thoroughly enjoyed our stay , few minor hiccups that werent anyones fault got sorted... Oktay , Arge lovely helpful people without any angle . oktay advised on nice walks , trip to kos, the rooms are just ok but the whole experience was made unique by Oktay and his staff

We came to Bitez and to the Manuela not knowing really what to expect. We were not disappointed! We’d read the reviews and noticed that many people return year after year, so thought that they must be doing something right…. And they do. The location, the people, the atmosphere… everything was just what we hoped it would be. From the owner Oktay (who was on site for the vast majority of our stay and couldn’t do enough for his guests), reception staff, managers, waiters, cleaners…. Everyone was lovely. Easy travel to Bodrum which was lovely and worth the trip. All made for a great holiday. If I was being ultra critical I’d say that the breakfast became a little repetitive at the hotel, maybe a bit more fresh fruit would help. Other points regarding the resort, rather than the hotel. Eating out is a similar price to eating out in the UK. So don’t expect to be paying a lot less for your meals. And be aware that Bodrum Airport is very expensive! €15 for a pint and €5 for a Coke. Food there equally expensive. That said, these minor points won’t stop us from returning to Bitez and the Manuela. We will definitely be back!

Just returned from 2 weeks in the Manuela Hotel Bitez. Amazing time. The staff from the cleaners to Management were absolutely brilliant. A special shout out to Arg, Anil, Jacob and Lewis who all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was awesome. They were all friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. The rooms were clean and kept spotless. The air-conditioning was very welcome, as the temperatures soared. The food in the restaurant was varied, cooked to perfection and very tasty. Try the T bone steak, it was huge!!! Although the pool is small, it's very welcoming on a hot day. The beach is a bit stoney, so take some sea shoes, but is so close, only a couple of steps from the hotel, literally. No problem finding sunbeds every day. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

First time to turkey 🇹🇷 and wasn't disappointed. My wife booked the hotel and what a great hotel it was. Staff are very friendly, great location for the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the temple bar sells a great variety of drinks and the food is amazing.. the steak is to die for 😋. Will definitely be going back. They have entertainment on every night karaoke, singer,Latin band..

This was my fourth time at the Manuela. It's a lovely little hotel in a great location in Bitez. The owner always takes an interest to ensure everything is ok with you and invests in making improvements and updating the hotel. The manager and all the staff are friendly and hard working. Breakfast includes a station for omelette or fried eggs as well as wide range of Turkish breakfast items. The rooms are kept clean and have everything you need. The hotel has it's own beach just across the Promenade with comfortable sun loungers. The food in the restaurant is excellent and The Temple Bar which is part of the hotel provides great entertainment. Hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing week at Manuela Hotel! In terms of rooms the hotel is nice and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, small balcony, fridge tv, aircon, safe (free of charge). We were allowed late checkout with no extra charge and also had use of shower facilities before leaving the hotel. Staff at reception are welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel has its own beach with sun beds for hotel guests only, which is extremely convenient. The beach is clean and tidy and the restaurant serves food and drinks whilst you soaking up some sun. The restaurant and the bar…. No words can describe the hospitality we received here! Staff were excellent. From the second we arrived we felt like vip by the amazing team here. Argie the restaurant manager welcomed us as soon as we checked in showed us around the beach/restaurant area and made us feel welcomed. Felt like we have already been there for a long time. And this experience continued throughout the whole week. Argie arranged a trip to a nearby bazar for us. He stopped by every time ensured we looked after. Where he gets his energy is beyond me, he’s always there to look after his guests! A few more names to mention- Anil (the best staff member award has to go for him, he may or may not have asked for it 😂). He looked after us every day with the same friendly and outgoing attitude as Argie! Anil, don’t you dare go back working to the hostel! You better be at Manuela when we come back next year!Gokhan - best cocktails award goes for him, however he needs to work on his skills around catching octopuses 😜 so we can actually try it when we back. Nazmiye- she is fairly new and whilst she doesn’t speak English that was never an issue. Great, friendly service always with a big smile. The list could go on and on as everyone working here is amazing. Thank you for the whole team for making our stay here unforgettable. The only little thing I’d say could be improved on - more fresh fruit at breakfast 🤷‍♀️ Loved every second at Manuela and we’ll be back!

We are on our very last day of our famiky holiday here at the minute as returning guests all i van say is just wow. This place is truly special, oktay the owner literally goes out of his way for his guests and this level of service follows all the way down through the staff from the lovely reception manager , arg the bar manager, right down to the cleaning staff . Every single member of staff has a smile for you and nothing is too much trouble . The hotel itself is stunning with gorgeous well tended gardens, the whole place is spotless. The food at manuela restaurant is top notch and the sheperds pie is just heavenly . The rooms although small are perfectly well equipped each has a kettle with tea/coffee provided , a fridge and everything you need. From the fluffy white towels to the crisp cotton sheets just perfect. There is some form of entertainment on at the bar most evenings for guests. The beach directly in front of the hotel has plenty of sunbeds with comfortable pads. Theres even walkways into the sea to avoid the shingle. Theres also a lovely little pool area with sunbeds if the beach isnt your thing . All in all one of gumbets best hotels , so much so we will be back again

WELL WELL WELL WHAT CAN YOU SAY EXCEPT TOP THAT FOR A HOTEL STAFF BRILLIANT OKTAY HE,S A BIT SHY AROUND ME LETS GET THE STAFF IN THAT POOL FOR A PROPER POOL PARTY NOT EVEN GOT THERE GET BEEN GOING SINCE 2001 STAYED ALL OVER TURKEY BUT THIS IS TOP CLASS TURN UP TUNE IN A COP OUT ALFIE MOONS IN GUMBET GREAT FOR A NIGHT OUT YOU MIGHT EVEN GET MR-BREEZE SERVING YOUR DRINKS BUT NOTWASHING POTS MANUELLA STAFF AND MANAGMENT EVEN YOU YAMMAS DON,T GET THERE TILL 8TH JUNE BUT IT WILL BE A GREAT GREAT TIME HOWS ABOUT A DISCO FOAM PARTY EHH

Excellent food at good prices drinks also good price even if not stopping here they will pick you up and drop you off at no charge free use of sunbeds at there beach staff Excellent they don't hassle you .
