In general, everything is fine for its category, but the price tag is slightly overpriced.
The most HUGE MINUS is the WiFi in the room. Routers are on each floor somewhere in the area of the elevators. They are configured for 5 GHz, from here everything flies near the elevators, and in the room it still pulls somehow near the door to the room and the toilet - i.e. in the closest points to the router. The main room and the balcony are a complete rotten place. The reception could not help with anything, so in case of urgent work (and non-work) need, I had to go to the restaurant, there you can sit comfortably with coffee and normal Internet.
1- the air condition was old and almost working
2- the hair dryer was not working
3- the elevator was so small
4- the car parking was to small
5- the break fast was old and not good
Plus, the food they were serving for breakfast was not covered, so many flies were sitting on food, especially salads and fruits.
