When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room. All service personnel was eager to solve my problems, special thanks to manager Mr. Ugur.

Went for a Haman visit with the family...as we had kids we had to book a private VIP room with a tiny mineral pool. All clean and plenty of towels were made available. We had the room for an hour and they allowed us to use it for the full hour.
All good so far and would have been a nice experience have we not reached out the night before to inquire about availability and cost. When reaching out in English via the chat function and to the email that was provided, we were quoted a cost of TL2,500 for this experience by D. SAHIN from the Spa directly. What I did not know was that my wife's (local) friend already made a booking on our behalf for the exact same service and was only quoted TL1,750. I surely should not complain about getting a better deal, though it turned out the lower cost tied back to their stated price list, which I checked at the end. It is rather disappointing to see such "foreign tourist based pricing premium" in a supposedly reputable place that is already priced well out of reach for the average local.

I I went to the hotel for the spa, unfortunately, for the first time in my life, they accused me of inappropriate behavior, especially the spa manager made very rude comments to me, she was a manager who lacked manners

I'm writing this comment while staying in the hotel for the last day. My experience in this hotel for the past three days was so bad. Started when I arrived at the hotel, and I was pushed to the old building because I was informed there was no room available while I had a reservation in the new building. After spending half-hour talking to them about that they suddenly found a room, and it was not cleaned well. I was not happy with the room, and they easily said you can cancel your reservation if you want!! They changed it on the second day.
The second issue was about room service was so bad I ordered chargeable bottles of water, and they never brought them to me I went to pick them up from the front desk after 45 minutes. The third issue was the internet it was not working well for three days it kept disconnecting. The fourth issue was when l left the room for them to clean it, and came back after 9 hours to find my room door was not closed!! Thank GOD nothing was stolen from my stuff. This hotel easily can drop to three stars based on my experience. The only thing that I liked about the hotel was the location and that is it.

In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. We also used the ZOE spa area with Turkish bath, scrub and massage. A wonderful experience! Overall we can recommend to anyone in Bursa a stay at this lovely traditional hotel (since 1890).

Ober all room was adequate, did respond courteously, clean place and unique style in rooms. Beautiful city view (as they are located on a hill).

I didnt stay there.but I got a massage. It was a nice experience compared to other places where I had been before. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. The best part is pool though

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good enough breakfast on a terrace with a nice view. However there was a weird garlic like smell in bathroom.
