I have never seen such an attitude towards a client.
This is my third time in Antalya, and I have never encountered such savagery.

Boss are very angry, rude and aggressive like savage. Do not ask him anything.
Everyone heard him shout aggressively after I asked that the fridge doesn’t work. He said: “Take your money and get out!”
I don’t know the rules, terms and conditions on how to use the hotel, because it’s not written anywhere.
The room is smelly, the toilet is dirty, black urinal stone. Air conditioning overhead, I have never seen such absurdity.
No hot water in the sink. They offer use worn slippers. No cattle, the fridge doesn't work. Mould in the shower. Rust. Fallen wallpaper.
The room's key was blocked 4 times...no apologies, any explanation.
Poor food, mainly sausage, eggs and the cheers and it is the same, added food yesterday’s, every single morning.
There are no emergency exit signs. No fire-smoke alarm detector. The phone in room doesn’t work, cannot call emergency.

Worst hotel on our Turkey trip, though is was one of the priciest. The room we got smelled like cigarretes and was dirty. There was even mold in the bathroom. We both hate cigarretes so we asked for a room change. The manager told us that they are full and have no other room for us. Then I checked on booking and they still had 2 same rooms empty. They didn’t even bother about it and left us sleep there. No compensation. Only the breakfast was good.

The owner unleashed his huge golden retriever while we were having dinner to intimidate us. He removed the dog only after threatening to call the police. Stay away at all costs!

Also the food was terrible.
