ATTENTION!!!
I have been stay at his hotel unacceptable service and room 3 night l stay with our hot water at showers T first night l did informed on reception they told me we can do at morning how ever did not fix next day l have no showe at 3 night at this hotel NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE

I stayed in this hotel on the 23 June 2024. I came at 15:30 pm and the room was not ready, and then they forgot that I was waiting for a room in the hall, they didn't even apologize. They only have travelers because of Mindi Center and I will definitely not choose this hotel next time. They are very irresponsible. The facilities are at the level of a 2-star hotel and it does not even have a toothbrush.

VERY POOR service, we came to ITM fair Tayup, hotel charged us more amount, AC was not working, when we compain they say pls adjust for 1 day. In bathroom no showers was working. I stayed for 5 nights but very worst. Not worth for the amount. Foreigners are not not treated good.

During my stay at Sarissa Hotel, I found the experience to be overall satisfactory. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, offering a variety of options to choose from. However, one drawback was the noise level on the lower floors, which detracted from the overall tranquility of the stay. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that the pool was not operational during my visit. Despite these issues, the hotel's amenities and services were not too bad, and I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

My husband and I stayed for two weeks while he was getting dental surgery. I was overall quite impressed with the service, and my only gripe is that housekeeping sometimes came quite late in the day.

Reception was great, breakfast was great. Few complaints i have, none of rooms air conditioning was working properly, changing room consistently but no luck. The boiler was nasty, stayed unwashed who knows for how long that became molded "awful". Breakfast room was too warm and moist that we couldn't eat peacefully.
Turkish people r scamers, from taxi to shops. They will raise triple the price as soon as they realize that u are not turkish.
Also be aware! once change money to lira, making sure u get the right amount inside the turkish airport.
Watch for thieves. A 11 or 12 year old boy (iskenderpasa, Fatih/Istanbul) almost snatched my phone away two times but he failed cause i have noticed. He was guarded and watched by another older guys "gangs".
Don't trust or feel pity for beggers....
Not all ladies "full black hijab with neqab", are trustworthy. These ladies r hookers trying to bring corruption in Muslim countries. These parts need to be watched closely and taken care of immediately.

Location is very good, very much accessible and local transports are very close by. McDonald's restaurant is Next building. Good spread of breakfast. Limited non veg options.

Reception was great, the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and the bed was comfortable. The room included a water boiler and a mini fridge, which are great things to have. Only one thinks : Hallways smell really bad.

Good hotel for the money it is charged. Close to exhibition center. Far far away from Istanbul city center. Quite a Big room. Some spots on the carpet. rather Poor breakfast.
