Reviews
The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist, communicating effortlessly in multiple languages. The hotel and rooms were immaculately clean, with daily service that included thoughtful touches like candies at night. You can enjoy coffee, cocktails, or Turkish tea at any hour, which is perfect for combating jet lag.
The continental breakfast was impressively extensive, featuring a wide variety of pastries, cheeses, and local delicacies, along with numerous beverage options. It’s very family-friendly, with amenities that cater to all ages.
Restaurants, pharmacies, and salons are within walking distance, all offered at exceptional prices.
We spent ten relaxing days here and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul. Just remember to bring a European travel plug adaptor—though there’s an electronics store conveniently nearby if you forget!
As an an American, we felt very welcomed from minute one we walked in to check in .
Clean room & AC working at full capacity .
Staff made the difference . Very young team members professional, enthusiastic and happy to have us .
Service at the hotel is beyond the expectations.
Very friendly , genuine and trying their best to meet all customers needs , wants .
I read reviews from unseasoned travelers & unhappy customers . Let make this clear that if this customers had a problem with Turkish airlines please do not bring your anger & disappointment on hotel staff . Like people expecting adapters for their phone . Go buy one from next door electronic store ($3) . Don’t bring you bad attitude and your negative vibe to the hotel staff & don’t mislead other travelers because of your nonsense.
I urge any person who reads bad reviews to disregard those reviews because they come angry and disappointed on Turkish airlines by passing it to staff members .or if you are an angry bird stay at the airport please .
Staff members are very young and consistently trying to meet customer’s needs and wants .
By staying at this hotel . We felt like we are in NY.
I personally thank upper management for selecting top players to represent Euro Park Otel
We will comeback & we will stay at this hotel .
I love you guys !!!!
From the start, the experience was disappointing. I didn’t have a European phone charger as I hadn’t planned to stay in Turkey. The hotel staff assured me several times that they could provide a plug adapter. First, they told me to come after dinner, and then after dinner, they said someone would bring it up to my room. By 10:30 PM, exhausted from my long-haul flight and the connection issues, I called the reception again. They asked if I wanted to buy a charger, which I declined, reminding them that they said I could borrow one. The receptionist said okay and hung up.
Fifteen minutes later, still no charger. I called again, and they then informed me they didn't have one available. This was an hour and a half after my initial request. They said I could charge my phone at the reception. By now, it was 11 PM, and I was extremely tired. I needed my phone to set an alarm for 3:30 AM to catch my flight. I was upset that they had changed their story and not informed me earlier, as I could have charged my phone and gone to sleep sooner.
The staff was rude and dismissive, insisting I charge my phone at the reception, ignoring the fact that they had repeatedly told me I could borrow a charger. When I asked for their names, they refused to give them. One of the employees also said something about me not being allowed to talk the way I do because I am in Turkey and maybe I am allowed to do this in my country. I'm not sure what he was trying to say. This interaction made me feel unsafe, as if the situation could escalate at any moment.
This all happened on the evening of July 17th. Hopefully, the hotel has management that takes this business seriously and will address the conduct of the receptionists working that night. If you want to provide service to travelers from all over the world staying for a night to catch the next flight, train your employees to ensure guests feel safe, give clear instructions to customers, and have a few adapters available for guests to borrow overnight. This is standard practice worldwide and shows consideration for your tired customers.
Overall, the staff at Euro Park Otel were unfriendly, unprofessional, and uncooperative. They showed no understanding or empathy for a tired and frustrated traveler.
I cannot recommend Euro Park Otel based on this experience.
Additionally, while this is more directed at Turkish Airlines rather than the hotel itself, placing guests in a hotel that is a 40-minute drive away from the main attractions and sightseeing spots is impractical. The location of the hotel is far from ideal for any guest needing to stay centrally.
From the city center (old town) take 1 hour and 30 minutes by public transport.
Metro bus station in front of the hotel entrance.
I didn't eat much but my wife and kids had a bite and ended up with a bad stomach .
Attached a video of the food that was laid out .
On a positive note, there is a beautiful park located just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, offering a pleasant escape. However, I would advise caution, especially for solo female travelers. During my stroll, I experienced a concerning situation where I felt stalked by an individual for approximately 20 minutes, which understandably left me quite unsettled. Despite this incident, the hotel itself provided a comfortable stay, but it's crucial to be mindful of surroundings when exploring the nearby areas.
So basically my hotel was reserved with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
For breakfast and lunch we had buffet.
When I came to have my dinner, the waiter served me a soup and salad without asking me if I have an allergic or any type of problem.
They told me the dinner was settled. Previously I didn’t receive this information.
You can see in the pictures that the dinner isn’t a 5 star hotel.
The attention to details and service is quite poor.
They luck in solve- problems as well
The hotel is quite far away from the city and from the airport.
I don’t recommend it at all
