This Hotel is really nice
I read most reviews some people just complainers . Nice clean staff is very polite and helpful . There is always room for improvement yet this hotel is an excellent place .

Its near tuyap,rooms was clean and big,no smell,good price,near metrobus station about 5-10min walk,,good personel,

The hotel service was really good. I arrived at 6am, way before check-in time, but they still gave me a great room without charging extra. And when I woke up, I found a "do not disturb" sign on my door, which was nice of them. They pay attention to small details, which is great.

Excellent Service: The exceptional service we received by the hotel and the general manager is unforgettable. The customer service was high standard, the general manager was absolutely amazing. I will HIGHLY recommend this hotel anyone that goes.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: the rooms were very nice clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in, was well-maintained facilities. The hamman and the massage experience was absolutely amazing. The whole spa experience was 10/10. The massages were out of this world it was one my best spa experiences I’ve ever had.

Great Location: Hotel is in a convenient and desirable location. There is a nearby shopping mall called the marmara park it is a shopping centre and have loads of shops there to buy clothes everything you would find in a shopping mall restaurants too.

Delicious Food: the Hotels on-site restaurants and breakfast was really nice there was a lot of options to choose from.

Beautiful Views: the hotel itself was very beautiful it was designed well. The spa also was aesthetically pleasing.

Excellent Amenities: appreciated the hotel for offering a wide range of amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, spa facilities, and complimentary services like Wi-Fi or breakfast

Prompt and Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: we valued a smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out. the efficiency and friendliness of the hotel staff during these procedures.

Personalized Attention: that the general manager catered to us a lot he gave us an unforgettable experience.

Value for Money: the hotel was reasonably priced, there was several discounts, we had an exceptional package deal for the hamam and spa which gave a high quality experience at an affordable rate.

Overall Satisfaction: had a wonderful experience, felt welcomed, and would highly recommend the hotel to others honestly you would really like it

I want to say a big thank you to the general manager for giving us an unforgettable experience one again thank you we will 100 percent come back.
