The hotel has 3 beaches: one consists of a platform and a small piece of sandy surface and 2 others with stairs leading down to the sea carved in rocks.

Excellent hotel, the place cannot be faulted. Staff are amazing and so are all the facilities. In the picture online it looks like the beach is connected to the hotel, it isn't, there's a free bus though that runs every half hour to the beach and back until 5pm. This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here.
Trying to find some tomorrow and have been told it's bus or taxi to go to them.
Other than shopping which isn't for everyone, definitely try this hotel as you will not be disappointed. It's great for kids and adults alike.

I've been going here for 5 years. It's still nice but starting to look slightly tired by not replacing things that are missing like sink plugs etc and the fuses were removed for the cooker and washing machine, we had to ask for these. Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07.30 and left mostly empty till after dinner. This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun .

The hotel and staff are lovely. The food is another storey, cold, do not cater for any dietary requirements, entertainment is repetitive and drinks well they are ok if you like Turkish spirits. The white wine was the best.

Lovely hotel. We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros. The same price for return, so it seems to be a standard price. We were in taxis 4 times, and it was always the same price. Just travelling between hotel and marina .

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the overall quality of the rooms and services provided. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, one major issue we encountered was the beds. They were extremely firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which left us feeling uncomfortable. If the hotel could improve the comfort of the beds, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more.
Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there.
As from the staff everyone is friendly and helpful. Our room was big with balcony and very clean. Food is great and so many choices will cater for everyone.
As a bigger family trip (7 adults and 3 children)it was perfect for us.
Highly recommend to use Tif Tour for tour's for day's out. Yuliya helped us with bookings and was there to see us off to every trip. She was really friendly and helpful. We recommend Ephesus and Jeep Safari.
Overall we had a amazing time. Definitely coming back.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and I was impressed with the quality of the staff, the food, they are super inclusive space for families with children. It was our first time in Kusadasi and we loved the city, the people, everyone was friendly, the city was organized.
The food was very delicious, all the meals always had lots of options, they always varied the food. The sweets Jesus… Love those
The staff people always making sure everything was clean and tidy.
Very well equipped gym.
Not to mention how practical it is to have guides working in partnership with the hotel who can indicate beautiful places to go pick up and leave at the hotel, which was not the case for us because we rented a car and the tours we took we chose to do on our own, but for people who really prefer Don't drive and just rest, this is a great option.
We just highly recommend them.

We are here now family of 5 it’s amazing.. all the staff have been lovely . The food is amazing get so so much for your money .. entertainment is great .. rooms are fabulous. The cleaners are amazing I’m so happy we come and will come back each year .. the beach is nice free bus every 30 minutes there and back snack bar there and bathrooms plus lifeguards very safe for children xx

Nothing is too much bother for staff who are all kind, thoughtful and always smiling. Entertainment is extremely good too.
If you are looking to feel special, the spa is an experience not to be missed. The basic Turkish bath was sooooo good!

Kids pools, slides and assortment of adult pools means something for everyone!

stayed in room 7212 on 1st April 2024. checked in at 21:30. we asked if its still possible to have dinner, and reception were very helpful and packed meals for us to take to our room. room was very nice, own fridge/freezer which was very handy. It seems there was too much furniture in the living room, and my youngest child said she felt uncomfortable because of it. I moved one low table to the side to make more space. I was fasting so thought my stay will be difficult here,but all inclusive meals made things very easy. massive buffet selections. food was delicious. kids enjoyed the ice cream and swim pools. the kids club was lovely, the staff Rose and Meliye did excellent job keeping kids entertained with activities. my only disappointment was to hear that the hotels private beach and shuttle bus service was closed, and reopens 1st May 2024. nearest beach is about 5 minutes by taxi, bus, otherwise its a 25 minute walk. It's quite a remote location, would have to travel about 10-15 minutes to get into town. the security outside hotel were helpful when I was arguing with some crooked taxi driver from town. I would recommend people take bus to avoid getting scammed by taxis. We had a late flight, so glad checkout time was 12pm. were told it would be 45 euros if we wanted a late checkout. I was also quoted 100 euros for a 1 way airport transfer, which I thought extremely expensive. I wish the security would try and move on any anti social guests. lot of screaming and silly behavior from some guests on the ground floor(poolside areas) while people are trying to sleep at night. but overall had an enjoyable experience thanks to the friendly staff.
