In the building there's a French street, where at a certain time is an artificial rain; street of bars. Reviews
During our stay at Rixos Premium Belek my wife and daughter got sick the first night.
The whole vacation they did not leaver their room.
We are very sure that this is caused by the poached egg in the People's restaurant.
Via the hotel we arranged to get a blood and stool culture test at done by Medicalpark Antalya. The outcome was that there was a very high infection grade and no salmonella detected.
When we got back to home, we also did a test via the local hospital in the Netherlands and to our surprise Salmonella was detected. We were very surprised that a hotel chain as Rixos and a hospital Medicalpark played with an outcome of the test and putting the health of their guest at risk, just to not get accused of food poisoning. Due to this manipulated result of the test my wife and daughter got a wrong treatment in another hospital.
I have spoken to several other guests in the hotel, who also got sick with the complaints and also they confirm that the hotel is doing everything to not accept guilt.
We are very angry and disappointed at Rixos as they are manipulating reports and playing with the health of their guests.
For above reasons we will never visit a Rixos hotel anymore and will warn other people/friend not to visit the Rixos hotels.

As I cannot reply to the review of Rixos, I updated my review.
Please do not believe that the hotel is operating under strict hygiene and quality standards. As mentioned earlier they manipulated in cooperation with Medicalpark the outcome of a lab test just to avoid getting the blame of Salmonella infection and taking the risk of causing health issues by my wife and daughter. The hotel will do everything to not get blamed for the infection.
I am already in contact with the department of Health and Tourism of Turkey to start an investigation to the fraud of Rixos hotel in cooperation with Medicalpark and endangering health of their hotel guests.
If needed I can share the outcome of the lab test between Medicalpark and the hospital in the Netherlands.
To our fellow travelers from Poland: Rixos Premium Belek is an excellent choice if you wish to experience something truly special. I would have to look very hard to find any faults. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We look forward to returning next year. This is a place filled with good people, positive energy, and outstanding cuisine.
Negatives:
• Lack of food variety: The meals were repetitive every day, making the dining experience quite boring, especially for longer stays.
• Ongoing maintenance work: There was a lot of maintenance happening around the hotel, which affected the overall ambiance and made some facilities feel unready for guests.
• Limited entertainment and activities: Despite being a luxury resort, the entertainment and evening activities were underwhelming, leading to a dull atmosphere at times.
