at the room and very dirty

I am staying at this hotel now. It is very awful. The breakfast is not fresh at all. The rooms are very dirty. The toilets and bathrooms are dirty and old and smelly👎👎👎
