Best thing about this hotel is the location, it is excellent, very central and easy to get to the shops, restaurants, markets, marina, mosques. Every Friday and Saturday night there is some loud music playing from outside the hotel however this didn’t go on too long and we were finally able to sleep.

Breakfast, which is on the rooftop was ok. I would try it at least once. The views were the best part.

They stored our luggage the day we checked out for a couple of hours which was really helpful.

Areas for improvement:
• You have to ask for room cleaning, which is fine, however the issue is that it is not available every day, this would have been useful as we were doing excursions almost everyday and wanted to come back to a clean room.
• The laundry was not available, this would have been useful.
• Put a fridge in the rooms, all our chocolate melted through the day!
• The hotel reception is two floors up but there are no lifts. It would have been good to have someone at least help take luggage up and down the stairs on arrival/ departure

My stay at Hotel Twenty was an absolute disaster from beginning to end, with several issues that made it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

One of the biggest problem was the bathroom door. One morning, it got stuck, and even two staff members couldn’t open it. This meant I had to use the rooftop toilet, which was filthy because housekeeping only comes every other day due to "staff shortages," despite what’s advertised online. I had to clean urine off the hotel's toilet's seat myself. When they finally got the bathroom door open, they told us we couldn’t close it from the outside again because the door is broken. When I complained about how unacceptable this was, the receptionist yelled at me, saying he was too busy, and then left.

Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing. Although the website claims the rooms are soundproof, we could hear everything—noise from neighboring rooms, the hallway, outside, and even from the roof. During a power outage, I couldn’t sleep because I could hear other guests flipping their light switches on and off. The noise was constant and made it impossible to relax.

The service was equally terrible. Housekeeping, which was supposed to be daily, only happened every other day. We constantly had to request for simple things like toilet paper and body wash. The receptionist was rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. Whenever I spoke, he just looked at my boyfriend, and said "Sir", then he continued talking only to his, and ignoring me. He just referred to his boss, but wouldn't put us in contact with him. Another staff member even admitted they’ve had multiple complaints about this particular receptionist, but management has done nothing to address the issue.

On booking websites it is also advertised that the hotel is smoking free throughout (meaning both public and private areas), but the staff let the guests smoke on the rooftop where we have breakfast. This forces us to sit very close to people smoking while eating. A smoke free hotel was one of the main criteria we had when we booked our holiday. When we raised the issue, the receptionists said that they would never tell the guests not to smoke on the property.

On top of all this, the hotel lied about its amenities. None of the advertised features like a free coffee machine, laundry service, packed lunches, room service, a Turkish bath/hamam, key card access, 24-hour security, a mini-market, an ATM, or a sun terrace were available during our stay. They even limited guests to one egg per person at breakfast, which was absurdly petty.

In summary, Hotel Twenty is a scam. The soundproofing is nonexistent, the service is appalling, and the bathroom door situation was just the last straw. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—stay far away!

UPDATE
Since I don't know how to reply to Hotel Twenty's response, I write it as an update:

Dear Hotel Twenty,

I’m disappointed by your response, though sadly not surprised. I don’t make a habit of giving bad reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience to help others avoid a similar situation. I want to clarify that we didn’t ask for a refund, and I have nothing to gain from this review. My intention was simply to provide an honest account of our stay

My friend and I are from London and we stayed in the wonderful Hotel Twenty for 4 nights and we had a fantastic time in Turkey! We had such warm hospitality from Ozan and his team. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to go above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The thing I loved the most was the hotel's central location, which was an ideal base for discovering the local attractions, with easy access to vibrant markets, historic sites, and the local stunning landscapes. The roof top also had the most stunning view of the city and it was so lovely!

My friend and I stayed in Hotel Twenty during our first visit to Antalya. The hotel is conveniently located next to the historical sites and main shopping area, but still far enough away to be a quiet and restful. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and every morning for breakfast we enjoyed the beautiful panoramic views of the city from the hotel's rooftop terrace. It is great value for money and I'd recommend to other travellers.

A super friendly team in a hotel situated in a fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Amazing view from my room (310) of the town, sea and mountains as well as from the roof terrace. If you want somewhere great to stay that doesn't break the bank look no further.

I have been here for 5 days, everything's fine. I recommend this place to everyone. Appropriate for people who like travelling. Very friendly multi-language speaking stuff, which is always ready to help, if you ask, of course.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel is really central. In 10 minutes you can reach pretty much any major point of interest in the historical area of the town. Staff was very friendly and caring. The room was a bit small, although it had A/C. The lady at the reception also helped us with our laundry, we received it cleaned and ironed for a fair price. The only drawback was that the AC filters had not been cleaned in a while. The hotel is clean everywhere, and quiet.

The roof terrace is breathtaking, probably the best views in old town and the people who run it are really nice

They serve breakfast on the terrace in the morning
If you didn't book as b&b, then it's only 150 lira (about £4) for breakfast

The hotel is ok for the price my room was modern looking but a little run down in places (there was broken skirting board in my room) and the bathroom could have been cleaner in places some limescale and dirty corners in the bathroom.

They provide you with hairdryer soap, shampoo, cotton buds, towels, air con above bed, clothes washing and ironing services, bicycle hire

Overall, I had a good time here,
If you're not too fussy and just want to explore the old town and have somewhere to just get your head down, then this place is for you

It is a sweet place in the Old Town. The rooms can seem small, but it has everything you need. And the view from the upper terrace is astonishing! Loved my two days here so much.

The rooms just don't cut it. Very sloppy interior: high doorstep into the bathroom, low doors, hot water is cold for a solid minute in the shower, very thin walls, which means you hear your neighbors. No hot water in the sink!
Some rooms have very nice city views, but they face the mosque minaret, so you'll be sure to wake up early in the morning for your prayer.
The service is the only thing I can't criticize – the personnel and the breakfast were great, but the terrible rooms ruin it all sadly.
