Akkan Hotel

Location: The location of this hotel was truly amazing, situated right on the beach and marina. This prime waterfront spot allowed for easy access to all the top attractions and sights in the area. I was able to walk to many restaurants, shops, and landmarks with ease, making it a very convenient home base for my stay. The beautiful views of the ocean and harbor were an added bonus.

Staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly specially Sofia. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant and comfortable experience. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone I interacted with was polite, attentive, and eager to assist me with any questions or requests I had.

Facilities: However, there was one significant downside to my stay - there was an unpleasant smell present in my room and, from what I could gather, in other guest rooms as well. I'm not sure if it was related to the plumbing, ventilation, or some other issue, but this odor was quite noticeable and disappointing. It did not seem to affect the common areas of the hotel.

Overall, I had a mixed stay at this hotel. The unbeatable waterfront location and fantastic staff made for many positive aspects, but the persistent bad smell in the rooms was a real problem. I would recommend this hotel with the caveat that the odor issue in the guest rooms may need to be addressed. With some improvements in that area, this could be an excellent option for travelers looking to be right on the beach and marina.

Enes and I stayed in akkan hotel for a week ( first timers). Everything was really great. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end ( sofia and Can). The buffet breakfast was great as well I recommended this place if you value kind and nice hosts. The room was as described and everything in the room was working.

We had a great stay at Akkan, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, nice little balcony with a view on the castle and the sea. Breakfast is delicious, location is fantastic and the staff are nice and always there for you, Can is super attentive, he was supportive & provide the help when needed. We highly recommend staying at Akkan. We stayed in other boutik hotels in bodrum, they were nice and more of hostels, Akkan is a hotel type of accommodation which is great. Thank you Can & staff

We booked the suite with the big terrace and this was great. Huge bed and at least 40 qm terrace with all confort and beautiful view. The wirlpool was also fun.
We unfortunately made a mistake with the address and we arrived at Akkan beach hotel. All were very nice, picked us up there, helped us with our luggage.
Bodrum is bery nice and the position of the hotel is great. Breakfast was good with some very good food.

Location wise - perfect.
Room was decent - heating and ac worked decent.
Shower was spatious and bathroom well organised.
Amazing breakfast with slightly changes almost every single day. We loved it.

You can walk everywhere.

All in one - great value for the price paid. ( travelled of season )

All the staff was friendly and gave us nice tips throughout our vacation. Will totally choose this place if we return.

Super stay!
The staff is Amazing, the breakfast wow and we had a nice room with a huge luxury new shower.
It is clean and the position is perfect, you can see the sea from the hotel. They are super attentive and always at your service. If back in Bodrum we will choose them again!

Really nice and quiet place. Located just 10 mins away from the port by foot. Nice and friendly staff.The prices are very reasonable and the rooms are great and clean. Totally recommend.
