Amazing people and a wonderful hotel. The kaya palazzo resort is great place to wind down and enjoy a bit of luxury. From the moment we arrived you could tell it was special, we were greeted off the coach and escorted into the lobby where we were met by Halil who is part of the guest experience team. We were given info on the hotel and if we needed anything whilst at the resort to contact Halil or Rose, both have been fantastic and very helpful. Rida who walks around talking with guests goes above and beyond, very professional with a touch of humility ( A Credit to the hotel). All the staff wether they are looking after the hotel grounds to servers, cooks, cleaners, reception, fitness, entertainment all the way to the management is superb. The fitness centre is well equipped with cardio and functional equipment with a little added bonus of a lap pool. Restaurants and bars Inc the patisserie Wow, sumptuous foods premium branded drinks and treats throughout the day into the early hours. We opted for a superior room with Seaview and we weren't disappointed, very clean and we'll equipped and the complimentary minibar was a bonus. The beds are clean and very comfortable and a nice selection of pillows. Pool areas and gardens around the hotel were fantastic, lots of beds so never rushing to grab one and the beach is sandy and clean and the beds are not too close to each other so you feel you've got your own little piece of the beach. I honestly could go on and on but as I'm writing this I'm in the patisserie enjoy wonderful treats All in all to sum up the kaya palazzo resort if you love golf or don't. This place is amazing but it's the whole staff that takes this place above many resorts that I've stayed in Across the world. Truly amazing place to spend a holiday. From the moment we arrived at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, we have been blown away by the experience. The check-in process was seamless and truly indulgent, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with exquisite cocktails, and upon entering our Lagoon Suite, we were delighted to find beautifully presented gifts - a fresh fruit platter, an assortment of patisserie treats, and to top it all off, a bottle of the finest Chivas Regal whiskey and a bottle of red wine. These thoughtful touches instantly made us feel valued and welcomed. The suite itself has been nothing short of perfection. It is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the pool is wonderfully warm, making every moment feel like a dream. The hospitality here is on another level - every staff member is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. Special mention to Mesut, whose service has been exceptional; he goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an amazing experience. His smile is infectious, and he is just such a genuinely lovely person who makes you feel truly welcome! Veronika, Alina, and Mesut, along with the rest of the team, provide a VIP experience, ensuring every detail is taken care of with warmth and efficiency. One standout feature of the stay has been the guest relations service, which truly adds a VIP touch. Guests are added to a WhatsApp group, where a dedicated team is always available to assist with anything - whether it’s booking restaurants, arranging activities, or simply ensuring every need is met. This level of personal attention makes you feel genuinely looked after and elevates the experience to another level. The food options are fantastic, catering to every taste. We had dinner at Serafina, the Italian à la carte restaurant, and it was absolutely phenomenal - from the flavors to the presentation, everything was flawless. We have reserved the Steak House for tomorrow and are eagerly looking forward to it - if the Italian restaurant is anything to go by, we’re certain it will be an exceptional dining experience! Another standout aspect of our stay has been the animation and entertainment team, who bring so much energy, warmth, and fun to the resort. Special mention to Emmanuel and Mehmet, who have gone above and beyond to make our experience even better. Emmanuel, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful - one afternoon, he personally helped set up our loungers right in front of the beach, ensuring we had the perfect spot to relax. A special thanks to the animation team – Enmanuel, Mehmet, Alona, Salmaz, and Emre – they are absolutely fantastic! They create a wonderful atmosphere, always positive, fun, and full of energy. Every day was filled with exciting activities and great shows. The service is top-notch! The staff at the reception, restaurants, and bars are extremely polite and attentive. The waiters and bartenders work quickly and professionally, always with a smile. The housekeeping service is perfect – the rooms are always clean and tidy. The hotel left us with only the best impressions. Excellent service, an amazing animation team, and attentive staff make Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort a truly unforgettable place. We will definitely come back again!

we were out of season so it was not ao crowded which i personally like. food was awesome as was the hotel staff. what made the greatest difference was the possibility to leave kids couple of hours a day at mini club. there were two animators there (Sevda and Emanuel I think) and they had all these different activities with kids organised. They made different handcrafts which they took to our room and felt very proud about. the room was really roomy, with different space for us and the kids.

The golf course was excellent. The greens were magnificent. They were so fast. However to top all this the inhouse staff were fantastic. Very friendly and on the ball and attentive to detail. Their names were Fatih, nesibe chef. They could not have improved their service. First class. Food also superb.

The hotel was simply perfect. I have been to many hotels in Antalya, it is the best. Mr. Uğur took great care of us. The cleanliness of our room was great, thanks to the attendant. The assortment in the restaurant was incredibly a lot, and they were all fresh and delicious, it was very difficult to decide what to eat. The employees at the restaurant were very interested.
