Vista Villas

This place is fairly priced, clean but situated far from the beach and land of legends (not walking distance).

The night staff, in particular, were amazing. The manager waited till almost midnight to check us in and even helped us order food from a local takeaway. He was super informative and helpful. They offered insightful tips and advice to ensure we had an amazing time. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The swimming pool was used daily by the children, and the staff even kept it open longer when we had been out and my children wanted to swim in the evening! The whole facility is kept in immaculate condition. There are cute cats that would visit us daily and were a highlight for my children. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect for my family. Everything worked as it should and the A/C in every room was perfect. I would definitely return.

This is such a beautiful little complex. Set about 500m away from the main road, it's wonderfully quiet. The villas are well maintained and modern, the pool is spotlessly clean and most importantly the pictures online truly reflect where you are going to stay.

There is a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, 5 mins max. Land of Legends is a 3 minute drive or 20 min walk away. Kadriye town centre is a couple of minutes away. Belek centre is 8 mins away by car. It's all very convenient.

Even the cats that come to visit are beautifully looked after. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff are great!

We had originally booked a week at a neighbouring villa complex, but after only 2 days, we decided to cut our losses and book a villa at Vista Villas. We drove down to the complex and looked around before we booked, and I have to say the difference between our original villa (Neva Riverside) and Vista Villas was shocking. Vista Villas are clean, modern, and Ismail clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining the grounds of the complex. The gardens and pool are beautiful, it is blissfully quiet and so close to everything you need. Land of Legends is about 15 minutes on foot, or a few minutes in the car. There's a Migros and Bim located around 500m away from the Villas. Belek is an 8 min drive away, and it's an easy journey into Antalya city. Kadriye Town Center is a couple of minutes by car. Ismail provided lots of helpful information and recommendations, a couple that we followed up on and weren't disappointed. The Villas are modern and well equipped and our daughter loved the cat presence. Even the cats are well cared for, clean and friendly. We will definitely be returning to Vista Villas if we decide to return to Kadriye. If you want a quiet, beautiful, clean location I'd recommend Vista Villas.

Very good service and the rooms were very clean overall very good but the swimming pool was closed so we weren’t allowed in still a very good resort and would go again.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Vista Villas. The rooms were clean, the service was great and the outdoors and pool were always kept clean. The staff were really friendly and whatever you needed they would provide for you. We had first arrived late at night and yet they stayed up and got us checked in at 12am. The location of the villa was great as there was a MM Migros supermarket and a Forsa Mall a few minutes walk away but also because it was in a very quiet and peaceful area. Restaurants and other shopping centres were around a 10 minute drive and the Land of Legends was a 5 minute drive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Vista Villas again.

The place was serene. Great location. The room was very nice, clean and spotless. The bed was comfortable. They provided towels. We felt right at home. It is a 25 minute walk to Land of Legends, 5mins via taxi. 5mins away from Kadriye beach with a taxi. There are restaurants near but a bit of a walk. Staff was accommodating and nice. They were the one who booked our taxis going around the area. We checked in at 1am due to delayed flight, and they waited up for us to checkin. Our flight back was not until 9pm, they agreed to have our bagage to be left in reception while we went to land of legends to explore more since checkout was 12nn. Overall an amazingly wonderful experience in Antalya.

We had a lovely time at these villas, all the staff were extremely helpful and professional, even though they couldn't speak English they used Google translation to communicate with us.. mustafa checked us in he was really informative and friendly, the 2 ladies that checked us out, sehr and Sarah I think were both lovely. The villa complex is so peace and relaxing, land of legends is a 20minite walk away, forsah malls is 5mins walk away, avoid getting a taxi for there as its literally round the corner, there is also a 24hr market and cafe if you arrive late. We will definitely be coming back here.. Only thing I would recommend us a slight refurbishment, lick of paint and some new utensils, as there was no plates, we had to go buy some plastic plates. And the mattresses were abit too hard, please invest in some normal mattresses and a microwave. Other than that perfect.

First time booking a villa in turkey, and i was not disappointed.

The villa was clean and spotless when we arrived. We were able to check in 1 hour early. Parking available on site.
Migros 3 minutes drive with ATM machines.
Hot water is always available.
Enough clean Towels provided
WIFI is available in and out of the villa.

The kitchen comes with all utensils.

The staff here were very helpful.
Big thanks to Mrs Seher, who was ready to help when needed. She speaks a little English but has Google translate on her phone for easy communication.

Only cons:
The pools are not heated.
No safe available in the property (only at reception)

Tips:
Make sure you rent a car for easy access. (I used kayak)
Bring an HDMI cable for the TV (If you plan to watch TV)
All channels are in the Turkish language

Top top:
We all know housekeeper wages are quite low.
Be sure to gift the housekeepers some food/ snacks or left evers, which you might throw away. A little goes a long way!
I personally went to migros and bought some snacks for the housekeepers for their hard work. They are very grateful, and you can tell it means a lot to them.

Note: The housekeepers will never ask you for anything.
