Costa Bodrum City

I booked based on good reviews, but I so regret it. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time and later looking at reviews on other sites I see I am not alone. The rooms look nothing like they do on the website, they are really depressing and run down, there are marks all over the walls, holes in the walls and black mould all through the bathroom, everything is old and badly maintained.

The bed is so uncomfy it gave me a bad back and I couldn’t sleep, the sheets and towels were stained and old, the wifi barely worked, the rooms were not cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting, there was visible mould on the breakfast food, not even a cup or chair in the room. Honestly I could go on!

Also one day, mid-stay, when I was on a day trip I got an email saying my stay had been cancelled and I spent the whole day trying to call and email but they wouldn’t get back to me, I had no idea if I had somewhere to sleep that night so had to book another hotel just incase.

I really hope this puts anyone else off booking this place, staying here completely ruined my holiday and I would strongly recommend against it.
