Nice accommodation, clean and comfortable. They were flexible on check out time which was good. Great for the exhibition, very relaxing to be next door. Disappointed to be put in rooms in different blocks despite having booked together several months ago. Breakfast good. Didn't dine here, as thought the restaurants a bit lacking in atmosphere.

This is now my second time staying in Tüyap Palas, due to missing flights on behalf of Turkish Airlines, both times I have stayed at the hotel it has been excellent, I cannot fault it. Rooms are spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had an exceptional stay at Tuyap Palas in Istanbul! From the moment I checked in, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. Customer service was impeccable – always friendly and attentive to any need. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing, comfortable space.
The hotel is also very accommodating, with excellent wheelchair accessibility throughout, which made my stay even more convenient. The food was another highlight, with a great variety of delicious dishes, perfectly prepared and fresh. Whether for business or leisure, I can wholeheartedly recommend Tuyap Palas for an outstanding hotel experience in Istanbul. Will definitely stay again!

If you’re here it’s probably because Turkish airlines has “sent” you. The rooms are clean and fine and so by itself it’s an acceptable place to overnight for the next flight. Location is terrible, somehow both ages from the airport and ages from the city, with absolutely nothing interesting nearby to walk to or check out. But gets the job done I suppose.

Stayed here on 08/15/2024 because Turkish Airlines messed up my flight. Place is not that bad as other people posted comments. Got there around 4 pm and was hoping to go out and see surrounding.....but hotel is located nowhere and no place go to....so I walk a little bit but nothing to see......
Stuff people were very friendly and I do give them 5 stars, rooms are not that bad (definitely not 5 stars) but I would give them 3.5 stars...... complimentary food 3 stars and locations definitely 1 star...hotel is not killer but you will definitely survive for one night....

Food and rooms OK, unfortunately the AC is cooling down way too much everywhere. I had to wear a warm long sleeve Jumper all the time, always freezing in the Hotel in August when it is warm outside. What a waste of energy and an unpleasant experience. According to my European understanding, this is s good 4-star Hotel, not 5-star. Outside Neighbouhood ugly, you cannot even go for a walk outside.

Got placed here by turkish airlines after they canceled my flight. This hotel is most definitely not 5 stars.
The staff is fabulous, and the rooms are spacious. I'll give them that, but the rest is mediocre. The food at complimentary dinner was so bad we walked to McDonald's nearby. There are strange stains on the couch and bedroom wall. AC doesn't work. The shower is broken and they didn't provide body soap.
The great staff should find nicer places to work.

Turkish Airlines put us up for the night due to missing a flight. The hotel staff was pretty cool, but the free food they offered was not. If you wanted good food, you have to pay for it. The paid for food, I must say, was very good. No complaints there. The room was neat and clean, but very hot. The AC didn't work, so I opened the window. There were a lot of dogs barking throughout the night. I personally found that annoying. The hotel offers tours to check out Istanbul. It was something to do to pass the time. Enjoyed the tour with the family and bought some goodies to bring back home. Knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn't want to stay at this hotel again.

My connecting flight was delayed by 12 hours so I had to stay overnight in Istanbul. Turkish Airlines sent us here which is pretty far from the airport (45mins drive). Not sure how this is a 5 star hotel.
It’s pretty old with dated decor & furnishing and the buffet dinner was awful. Not much of a buffet when the spread is only a few dishes which does not look nor taste good. Turkish Airlines might want to relook their choice of hotels. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere so I wouldn’t stay here if I was on holiday in Istanbul. Rooms are ok though for an overnight stay. Quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Turkish Airlines sent us to this hotel. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, far from everything. The rooms were clean and neat, but the AC didn't work. When you opened the window, dogs barking would annoy you and view was horrible.
Breakfast was good and had many options, but the lunch and dinner were awful. They only gave one option, which was horrible. Leftover dinner was even served for the next day's lunch. The staff didn't understand English and could only communicate through the reception, which often didn't respond. In the end, I gave up and forgot about what I needed. Overall, not bad for an emergency and a free stay, but Turkish Airlines needs to check the quality of the hotels they offer.
