World Point hotel is AMAZING! I have stayed here for many, MANY days and the service has always been TOP NOTCH! The food, the rooms, the staff, the whole experience…have always been AMAZING. One time I booked an extra day, and had to check out 1 day earlier for an urgent matter and travel to another state in Turkey. I never asked for a refund for that day, but they gave it to me anyway. Shakir Bai is always so gracious and the hotel manager, she is also very kind! The whole staff is wonderful! Thank you World Point Hotel, for always welcoming me and always making my trips to Turkey so special ❤️

I have stayed at World Point Hotel in Istanbul MANY TIMES. I would say altogether, I have stayed here for AT LEAST 200 days in the last few years. Their service, their rooms, everything, the experience is always TOP NOTCH. One time I booked it for an extra day, and I had to leave a day early for an emergency. When I checked out a day earlier, I didn’t even ask for a refund, but they gave it to me anyway! Very nice people work here. Shakir Bai and The hotel manager are amazing! Thank you guys! 😊

And I stay their for 10 day which was like deserter and paid full the amount infront so I couldn’t change it
1 the receptionist staff are wonderful people. But they need cores of English language.
2. The cleaning lady with blond hair she is bad one and her supervisor too she is the one who encourages her to continue to be rude and disrespectful one
She is un respectful and she don’t clean good
The sink doesn’t work well , she don’t clean the bath tub i, it full of hair which blocks the water I ask her to clean it but she didn’t.
And if you say something she will refuse to clean your room and the general manager will stand with her side
The staff are raciest people , they will ignore your request for help just because you are not Turkish one
It happens so many time when I ask for help
But when my friend how speak Turkish well they help him in seconds
3 the buffet in the morning it’s wonderful but it’s is the same every day
4 I get stuck so many time at the elevator and my kids get scard to use it any more so we have to use the stares And if you ask for help no one will do unless someone will push the button for any floor level
This hotel is full of people who come for medical need
But the staff doesn’t understand that their open hotel and their work it depends on us
Which they don’t appreciate it at all
Finally I don’t recommend this hotel at all
This will be my last time to stay there

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff; they are friendly and try to help. However, the room is bad, and the shower and sink are horrible. The pool was closed despite being promised it would be fixed within two days, but after two weeks, nothing had happened. The elevator is a nightmare—we got stuck in it three times during our stay. My kids refused to use it, and we resorted to using the stairs for safety. I gave two stars solely for the staff's efforts, but the ownership and resources are severely lacking. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

In no way is this review meant with malice or bad intentions. The hotel has big potential but it is very old and needs lots and lots of maintenance. The decor is extremely outdated. The rooms were not very clean. There was black mold in the bathroom, and it was not ventilated at all. The shower collected water because the shower gutter was blocked and was torture to shower. The sink was also blocked as well. The mattress has a hole, and one of the springs was poking out. On the second day of my stay, the cleaning staff did not clean mine, and my friends room. I think she expected us to tip her, but I did not have cash to give her. The breakfast was nice. there were lots of options to choose from the buffet, and the view up on the terrace was lovely. The room keys kept on blocking, and I had to go down to reception several times to unblock them and get access to my room. And for the staff, even if their tag indicates that they speak English, the grand majority does not, which is weird because Istanbul is known to be a very touristic place.
Again, this is only constructive criticism because I do believe this hotel has great potential.

The hotel service was really good. I arrived at 6am, way before check-in time, but they still gave me a great room without charging extra. And when I woke up, I found a "do not disturb" sign on my door, which was nice of them. They pay attention to small details, which is great.

Excellent Service: The exceptional service we received by the hotel and the general manager is unforgettable. The customer service was high standard, the general manager was absolutely amazing. I will HIGHLY recommend this hotel anyone that goes.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: the rooms were very nice clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in, was well-maintained facilities. The hamman and the massage experience was absolutely amazing. The whole spa experience was 10/10. The massages were out of this world it was one my best spa experiences I’ve ever had.
Great Location: Hotel is in a convenient and desirable location. There is a nearby shopping mall called the marmara park it is a shopping centre and have loads of shops there to buy clothes everything you would find in a shopping mall restaurants too.
Delicious Food: the Hotels on-site restaurants and breakfast was really nice there was a lot of options to choose from.
Beautiful Views: the hotel itself was very beautiful it was designed well. The spa also was aesthetically pleasing.
