Hotel is lovely and clean. Food isn't the greatest but can always find something. Staff are friendly and accommodating. BARBIE from animation team is fabulous. Always accommodating.

Great waterpark with different sections to suit all ages of children (and adults!). Three pools to choose from. There’s an adults only pool but there were young children in there on occasion so the no under 16 rule needs to be enforced. Massive main pool and a lovely activity pool where the animation team kept us entertained. The music plays all day and can be a bit too loud sometimes. The team work hard and brought a great deal of fun to the day with imaginative pool games. Nice beach area with plenty of sunbeds and shade. There were fantastic DJ sets on two nights (almost full-on raves!!) with food and drinks and a great band on another night, plus the usual entertainment for children and adults in the auditorium. Staff were fabulous throughout the hotel. Rooms clean with towel changes every day if required. The beach side lunch area was good but the food could sometimes be cold. The main restaurant had great choice. There are four speciality restaurants. The Italian was fabulous but the fish less so. The starters were delicious but the sea bass was dreadful. I’ve never had one presented to me like that - absolutely full of bones and poor tasting, dry, meat. The lobby bar was buzzing. Nice atmosphere for a pre and post dinner drink. There’s a patisserie that I didn’t try, but the cakes looked good. A really good all inclusive hotel and I’d go back!

We stayed for one week at the Palm Wings Ephesus a family of 3. The hotel is stunning situated on its own private beach. The hotel has its own waterpark that caters for children and Adults. The pools at this hotel are excellent and spotless clean. The hotel has plenty of sun loungers so need to get up at silly o 'clock to get a sun bed. They also supply Towels FOC everyday. The hotel caters for everyone's palette. It has a large buffet dining area, 4 Al La Carte restaurants and snack bar. The hotel also has a coffee area that you can get proper Barista and lovely pastries. Selection of Ice cream and Crepes available everyday. You certainly wouldn't go hungry. The beach is stunning. Soft white sand with glitters of gold. There are also sun loungers available on the beach FOC and beautiful Cabanas. I would highly recommend the water sports @okiwatersports Boris and his team are only happy to look after you and ensure you have the best time. I would highly recommend the boat trip with Caption Yigit it takes about two hours and you get to travel around Kusdasai on a speed boat. The rooms at the hotel are spotless clean and spacious. There is a mini fridge in all the rooms that gets restocked regularly with fizzy drinks, juices and water. all the rooms have air conditioning. The hotel has several bars our favourite is the lobby bar. where you can have beer, wine cocktails and a nice chat while overlooking the many swimming pools. The staff for us is what makes this hotel. Hakan the main man, Beige and all the waiter staff are excellent and always happy to serve you drinks and have a chat. Meryem makes the best cocktails and is always smiling and happy and goes that extra mile. Adnan, Volkan and their team (Burak and Secil) that run the Al La Carte restaurants they all work really hard and nothing is too much for them. They are happy to make sure everyone is well looked after and that you enjoy the Al La Carte experience. The hotel has 24 hour reception and the staff are available to answer any questions you may have. Guest relations Kelly and Yashir are available in the day time from 9am if you need anything or advice they are at hand to help. I would highly recommend the spa at the hotel. It is so relaxing and its lovely to have a Turkish bath and an oil massage. Resul is only to happy to help you plan your treatments and very reasonable prices. We went for may half term and had a fantastic time! Our room in the main hotel overlooked the slides and was perfect for a family of 3. The hotel was clean and tidy all the time and the staff were excellent. Food and drink was available all the time and there was a brilliant variety. Pool and slides were fab and there were plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day and at the various pools. The beach was ideally located and just what you’d want. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for families or enjoy being in the water (and for those of us who have kids that are fussy eaters!)

One of the best hotel în Kusadasi, we had a wonderful vacation. Many thanks to Meryem from the Citrus Bar, she makes the best cocktails ever. It is our four time here and every year we found better. Perfect place for the family, everything in one place, special shout out to Resul at Saba Spal who looked after us, third time in 3 years coming to this here. Great value for money and a good selection of food, with entertainment for the kids too.

Had the best time at Palm Wings Ephesus! The hotel is gorgeous, with huge rooms and amazing views of the Aegean coast. It’s also in a great spot for exploring Ephesus and the surrounding area. But honestly, what made this stay stand out was the people. Hakan at the lobby bar was always super friendly and made the best cocktails, and Yashar at guest relations really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious so much variety at the buffet, and we never got bored. The pools were great, and the beach was just a quick stroll away. Plus, the snackbar were perfect for a quick bite or a refreshing drink. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some top-notch service, Palm Wings Ephesus is the place to be. Highly recommend it!"

I trully recomend that hotel and especially animation team all our holiday was at a top level, dinner at a'la carte restaurant was delicious. Children were amazed at swimmimg pool, big sized chess, ping pong and icecream. First time we experienced that mini bar is replenished every day for free. Also a big plus is that mini disco was every night for kids. Choose that hotel is the Best what you can do.
