Had a great time at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the food was truly delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, making everything even better. Can't wait to come back soon!

Very good service, food amazing, room service brilliant! The entertainment crew very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to emre for being extra caring and making sure we was happy at all times.

Limited English speaking and understanding staff. But we made do. Plenty of food choices and great drinks often delivered to you. We stayed in a lagoon suite. The beds were perhaps a little on the uncomfortable side but it’s doable for a week, just. Plenty of seats around the pool. Lots of activities. Great kids club.

The hotel is overbooked and overcrowded.
I do not recommend to stay here. The price does not match the quality.
- we saw cockroaches twice in the main restaurant. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I am sure all staff is aware of this.
- the hotel building is old and “tired”. Sometimes we thought that we are in 90’s era.
- the beach is overcrowded. You can’t find any free sunbeds after 9.00 am.
- huge problem with towels. There is no enough number of the towels for such enormous amounts of people.
- sand on the beach is dirty and need to be properly cleaned. Every day we found bottle cups, cigarette butts, small garbage on the beach.
I could stand anything except point 1.
Maybe villas are the better choice but will never come back.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Great rooms and mini bar, many seating and gathering areas, plenty of food options, very clean, and a most hospitable staff. The manager was wonderful (middle-aged male with curly hair) and made us feel at home.
A few issues we had were a long wait at check-in and in between meal services.
We we’re also very displeased with the food that was catered at a private event.
We had a very large group, and no one was pleased at our sit down dinner.
Aside from those small hiccups it was a very pleasant trip. The only thing I would change is spending more time in the resort by staying an additional night.

I really enjoyed the experience in this hotel with my family, but the room I received had almost everything broken, the air conditioning, TV, lighting, hairdryer, and safe box. I had to talk to them five times and wait to fix these matters, which spoiled my experience a little. Unfortunately, they did not fix the safe box. I did not like the room and it did not live up to the five-star level unfortunately, but the rest of the facilities were very nice

Absolutely beautiful resort. The most amazing staff, special shout out to guest relations officer Halil Saka for his attention to detail in providing the best guest experience, shout out to Nehir the best waiter and assistant in the palazzo buffet hall as well as the helpful gentleman Huzaife. Absolute gem of people. Overall good experience at the resort, very very pricey but really good food from the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner and everything in between. The amenities for adults were excellent as well. Gym to spa to hamam. The snack bar on the beach also provided fine fast foods. The gelato ice creams are second to none both on the beach and at the buffet. There's a little something for every taste bud at this resort. The kids had a blast however we did find it ridiculous that there were certain things that required guests to pay for kids activities. So this is something we will look at in future when we book in antalya again. When we pay a lot we expect not to pay for anything at a resort of this nature. Aside from that it was a overall good experience especially with the staff serving on the beach or in the hotel. Keep up the good service with the excellent staff complement. Service: Regrettably, service was inconsistent, perhaps the primary reason we won't be returning to Kaya. While some staff members were genuinely pleasant and helpful, others appeared disinterested, with little enthusiasm or warmth. Undoubtedly, dealing with demanding guests can be challenging, but as patrons, we expect a certain level of attentiveness and professionalism, particularly after enduring a grueling 13-hour flight and a $13K price tag.
Would I recommend this hotel to Americans? Yes, but only if they do not anticipate the standards of a US 5-star establishment. The local populace is amiable and hospitable, displaying no inclination towards deceitful practices. They conduct transactions at fair market prices. However, it is within the vicinity of tourist attractions that they endeavor to extract exorbitant sums from visitors' pockets through inflated prices.
