Behram Hotel

We booked this hotel for a week with our 3 kids. The hygiene in the hotel is horrendous, our room was not cleaned in the 7 days that we were there. Me and one of my children ended up being sick. There was so many mosquitoes in the room which attacked us especially the kids. The cleanliness around the pool area is really awful and the pool water stinks. The wifi hardly works, the hotel staff are very moody, never said hello first or asked if you need anything or if everything was ok other than Osman who is the most helpful and nice person there. We were given a room which was located on the last floor and they have no lift. So with three kids and 50c outside when you come back from shopping you can imagine what its like having to walk up all them steps. The breakfast was the same every single day. This was a really bad experience for us a family and unfortunately we will not be coming back again.

My recent stay at this hotel left me deeply dissatisfied due to its lack of cleanliness and hygiene. It was evident from the moment we entered our room that proper sanitation standards were not being upheld, and it had serious consequences for my son's health.

The room was far from clean; surfaces were visibly dusty, and the bathroom was in dire need of a thorough scrubbing. The linens appeared worn and stained, and there was an unpleasant odor that permeated the entire room. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk, there was no immediate action taken to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was the noxious smell that seemed to linger throughout the hotel. My son, who has allergies, was particularly affected by this odor. It was so pungent that it caused him to become ill, with symptoms including sneezing, coughing, and watery eyes. This was distressing and completely unacceptable, especially in a place that should prioritize the well-being of its guests.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing and distressing stay. The most concerning aspect of my visit was the behavior of the hotel staff, which was nothing short of violent and disrespectful.

From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the staff had no regard for customer service. They were rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome. This tone continued throughout my stay, and it only got worse.

On one occasion, I had a simple request for additional towels, and when I approached the front desk, I was met with hostility. The staff member not only refused my request but also raised their voice and used offensive language. I was taken aback by their aggressive attitude.

Additionally, during a meal at the hotel restaurant, I witnessed a staff member physically shove a guest who had a minor disagreement over an order. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any hospitality establishment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Behram Hotel. My party and I arrived at the hotel at 1 am, a time we had pre-arranged with them through messages, as it was outside their regular check-in hours. To our utter shock, the hotel staff informed us that there were no available rooms and suggested that we sleep on the beach for the night.

This was not only a ridiculous suggestion but also a safety concern in a foreign country we had never visited before. We were forced to find alternative accommodations for the night.

The next day, we returned to Behram Hotel as instructed by the manager the previous night, arriving at 1 pm. After waiting for an hour at the reception, the receptionist informed us that they could no longer accommodate us, despite having made a reservation with them three weeks in advance. Shockingly, no valid reason was given for this abrupt change.

This experience left us frustrated and disappointed. The hotel's handling of our reservation and the treatment we received were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at Behram Hotel, as their lack of reliability and customer service made our trip a terrible experience.
