I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Sungate during my visit to Antalya, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere

Children's area - lots of broken and broken games. The shops and salons on the hotel grounds are very expensive, with some prices up to 5 times higher than the market

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay

The bed was especially cozy, making it hard to get out in the morning! One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea was truly a treat

Exiting the spa area into the cold pool, we encountered dirt and bird droppings. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for guests

The Juju premier palace hotel exceeded all my expectations! Every evening there are amazing shows and entertainment programs that will not let you get bored for a minute

The buffet in the restaurant amazes with its variety - here you can find dishes for every taste. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help

Other Concerns: There were no loungers or pier on the beach, was no loungers by the sea to sit and relax. The hotel did provide a welcome gift of fruits and wine to acknowledge our repeat visit

Vitamin Bar Closed: The vitamin bar was also not operational, which is baffling, especially during citrus season when oranges and pomegranates should be abundant

Spa Issues: A broken thermometer was lying in the spa area. The hamam's grates and stones were visibly dirty. The steam room was not operational

Great hotel to stay as a family or company. There are playgrounds, with children entertainment, an excellent roller coaster. Big green territory. Restaurants for every taste.

Hotel was clean in general, transportation to city center was easy the bus passes right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious and you can find something to eat and drink 24/7, no matter what time it is

I didn’t like the spices they put in almost every meal made out of meat (hamburgers, meatballs, kebab,…) but as far as I know, it’s how they make it and it’s just the thing of the personal taste

The sun lounges do get taken very quickly however if u go in to the spa center you can use the pool there, its quiet and nobody knows they can use it with out actually getting a spa treatment

The only downfall is the rooms are not cleaned everyday properly and you have to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They do have a shop there but its very expensive

20 euros for shampoo and conditioner which he brought down to 7 euros each but as i only had pounds he gave me 6 euros change, so i got bumped but my own fault really

When asked for anything the staff would do anything and everything to accomodate. The food was nice and there is a variety for everybody

The rooms were always cleaned and fridges stocked we had pool view- There’s even a games room with PlayStations and table tennis and a gym/spa which we had treatments as a family

The food quality was impressive too with lots of choice and always changing never the same thing I really couldn’t fault my experience would definitely return for that luxury experience

If you have a baby stroller and walking from dinning hall/ beach/pool to the room in main building, you have to use the disability lift-up or walk further outdoor to get to the room elevator

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

At this time of year, the pools are cold but are fine once you're in. The pool by the main building is vast and has a shallow area for the children

- Beach and Sea: The sea was very clean, especially compared to regions like Side or Beldibi, with crystal-clear water and small pebbles. The beach was large with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

Pros - Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries replenished regularly. The only issue was that the ventilation needed cleaning, as it had dust accumulation

Given the diverse range of international guests, it would be beneficial for the front desk staff to improve their English skills to enhance the hotel's professionalism

The English proficiency at the front desk was generally lacking, with only one friendly staff member, Yasemin, being able to communicate effectively in English

Great "kindergarten", the child can be left and go to the beach or walk around the city, the children really liked to stay there

During our stay, we have experienced a good level of service. Staff has been very attentive, facilities are clean and enjoyable. During the day, there are multiple snack bars and poolside bars available

Aqua park is open 2 times a day and definitely has been fun to enjoy, pools are spatious and definitely scenic, private beach is close to the mainbuilding and there is also beach volleyball court available

Rooms are small, but they are clean. Food is great, especially for dinner, people are so nice and friendly. The sea is beautiful, there is enough sunbeds at the beach. Entertainment is amazing, kids loved it

There is practically no animation for children. Also I recommend you to visit the sauna and have a massage. There is boring and monotonous food. During one week the main dishes were repeated all the time

There was food all day, so everyone can find something they like to eat. During the night it is very quiet, because the music that plays from the hotel after dinner ends before midnight, so you can sleep well

Just came back from holidays in Catamaran. Everything was great, except air condition, it works from central system, not separately per each room. It means, that there are hours when it stops for a rest

If you want to see something and learn the culture of Turkey, you must go then near Antalya. Hotel provides more animation for the guests from Russia. I missed at least one nigth with animation with Turkey culture

I have been the for about 7 days.. my recommendations, holiday is consist of godd kitchen, sea, waterpool and animators for the evenings.. all were by 5 stars!! next year planning to visit you again.

Very nice little hotel with a beautiful and long private beach. The food is very tasty and you have plenty to choose from. Sea is warm and very clean and there are always free sunbeds
