Excellent food at good prices drinks also good price even if not stopping here they will pick you up and drop you off at no charge free use of sunbeds at there beach staff Excellent they don't hassle you .

My name is yıldırım turkish men from west coast of Scotland I stayed this hotel enjoyed very well I recommend highly location breakfast and nice clean room every day I was for two week I make extension one more week and pleased too..happy days..

This is a great wee place.
Never have the Misses & I come back to a hotel ever.
The owner, (Oktay) not only talks to you but invites you for coffee asking & listening.
Argen, front of house manager is just great & helps in all queries from currency/trips eg going to the local market for local cheap turkish delight/spices etc.
The Cuban nights with professional dancers are amazing & thrown up with acrobatic precision; although more priority on entertainment would be nice.
Food is great & even the half board buffet is one of the best we've been too.
Restaurant is beach front with superb food & adequately priced along with drinks compared to the rest of Bitez.
Fresh towels/bed made & room cleaned.
Staff keep your place by the sea & you can see Kos from the beach.
I could go on & on but...

I’m from NYC and the Manuel hotel provided better service than many hotels in Manhattan. When looking for a hotel, my deciding factor for choosing Manuel was that they didn’t have BAD REVIEWS. Every hotel has good reviews but they also have bad reviews. Manuela only has GOOD!

Cihan, his supervisor, and many of the other staff members treated my Gf and I like kings and queens and I could not recommend them more.

They helped us with transport from the airport to the hotel, food recommendations, called taxis for us and much more!

Now, the only downside is the room was a bit dirty BUT the price point of the hotel and the quality of the service easily makes up for that!

They care about their customers, their business, etc… and that really shows! They work hard !

The Manuela Hotel is ideally located on the seafront in the tranquil caostal village resort of Bitez. Owned by Oktay Basyurt and managed by Argie and his wonderful team, actually, really more like a family, you feel immediately at home and welcome upon arrival. Manuela hotel is spotlessly clean and maintained. It boasts a peaceful pool area, fabulous buffet, seafront restaurant, massive outdoor screen arena for sports enthusiasts, and provides top entertainment every single night free of charge. Dance the night away with Cuban Salsa bands, Karaoke, Kevin from London and Chris from Ireland and lots more... state of the art stage and lighting engineered with great skill by DJ Ali. Sun beds are provided daily free of charge on Manuela's private beach and staff are always corteous and at hand throughout the day. The food in the buffet and restaurant is of the highest standard, prepared and presented with care and great attention to detail, and is very reasonably priced - as are the beverages. My personal favourite is the Café Cortado. I developed a daily ritual of sitting back at lunchtime, soaking in the sun and tranquility and gazing out on the breathtaking views of the yachts on the bay. A warm glow of peace, serenity, and a deep sense of belonging is the hallmark of Manuela.
Some people have been coming to Manuela for over 30 years -  sometimes twice a year. The reason is simple - Manuela is a very special place! Teşekkür ederim kardeşler!

Lovely seafront hotel, standard clean rooms and great food. The best thing is without doubt... the wonderful staff and Oktay the head man! So friendly... treats guests like family. Amazing top quality free entertainment in the beach bar every night, fab cocktails etc. Non residents are also made very welcome.

Loved the place. Staff were amazing and spent so much time entertaining our daughter Izabella. Great nightlife, different parties each night like Cuban, karaoke, belly dancing etc. Will definitely visit again. Big shout out to Argie and Oktay for organising everything for us ❤👌

We had an amazing summer vacation at Manuela hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The beach and the restaurant were a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a Raki. Also the location is perfect and close to many dynamic areas. I thank the whole team for such great experience and i hope to come back very soon!

Great value for money if you go for the all inclusive option - do not book if you’re on a diet 😂Only booked for one night as not really my normal type of hotel. Only 2 gripes - room a little noisy at night due to entertainment/disco and no internet signal in my room - maybe due to this distance from reception ?
