I give this hotel a 3/10 rating. The only positive aspect was the receptionist, who was good. However, the rooms are tiny and the cleaning service is a disaster. They enter your room without permission every 8 hours in the morning. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and they never changed my bed or even the towels, unless I specifically asked them to.

Secondly, the parking is too small and there is no valet service. Even if you are a good driver, there is a risk of damaging your car when entering or exiting the parking lot.

On the positive side, the food is decent and the location is good, with everything you need nearby.

This hotel is okay for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights, but for a longer stay, I would recommend the Vespia Hotel, which is a bit more expensive but worth it.

I hope the management will take these issues seriously, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the lack of privacy.

First, when I arrived, they said I didn't have a reservation. I didn't have a cell phone available to call the agency I made the reservation with, so I had to borrow a phone to call the agency to check on my reservation. I spent more than two hours on the phone and they sent an email to the hotel again. The hotel had received the email earlier. After that, I went to the room and when I opened the room, there was someone inside. How come they gave me the key to an apartment with someone else? We slept, and the next day I was woken up early by the room phone ringing and they said they didn't have my passport, that I should go down to reception because my name wasn't in the system. How could I not have my name in the system if I checked in with my passport? Besides, the room lock was broken.
